I asked for kebab rolls they only gave me kebabs even though the picture clearly shows salad naans and sauces yet only 2 kebabs in a tray nothing else

Food was such poor quality which is disappointing as we've ordered from there before and it was good. Not only was it super late (which I only found out from calling them mulitple times to find out why my food was marked as delivered, just for them to continue to tell me 10 mins) but the quality of the food was awful. E.g. Seems like they're using creamed spinach for their Saag Aloo? The Mango Chutney and Poppadoms were nice tho. Delivery driver was polite but after 45 mins of waiting beyond the latest delivery time, a good excuse can only go so far.

Ordered chicken tikka rice along with piri piri strips. The rice is literally Uncle Ben's which is not properly cooked. Chicken pieces are not that tasty.

I ordered food which arrived 1hr45mins later. The meat dishes were salty. I called to get this rectified however the saff refused to offer a refund or any sort of compensation. Horrible experience. Will never go there again

Rubbish. 3 pieces of meat in the rice, it said it came with sauce but there was no sauce, keema nan was over cooked. Food was really late, man on the phone wasn't very customer friendly just sounded like he was annoyed to have to pick up the phone. Honestly, just so rubbish all around so I can't recommend and we'll not buy from here again. I'm still hungry because I couldn't really finish it as the taste wasn't great either. Also the dish was supposed to be more of a mild heat but it was very spicy. Nothing to enjoy.

Deghi meat nice chana masala was nice, but biryaani taste was overpowering, the mixed grill was very dry and had a very odd smell to it - bit disappointing

specifically asked for my Bombay Aloo- extra hot, no meat juices, vegetarian etc... absolutely disgusting could smell it b4 I tasted it. sauces for samosas curdled, samosa cold in the middle, pompadom broken into bits .. only fresh part was the bread and even that was wrong. Asked for chillie nan, received corcoriander 🤦🏻‍♀️

I was disappointed with the service than the food . Food was delivered about 45 min late and the restaurant didn’t had the courtesy to inform me. They answered my call after 15 minutes relentless try and told me that restaurant and even the road was busy. Food was below the expected standard and the order was mismatched. Grilled to chicken to microwaved burger which was appalling in quality. Very disappointed and do not want to give another order to this place

Worst food I ever had in my life. I had clearly told the noodles is for kids by calling the restaurant and made it so spicy that nobody to touch. The chicken is smelling of stale oil and a wired lamb taste.

Please i want my money back, i have never eat so much garlic like this before, i have ordered Lamb curry and Lamb Biryani, and two naan bread, THE FOOD IS BEYOND TERRIBLRE, II had to THROW IT AWAY.

Inedible food, everything we had was very salty, chicken was tough and sauce was far too salty that we couldn't eat it, naan was salty, cold and not 100% convinced it was keema as you can taste little apart from salt if you are brave enough to try it as it looks horrendous. Rice was long grain, hard and the egg was a rather disgusting looking grey colour and again far too much salt. This is the worst indian food I have ever had and apart from tasting it, nothing else was eaten. Waited past the original time stated after a long day to receive an awful meal

I never leave reviews on just eat but this place was completely atrocious from the delivery to the standard of food. the garlic naan was just completely covered in huge pieces of garlic which made the meal unbearable the lamb biriyani was the furthest thing from fresh and unfortunately a lot of the food was just thrown away. Also the milkshakes are not at milkshake standard it was just milk and ice cream. The delivery time was around 1 hour 45 minutes and the raita was definitely off of its expiry date. Just avoid this place and have a home cooked meal..

Food was very late. The mixed grill didn’t taste right, like it was going off. The kebabs and prawns had a very bad smell to them. Restaurant failed to provide a refund when requested. Avoid.

Gave me food which was at least a week off words cannot describe how bad this place is. Called in to complain and was told they would send more fresh food made me wait over 2 hours of me constantly calling them only for them to stop answering my calls I gave up in the end. I will be going in person to visit them with the food they have given me. You are better of starving yourself. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Always takes over 2-3 hours to deliver... There is literally no point ordering here as it defeats the purpose of getting takeout. Food arrives super late, hard and cold. Very poor communication with the restaurant too... Definitely wont be ordering here again. Order food at 8pm and get it at 11pm. Absolute joke

Food was not up to standard. The chicken and sweet corn soup was red with hardly any sweet corn. I had to check if I ordered correctly. It was also very spicy. The aloo paratha was actually an aloo naan that was not cooked properly and had too much chilli. The other dishes were okay but I would not order again. Very disappointed.

I had to call the restaurant 3 times and text them. I didn't get a response until the final call. Even then there was no apology until I mentioned that the food was already an hour late. Then it was blamed on traffic. No offer of assistance or even a courtesy call to explain that the food was late. I have made a request for a partial refund and even this hasn't been responded to. We have always loved Saad's but this experience was poor.

The food i was looking forward too! But unfortunately i could not have it. The kebab roll came drowned in chilli sauce? I never asked for any sauces and it came drenched in red chilli sauce! Unacceptable and inedible. The Biriyani was a disgrace to biriyani! Was a box full of rice with only TWO PIECES OF CHICKEN! TWO!! And it was a box just full of oil. Maybe they gave me the worst parts cause it was late - however this is not a plausible explanation I was so appalled at the service - Even the driver who came was so rude! The keema naan was bearable but still so bad! The keema was undercooked and it was pinkish at some parts. Honestly, i was so annoyed and it was so late that i just decided to go to sleep. Totally disappointed, the kebab roll i was so upset about along with the biriyani! I am so annoyed I expect a full refund i look Forward to hearing from you. Regards.

All chicken curry have almost same kind of taste.

Just average food, chef needs some lessons on how to cut paneer for chilli paneer as it should have been cubes rather julians.

Felt like lost my 18pounds. Chicken was completely burnt. Aloo naan was half cooked. I rarely see any potato stuffed there. Paneer Tikka masala was just okay. But burnt chicken tandoori they have given. My wife eat 1 or 2 pieces that's it.. will never order and will not recommend to anyone to order from here.. It's my bad I ordered here.

The naan was nice but The chicken tasted quite old, it was definitely not fresh at least 1 day old, not what I expect from a restaurant. Expect better next time

I was worried from all the bad reviews but the food was amazing! I got the chicken tikka masala and a doner. Both very tasty! The delivery was a bit late but food was well worth the wait.

I ordered two lamb biryani. This was not what you call biryani it tasted so plain and definitely not Asian food. It tasted more like vegetable rice. It tasted so disgusting that no one ate it. Even I can make better then that.

Restaurant ignored our instructions for plain donner meat. Luckily no allergies or would have been a bigger problem, but wasn’t what we requested. The donner meat was tasty, though the tikka kebab was way too spicy and not nice at all. Delivery was late as well, which was surprising for late on a Wednesday night...

Food overall was to spicy and oily,rice wasn’t really fresh and only had 2 cubes of chicken inside(it was more rice tikka instead of chicken tikka with rice) soups where made out of loads of oil and spices-it was more like a red spicy sauce which actually could of gone good with the rice

Unprofessional. I preordered for 17:40, i asked for an update at 17:50, of course nothing came back to me. I called the restaurant they hang up on me. I called it for second time, the guy just said: "which postcode". Not even a Hi. I told him the postcode and he said that 'ah it will be another half an hour'...'You know...traffic'. So unproffesional,rude late service. It's 18:15 right now and I'm still waiting for my order..

I ordered it for pre order for 5:45 pm, it's 19:15pm my order still hasn't arrived. I called over 10 times to the restaurant they did not pick up. I do not recommend it, no professionalism. you will be left without food and money

Not impressed at all ordered 3 dishes. the Veg biryiani was ok but I wouldn't order it again. The Okra was terrible, advertised as cooked in onion and tomato sauce but came covered in a horrible creamy sauce.. The Sweetcorn soup was awful. It looked and tasted like a bad veg curry with barely any sweetcorn but loads of onions and random veggies??? When I phoned them to enquire about it they said that I definately had the sweetcorn soup as she had packed my order herself. It definitely wasn't a sweetcorn soup as far as I'm concerned. It also had egg in it although it isn't mentioned on the menu and the fact there is a separate sweetcorn and egg soup, I phoned to complain and was told all the soup has egg in it. I would not order from here again.

Absolutely disgusting and inedible. The chicken was uncooked and displayed blatantly pink bits. The 'biryani' was hardly that and had a really off putting taste &odour to it. Lastly , the peas were uncooked as well. Overall, was much lower standards than the counterparts. Had to discard all contents before it induced further nausea or worse. Also had to wait 10 minutes over the scheduled delivery time . I do expect a refund at the very least.

Biryani needs improvement (a lot). Delivery, well, don't promise if you can't deliver within time. This was over 30 minutes late, on top of the hour wait estimated. Will I be ordering again? This is the last time.

I made an order on Sa'ad's spice n grill through JustEat's app and received some crushed,burnt and stale meals on our door step including burnt patty in the burger with smelly brown lettuce,stale biryani smelling pungent and some oily hot and sour soup. Sa'ad's grill is just doing fake marketing on this reputed app just eat and breaking our trust. We have tried to talk with them but their rude behavior is not letting us explain.If JustEat would like to have a video call then we are ready to show their disgusting food.

Outstanding food quality and portion as usual. Food containers well-wrapped in cling film which is reassuring in terms of hygiene considering COVID-19. Delivery person very very polite and courteous. He asked if everything was okay.
