9 of us came to Ruhits tonight for a 60th birthday meal. It was top rate; Rohan was our main waiter 😁. We were delighted to see desserts back on the menu.....all of us had them.

Food was fresh, tasty and healthy. Service was excellent. Haven’t been in person for ages, but after tonight, I’ll be back.

Top rate as always, but the 6 of us were disappointed that desserts are no longer served. The menu had a big choice. The restaurant was busy

We've been coming here for about 20 years. Our son was visiting from Manchester so we decided to go for a pre Christmas meal out, for 5 of us. Everything was top rate as always but we were slightly disappointed that no deserts were available.

Terrific food and excellent, unobtrusive service. Anything from the Tandoor is top notch. In terms of curries, the jalfrezi is epic. Excellent value too, at around £30 per head including drinks.

It's so good to know that there are still old fashioned (in a good sense), non-pretentious Indian restaurants in London like Ruhits, just like back in the day growing up in Kenton, Harrow I can't be doing with haute cuisine Indian No thank you. Staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. The meal was utterly delicious with subtle blends of taste and texture. The restaurant was busy - every table was full all the time we were there, but customers seemed happy with the charming service and carefully prepared dishes.

100% recommend coming here! Amazing food, which has a good amount of options and can cater to vegetarians! Great value for money and brilliant staff. Service was amazing and felt so welcoming! Recommend dining in for the full experience! 10/10 coming again every time I’m in London.

For 5 years I lived in North West London, and ordered from Ruhits most weeks. Just fantastic Indian food at great prices. Eating in is a pleasure too. We have recently moved from area and will miss Ruhits dearly. Anyone new to town – congratulations, you've found the only Indian takeaway you need!

We've been dining at Ruhit's for about 7 or 8 years and we absolutely love the food - especially the lamb biryani and the machli bahare sizzler (fish). We always felt welcome here, the owner is very kind and present all the time, greeting guests and making sure everyone is happy. The restaurant is small, intimate, perfect for a couple having dinner. We've also brought many of our friends there, so would definitely recommend.

Just had the most wonderful meal at Ruhits! Hadn’t been since before lockdown! The place has been refurbished, it is totally refreshed, with the same lovely staff and good tasty food! Would highly recommend

Very nice food but a complete lack of ownership of there orders. Paid for a delivery and nothing turned up. Phoned and no care about the customer. "not my problem" If you can stand there terrible decor you should go in for food but Definately don"t order a delivery

me and my friends book a table , we order some starter and main course,food was amazing and service was very good.waiters are very friendly .

From the moment we arrived till we left, the service was excellent. We were greeted with a friendly waiter who automatically brought us complimentary poppadums and pickles. The prawn puree stater was excellent as was our mains of various meats and veg dishes. After the meal we were pleasantly surprised to be offered complimentary liquors and chocolates. So rare these days and a very lovely gesture . The prices are also so reasonable . The setting is a small family run business which is imitate , relaxed and clean, All the staff were lovely as was the owner who also came to say hello. We intend to go again in the near future. As a small business I hope that we can all support them as they are so well deserving of our patronage and deserve to thrive in thee difficult times. Thank you to all at Ruhits for a lovely evening. Visited Ruhit’s last week, never fails to disappoint The staff are always welcoming and service is excellent. I would recommend getting the prawn starter, chicken biryani, fish chilli curry and tandoori chicken. I’ve tried many things on the menu and it’s always fresh and delicious. I am a lover of Indians, and it’s hard to find a great one in London but Ruhit’s is in the top 5.

Perfect dinner and the staff really take care of their customers. Couldn’t be happier with the meal!

Ruhits is an incredible restaurant. The staff members are incredible and so attentive. They always go out their way to spoil us. Highly recommend going here as the food is superb and never disappoints.

After many months of lockdown it was a delight to revisit our favourite indian restaurant. Nothing different except the decor , nicely done. Same great food and friendly service. Will be back soon.

It's a cosy, friendly restaurant. The food for each of us came quickly, piping hot and matched exactly the menus and tasted wonderful. The service was very attentive, especially when we finished our drinks and immediately as we finished our food. They even gave us a complimentary digestivi drink at the end, as we were last to leave the restaurant. Overall, a wonderful place and no surprise it is award winning.

Ive grown up eating curry, god bless my mother, so for me to go out of my way and pay for it on a regular basis it has to be special! I like my curries thick and spicy, and the Meat Chilli Masala is to die for! A lot of places tend to do these sort of dishes with not much meat actually involved, but not here. Healthy amounts of lamb with that special masala sauce.Another curry I really enjoy is the chicken jalfrezi. This chicken stir fry has probably one of the best sauces I have had in an Indian dish.Last but not least the prawn puri. I do not want to talk much about this one, it is something you just have to try for yourself!Ruhul Amin. Look forward to seeing you guys again soon x

Love coming to Ruhits, always amazing service feel like part of the family, so well taken cared of, small details such as pulling out the chair. The food is amazing quality. My table got a mix of tandoori grill and mix of curries with naans and rice. The generous portions meant our food spilled over two tables and we all had enough for food to take away! I’ve been coming for years as it’s so local and feel like a special dining experience at only 5 mins walk from my house. Highly reccommend!

Ordered from Ruhits, very fast and extremely tasty. The meat chilli masalah was amazing and it was extremely fresh. The chicken jalfrezi was cooked to perfection and the spice was just amazing. Would highly recommend. Can’t wait to go when COVID ends

we used to go to Ruhits on a regular basis before Covid. From experience lately many take out dishes are just not the same as those eaten in house This was soo good though.

Do not make a mistake and order from Ruhits to collect or have the food delivered. Absolutely dreadful service. For the second weekend in a row the service was terrible. I made an order to collect and I was told to come in 45 minutes.Upon my arrival there was a further 20 mins wait. My order was wrong, they packed french fries instead of naan breads. Since my order was wrong last weekend I have asked them twice to check my order and they assured me my order was correct, but sadly it was wrong. This is our local Indian and we ordered and supported the business all throughout the lockdown. Very disappointed, will not order again from them.I would say the food is fair, not exceptional but the service is chaotic and frankly not worth my hard earned cash.

Tuvimos una gran comida aquí recientemente. Realmente disfruté los bajhis de cebolla y pasé a tener la versión picante del pollo tikka masala. Estaba lleno de chiles verdes y ciertamente volveré para este.Un par de cosas realmente me atrajeron a este lugar: la calidad del pollo era muy alta con sabrosa carne blanca y el precio era excepcional a 37 para dos, incluidas las bebidas. This is the worst food I have ever eaten in my life. It actually made me vomit and I had a terrible headache the following day. I suggest they change their chef, before they cause catastrophic injury to someone!

My family and I have been to ruhits for many years now and the food has always been incredible, along with the service being very friendly. What is even better is the the price, and being able to cater for all levels of curry spiciness. Would definitely recommend giving this small curry house a visit.

Always so welcoming with the kindest and friendliest service. Every curry I've ordered has been delicious and with amazing starters and naans too. And all at a very reasonable cost! Ruhits always has great freshly made food, we had a delicious meal. Also like their new decor. The restaurant is ten minutes from Roundwood Park. Service is friendly and has got much quicker recently.

Estamos visitando Londres y nos quedamos en Sidmouth Rd. Cuando entramos necesitábamos sustento pronto. Después de una parada rápida en la tienda de al lado, nos dirigimos a Ruhits. Qué puntuación. El servicio es impecable, la comida es fantástica y el valor es excelente. El pollo con mantequilla nos trajo de regreso 5 días después de nuestra última noche en Londres. Eran tan complacientes para nuestra llegada tardía. Todo salió caliente y delicioso. Me alegro de haber encontrado este maravilloso restaurante indio. Comimos pollo de mantequilla, pollo de ajo, cordero de badami, pollo de ajo, brochetas de sheek, papadum y arroz (más de 2 visitas). Vale la pena una visita.

Hice una visita a este establecimiento con mi esposa y un amigo de la familia. Después de revisar el menú, ordené una comida que no tenía ninguna advertencia de que contenía ingredientes calientes o que se describía como caliente como otros artículos en el menú. Pedí un pollo Balti jalfrezi, una comida que he comido muchas veces en varios restaurantes. Esta fue la primera vez que experimenté que me ardía la boca mientras comía uno de esos platos. Cuando le informé a la persona que había servido la comida, la única respuesta que obtuve fue que así lo hacemos aquí. ! Como teníamos a un amigo de la familia con nosotros, decidí no hacer nada para hacer una escena, así que una vez que todos hubieron terminado, pedí la factura. Esta era la misma persona que había hecho la factura y se la había entregado al chico para que me la diera. Su explicación fue (el otro hombre lo había agregado). A menos que fuera la persona que vino a recoger un cargamento, no vi a ninguna otra persona en el restaurante que pudiera ser responsable. No volveré

Me dijeron que viniera a recoger las bebidas en medio de mi comida cuando pedí específicamente un servicio de atención al cliente TERRIBLE me colgó el teléfono en la cara. Cuando traté de devolverle la llamada, me dijeron que era mejor pedir una Pizza Hut o cualquier otra franquicia de comida local, estos tipos no son profesionales.

I went to ruhits last week on my own to have a quick dinner and I had an amazing mixed vegetables korma with vegetables rice and almond naan! I absolutely recommend it, very tasty, quick service and definitely good value for money!

Went over with a couple of my friends after hearing many good things about this place from my family & it was amazing! the food was delicious and the staff were so nice and welcoming. Had to wait a little bit because the restaurant was a little busy but it is definitely worth the wait. I would definitely go again and have recommended this restaurant to many of my other friends.

Aunque el tamaño del restaurante es pequeño, el ambiente interior es muy agradable, el arte encantador se muestra alrededor de la habitación y la iluminación ambiental es muy agradable. Si planeas comer allí los fines de semana, asegúrate de reservar tu mesa con anticipación, ya que este restaurante es muy popular dentro de la zona, ¡puede estar muy ocupado muy rápido, a veces en las noches de la semana también! I have been a regular at this establishment with my family since 2006 and have consistently had great experiences, the food is wonderful and lovely atmosphere, i recommend to give this place a try as you wont be dissapointed.

Me habían recomendado por alguien local para pedir grandes para llevar desde aquí, así como el sábado va a ser de 6 miembros de la familia todos desean una fiesta deliciosa comida para llevar. En primer lugar, no me dejaba ordenar en línea, de modo que llamé. Tardó un poco en llegar la orden al otro lado. Pedimos la típica cebolla bhajis (decepcionante), poppadums (siempre me molesta cuando tienes que pagar por ellos), después pedimos 6 platos principales, pollo y cordero 4 2 + curry de verduras, arroces y pan naan. Los platos de pollo estaban todos salsa y poco (4 piezas de pollo en un tikka Massala-jeera), el pollo a la mantequilla al mismo y carecía de cualquier tipo de sabor. Porciones más pequeñas de lo habitual de arroz y tuvimos que esperar más de una hora para la entrega. Siempre he utilizado antes de que es 6 Especias en otra clase y mucho más sabroso. Es una pena pero no volver a utilizar.

I have eaten from here several times and mostly order a takeaway. I have to say this is one of the best indian restaurants I have bought from in a long time. The food is so fresh and tasty. I would highly recommend this place.

Cinco de nosotros fuimos incluyendo mi viejo 92 años Padre y después de la habitual poppadoms tuvimos 4 platos principales, hortalizas, arroz 3 4, 2 y agua además laasi naan. Todos los platos principales eran muy buenos, la mayoría de ellos eran del chef especiales aparte de un pollo masala. Las porciones eran decentes en vez de enormes con no demasiada paneer en el mutter paneer. El lassi era menos grueso que algunos. El servicio era atento y amable. Bill llegó a una ganga 15 libras por cabeza antes del servicio. Una comida muy agradable.

Tiny place and no surprises on the menu. But the cooking is of a very high standard. Whoever the chefs are if I were the owner I would make sure they remain behind the stoves. Highlight of the meal was the chilli fish. Fantastic flavour and fiery. Overall, the food was terrific value.Well done!

This is the closest restaurant to my front door so of course I want it to be somewhere I can invest in and sadly it isn't. Their take away (home delivery) is always dripping in fat. Not so bad when you actually eat in the restaurant which begs the question if they are capable of skimming off a bit of fat for sitting customers, why not make the effort for home delivery? On two occasions where the alcohol bill for our large group was in excess of £200 (The food was a similar figure- our pta and latterly friends at my retirement celebrated in the restaurant) we had to ask three times for tap water (another beer request was heard loud and clear as we're any other requests for items that cost us money) I brought this convenient deafness to the attention of the proprietor who apologised but effectively shrugged it off. We all make mistakes and in business we sometimes lose previously loyal clients. Not knowing or listening to why however is inexcusable.

This has to be the best value for money restaurant in London. Nice food and attentive staff. It's not luxurious but perfect for a weeknight meal out.

This restaurant confirmed my delivery order at 18:58. The meal was to be delivered at 8pm. I had to phone the restaurant 3 times to chase up the order. It eventually arrived just before 9pm - 2 hours after the order was placed! The excuse given was that they were busy because it was the end of the month. Hello it's 3rd September.The food was awful. Portions were very small, chicken was completely dry and the sauces caked to the sides of the tins. The puree bread was solid and inedible. The yogurt in the mint sauce was off and onion bhajee cold. The only thing that tasted good was the keema nan bread.We were celebrating my daughters acceptance to University. Well this put a complete downer on our evening. I will be writing to the owner and seeking a refund.Such a bad experience, never ordering from them again.

I went to this restaurant as it is around the corner from me and looked quite nice for an informal date night. We were seated almost straight away, would've been quicker but the waiters had to go in and out of the restaurant to serve the customers outside however we were seated straight after. The seating arrangement itself was a little difficult, as we were so close to the neighboring tables that we could either hear exactly what they were saying or we had to move everything that was on the sides of the tables to the center to avoid any accidents. The food was amazing really well prepared and set out. one issue i had was that when i ordered the prawn puree pancake it was supposed to be sweet and sour/tangy but it turned out to be a prawn curry on a small chupati. Although they were VERY generous with the amount of prawns they serve you which was lovely as i am a huge prawn fan, i was immediately put off as the prawns hadn't been cooked so i was quite disappointed to have to sit there with lines of cooked prawn poo in front of me. The onion bhaji was by far THE BEST i had ever tasted alongside grilled lamb, meat korma, saag paneer and some sundries. The service was great and they weren't offended when i asked to take my food away as i was stuffed! i would definitely go back but avoid the prawns next time!

Really nice Indian food here. Very small place and starts to steam up quick in there but gets you going and feeling the Indian vibes. I'll be back!

Had an excellent evening here, the staff welcome you and are friendly although the dining space is a little tight, worth it for the food, we all had a great selection of dishes and having tasted most they were all fab! Wir waren nur kurz in London und haben uns kurzfristig für dieses kleine Restaurant entschieden. Wir wurden gut beraten und gastfreundlich umsorgt . Das Essen war richtig lecker und dazu noch sehr preiswert ! Also wer in der Gegend ist sollte es dort versuchen !

Das Restaurant ist recht klein und eng. Eine Reservierung ist empfehlenswert! Das Essen ist sehr schmackhaft und abwechslungsreich. Die Portionen sind eher groß. Der Service und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut!

I read some reviews in tip adviser ,, we decided to go eat our dinner in the Ruhit,s Restaurant .. We spend our time very good. Chicken korma so tasty.. Staff are very helpful,. I will come back again

I came here about 4 months ago and the food was good but not brilliant. This time we decided to move away from our regular choice of dish that we like in our favourite restaurant in Ealing and chose lamb meatballs in a red sauce and chicken with coconut, chicken with spinach, saag panner, a vegetable biryany, rice 2 naans as well as another chicken dish. All the food was really first class this time, especially the meatballs which were absolutely great, not at all fatty and very spicy. The portions were generous and the meat pieces were large and juicy not dry. Including soft drinks the meal for 5 came to £70 before service which is also very good value. They are quite slow here though - we waited nearly half and hour before they took our food order though the food came reasonably quickly - so may not work for you if you are in a hurry.

I would highly recommend. I have used Ruhits as a takeaway and I have eaten in. No matter which way you enjoy Ruhits the food is always delicious and the service is always impeccable.

Have been many times to this restaurant, small and very welcoming, holds approximately 40 people. Service and food of the highest quality and price very reasonable. Been to many Indian restaurants across England and in my opinion this is by far the best.

I used to live about 5 minutes walk away from this place but moved to Ealing more than ten years ago so it is a while since I came in here. This is a small cosy restaurant so you need to book especially if like us you are a party of 5. We just had poppadoms, a main course and coffee. All the dishes were good. The peshwari naans were particulalry good. Unusually we had lamb chops which were tasty but overdone so too tough for cutlery - hands needed. The other dishes (chicken with coconut, with spinach and a sour tomato sauce) were all very nice and my father enjoyed his veggie balti. Service is friendly. Only downside is they must have a small kitchen as service was slow so from sitting down to receiving our main course was nearly an hour. Coffee was very nice and good value at £1.50. The other thing with this place is that it gets very warm even in cool weather so dress for summer even in winter! Our meal came to £75 incl service though we only had soft drinks.

One of my favourite restaurant in local .we visited last month but I was so busy to make a feedback.Today I got little time .so my overall point of view good food service is good aswell I will comeback definitely.

Food fairly good with the exception of Aloo Patil Chicken which was nearly all potato and very little chicken. We had a variety of starters and mains and really enjoyed them all. Ordered a bottle of Rioja which was cheap (for a restaurant) but too warm and a little too sweet. Service was poor which, given that for the first half hour we were the only occupied table in the restaurant, was very disappointing. They seemed to prioritise phones in orders to their captive clients! Interestingly the busier the restaurant got the better the service-very strange!

The people were very courteous and very welcoming . The food was very exquisite and simply class , i felt the need to write this review because i want to help others find the best indian base cuisine in London. The lay out of the shop looked very attractive therefore i was encouraged to go to the shop.

Been going to Ruhit's on and off now for over 10 years and it's still one of the best in NW London for its great quality of food and service. Good prices, Good people.

Amazing food as always! Such good quality fresh and clean. The staff are also great and the atmosphere is super! The Cobra beer is always cold!

Heard a lot of great things about Ruhit's from my friends and decided to try it out for myself a while ago. I am pleased to say that it didn't disappoint! When we arrived, the staff were very attentive and the atmosphere was very calm and relaxing despite it being very busy. As soon as the food arrived, we were immediately taken by the aroma and the presentation, it is clear that the chefs took their time to prepare this meal and it tasted simply divine. The portions were very generous and the lamb curry was served just how I like it. The prices are very reasonable and the menu varied with several excellent tasting dishes. Overall, this was one of the best Indian restaurants I have been to in London and it is certainly worth visiting if you are looking for great Indian food at good prices.

We finally ate here after having lived essentially on the same street as the restaurant for over a year. We decided to get dinner here on a whim and man am I glad we did! First of all the menu selection is vast. You've got your typical choices between chicken, lamb and fish plus the everyday favorites like Korma, Masala, etc. but what wowed me were the new dishes we tried. The Balti dishes were amazing as was the chicken Mowsoor and the fish chilli Masala. The quality of the food was great - no pools of grease and excellent cuts of chicken and lamb. We were even graced with a free bottle of Cobra for being paying patrons. Long story short this place is a great option for takeaway or dining in.

So we ordered over the website and called after half an hour. They said it would be another half hour. An hour later it finally came with no apology at all. Then when I finally sat down to eat it it was rubbish! The sauce tasted sour, I was so hungry after waiting so long that I would have eaten anything... I didn't even finish my dinner it was bad.
