We have ordered from here plenty of times, food, service, delivery 5 star, tonight we ordered burgers for the first time, WOW!! Superb, best burger I've had for a very long time, fabulous, the delivery driver was very nice too.

Food was delivered hot and fresh. Tried for the first time. The chicken shish was great and salads were fresh. Would definitely order again

Highly recommend, best takeaway and kebabs around!

We ordered halloumi fries, falafel & hummus wrap and chicken kebab wrap. We misunderstood the offer of salad which resulted in the falafel wrap not having anything but hummus and the requested sweet chili sauce. The kebab wrap was very good though and the halloumi fries were really good with the sweet chili sauce. Will definately be back. Sorry, no pics.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I ordered food a week ago and complained that same evening regarding the Turkish loaded chips and no sauce with my main. I sent 3 emails, and had no reply. I found them on fb and messaged again to be told the email address is wrong on the website. They offered chips on my next order but I informed them twice I am not from the area. I have chased again for a refund but still no reply. The loaded chips had no feta on and were just a bowl of chips with salad on top, for £6.50! It's ridiculous price for what they were. Cannot advertise feta on chips and not include 1 bit! I had no sauce with my main, leaving a dry kebab. I still have had no reply therefore now it has come to me leaving this review. Not impressed with the service at all.

Tried out Ruya Kitchen for the first time and I have to say that it was superb! They have a very comprehensive menu and offer options for vegetarians as well. The staff are really friendly, welcoming, helpful and great to chat with. The food is excellent, nicely presented and portion sizes are really good for the money. Everything was cooked to perfection and I really enjoyed everything, definitely visit again soon...... Perfect! 10 out of 10 👌

burger and kebab was fine the chips were refried and chewy not nice

First time we have tried this shop, really glad we made the trip, we had the mix tray to share and kids meat and chips, the tray was FULL, cooked perfectly and really well presented, great staff too, nice and friendly , kitchen all on show and immaculate , we will definitely recommend to everyone !

Arrived quite cold however there was extra to what we ordered which was very much appreciated and it all tasted delicious. Loved how it was all packed separately too!

the meat was over cooked and hard, salad was minimal, the pitta bread was chucked in a separate bag so you had to make your own kebab. Baklava £6 for 4 pieces is a rip off. All in all not worth the money spent

I visited on 2nd May 2023. The food is amazingly tasty, well presented and at a really good price. The service was quick and friendly and the atmosphere was lovely to. Will be visiting again for sure. Me and my family can't thank you enough.

Fantastic quite literally the best Kabab about.

Have ordered twice now and both times food has arrived late and barely warm. Really really disappointed as I actually like all the components of the tray. Just really disappointed with the fact that it both times has arrived 30min late and cold.

Irritated. They didn’t deliver my drink. When I called and asked I could hear them consulting in the background. Ultimately they told me there were no delivery drivers available and they’d “put a note” clearly just pocketing the money. I’m not impressed. Food subpar, service worse.

Ordered a week ago and absolutely loved the food! Ordered again a week later, portions by far smaller, 4 pieces of chicken in a tray and was completely dry! A quarter of a flat bread where as before we were given a whole one! Has put me off ordering ever again! First time was like it was from a completely different place. Utterly disappointed.

Quite disappointed. Even though it arrived early the kebab was cold and chips and halloumi fries were just slightly warm. The hummus that was supposed to come with the halloumi was also missing. Next time I will collect from restaurant as had no issues before and was hopefully a one off.

At 60 +, My first Turkish takeaway ! Everyone said that I should. This was the best takeaway meal I have had in ages. Beautifully cooked meats fresh salads, roasted vegetables ,breads and rice. We had the mixed Ruya tray and It would serve 3 easy . Easy online ordering ,choice of delivery time and friendly delivery driver.5 stars will order again!

Decided on a treat tonight and ordered a Turkish with Ruya online - we went and collected it and what a treat! wonderful rice, meats, bread and salad. Really exceptional meal, we ordered too much! So get some for lunch tomorrow too. Will defintely order again, thank you.

Outstanding food. The chicken is succulent and tastes superb. Kebab chicken is usually really dry but not here, they cook their chicken perfectly. Best of all is how it's presented, no more greasy wet pitta bread, they've cracked it!! Really impressed.

Lovely kebab place offering charcoal grilled meats, halloumi and veg. I have tried their chicken wings before (really tasty with rice) and this time had some chicken with grilled veg, salad and the bread,all really nice and I'm definitely coming back for more! Consistently great!

Best kebab in Tenterden and surrounding area by miles. The competition in the area (Including Ashford) don't get anywhere close to the food served here. The food is that good. I would highly recommend this Turkish kitchen to anyone.

Undoubtedly the best kebab in the area and beyond. I've struggled to justify ordering kebab anywhere else since Ruya has opened. Staff are amazing, food is always hot when it arrives and it's clear they put the same graft and passion into every dish they create. Credit to the owner and everybody who works there. Well done.

Best Kebab that I have had in England. Food quality noticeable better and fresher than anything around. I believe this could be due to the way its cooked on a coal grill but also probably the quality of meat as well. Also best halloumi fries in the world.

Incredibly delicious! Not your authentic kebab shop, food is impeccable and we will be returning customers. Owners are kind, professional and chatty. The atmosphere is relaxed regardless of how busy they are. An asset to Tenterden! A takeaway we didn't know we needed. Give this place a go, you will not regret it!

I honestly can’t recommend Rüya Kitchen enough! I I came here yesterday and was beyond impressed. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious, great portion sizes and piping hot. Overall a 10/10. Definitely will be a returning customer!
