When I wrote a review for this delightful venue in August I had no idea that I would have the opportunity to revisit in September but our coach once again stopped in MH for a break so I hot footed it to Ruffles and experienced the same welcome as previously. They offer a variety of themthe most delicious home made scones as well as other goodies. Helpful staff, great service. I really enjoyed my tea and scone and maybe one day the coach will stop at MH again. This town has so much to offer, and is well worth a visit.

My second review of Ruffles. Visited for Afternoon Tea after having a lovely lunch here previously. So disappointing. Sandwiches were so dry and cakes tasteless. Sorry but will not be visiting again.

What a delightful tea shop at the end of a bustling High St. Spotlessly clean and very friendly helpful staff. The menu invites customers to choose the sandwich or jacket pot filling from the array of ingredients on the menu. Didn’t indulge but the cakes and scones looked delicious. Would go there again without any hesitation

Had outstanding cake here, very reasonably priced too. We had the Pistachio brownies, and cherry and almond scones with clotted cream and jam out of the many choices. Small but comfortable and pleasantly decorated surroundings and a quiet end of the high street. Did not have lunch here, but could have as they had good light lunch choices. Coffee was excellent too. Very pleasant visit with nice staff. It was a little bit tight to get in and out of the corner seat I was in once the cafe filled up, but no biggie.

Although this is a small coffee shop, it is outstanding. Excellent coffee and service. I tried the lemon cake, attracted by its gorgeous decoration. The portion was larger than I expected and it was deliciously lemony. I will visit again!

Been to Ruffles a fair few times now as the coffee is amazing. The latte and flat white are great tasting and beautifully presented with pretty latte art. All cakes are homemade and are delicious! The goats cheese crumpet stack was lovely as was the jacket potato I had another visit - all ingredients fresh, tasty and well presented. Great little cafe!

My daughter and I visited for brunch and it was ALL gorgeous! We had iced lattes with a dash of vanilla, smashed avocado on sourdough and a cheese and ham toasted sandwich and everything was delicious 😊. Very nicely presented and all very fresh ingredients. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were asked to sample the lemon blonde which was amazing. We took home a piece of tiffin and a dinosaur biscuit as our friends were coming over in the afternoon and they were very much enjoyed 😊. We will definitely be returning when we next go to Market Harborough, we also be telling my friends about Ruffles too 😊

Placed at the top end of town A quaint Cafe with lovely deco. A family owned business. All desserts created by the owners. Cakes change weekly. Always a new treat. Yummy snacks for morning/ lunch 😋 hot toasties. Baked potatoes. Sandwiches, Really tasty goat cheese tart. (Afternoon cream tea) one of the best I have ever eaten. ( And I have tried many across the uk. ) Staff are friendly and happy to help. The YES PLEASE dessert gives a tasting of three desserts plus a macaroon. Beautiful tea pots and cups. Fit for a queen. Great coffee and a refreshing pink lemonade. There's a couple of tables outside. This Cafe may be small but offers the wow factor.

Love this place and the people who work here. Whenever I’m in the area I always make time to pop in for breakfast or a coffee. I cannot think of anywhere better in the area if you want good quality food and drink.
