Usually get very nice food in a very timely fashion. Have only had one bad experience

Best curry in bognor by far but don't expect it to come on time. Waited 2 hours for my curry and I'm still waiting.

I use this take away as its convenient and fast to pop in and collect food always hot, service is good, and it's been consistently good food.

The food at Ruchi is the best takeaway that I know in Bognor.

They have changed the name to Simla Tandoori, the food was very nice and really well priced.

Been using for years but very disappointed tonight. Hot curry wasn't even slightly hot, poppadoms were old too, not sure If there is new management but defo not the same.

We have been ordering with Ruchi for a number of years, however last night the chef got our orders terribly wrong. We always order number 32 on the menu which is GARLICKY chicken which is supposed to be MILD DELICATE BUTTERY CREAMY CURRY WITH EXTRA GARLIC AS per the menu descriptions. bearing in mind that we have been ordering this dish for years; however what we got last night was not creamy nor buttery. They gave us a tomato based dish and tried to pass this as creamy. I mean you can clearly see and taste tomato certainly no cream or butter. My husband took them back which they took inside and supposedly made two other garlicky for us however when he got home it was still not a creamy buttery dish. It looked like they just took the same takeaway and tweaked it but still NOT GARLICKY DISH. We couldn’t be bothered at this time to take it back again hence the negative review. Waste of time. If they advertised something as creamy/buttery with extra garlic then it should reflect in the dish. We were very disappointed with this. We were late to eat our dinner as we have to wait to get all the food together. I am not sure if we will be ordering again from Ruchi or find another takeaway. We tried to support our local takeaway but this was really disappointing and expensive. If they had run out of cream then they need to tell their customers while ordering or if their chefs are not aware of the menu then they need to teach their chefs what a creamy buttery dish looks like. It seems like the chefs has used the same sauce to prepare all of our orders with. All tasted the same tomato sauce full of sugar.

Will actually say food is really good from here. Service though is not. Forgot some of order. Girl on phone was, extremely blasé about it. Forgotten food turned up 20 mins later, cold, and got a rice to compensate. This will probably change my mind from coming here again.

Absolutely fuming, ordered on their website, waited 1 hrs 20mins, no sign of food, so called to be told, oh sorry, websites down, well put that on ya site then, We won't be back 🤬🤬🤬

We had a takeaway from here on many occasions and it’s been nice, last night ( Saturday 26th ) ordered our curry and it was tasteless and bland absolutely no flavour at all , ate some but most went into the bin, could be a one off but definitely not worth over £35 for two

Yes very good but make sure you check the discount you're supposed to get as everytime you have to remind them

I have had takeaways from Ruchi for quite some time and again this is the best Indian I’ve had in a long time. The best taste and flavour possible can’t fault it.

Always friendly service, not a regular every week or month, but always made to feel but only saw you yesterday. Food always arrives quickly, full of flavour and good portion size. Thank you once again.

Curry delivered in speedy time. Piping hot, full of flavour and mint sauce very tasty compared to other restaurants we’ve been to. The only downside was our plates were soon empty and we could happily eat everything again! Thanks Ruchi will be coming back soon……

I got the Vegetable Dansak, it was absolutely delightful. The team were so helpful with ensuring it was all prepares vegan for me. Couldn't have been nicer. Would reccomend this place for all dietary requirements

We Ordered our Christmas dinner with Ruchi in 2020. We sent in a Turkey Crown and gave them free licence to do what they wanted. It couldn’t have worked out better. It came with festive decoration and all the food was delicious. The restaurant really went above and beyond to make our Christmas a memorable one. The amazing service from Apon was a highlight of the evening. Would highly recommend anyone else looking for a festive takeaway to use these guys.

I really hate to give bad reviews, but why do you have to put so much dessicated coconut in the curry? It was supposed to be chef's special hot one, full of flavour. Full of sugar and coconut more like. And there was pretty much just one chicken breast. I think for £9 that is kinda a rip, especially when the sauce is pap with no veg. And the mixed starter was so average. Bland bhaji and bought in frozen samosa with grey filling, both as limp as my piece for this food. My first warning sign was walking in there and not smelling curry. Sorry.

Take out absolutely awful unless you have a sweet tooth terrible really awful. !!

They have the best yoghurt mint sauce. The food is always amazing. Friendly drivers. Worth the price they charge 😊

We don't often have takeaways, and this is the third we have ordered from. The other two were good but this one, Ruchi, has been the best. Fast delivery. Very delicious.

The food from here is really tasty!! The chicken dansak has quality ingredients and full of flavour. Added bonus is they have a score of 5 on the doors. Very clean takeaway restaurant. Really recommend Ruchi +++😀

Clean, comfortable small lounge area for waiting for your meal as it's prepared. For the eco-friendly, all food come in foil containers with paper lids & paper bags for dry popodums. A single reusable carrier bag to take it all home

Used this take away for the first time yesterday, excellent service and very good food. Will definitely be using them again.

The food was amazing. We ordered King prawn sagwala and chicken tikka with some boiled rice. The curries were flavoursome and the rice was light and fluffy. The delivery was prompt and the service was outstanding as they provided some extra complementary free of charge. I would definitely recommend this place as it provided good quality food at competitive price.

Moved to bognor 10mths ago. Used ruchi on out first nite. Food was amazing. And have used them ever since for our take away. Wouldn't go any where else. Lovely food

Nicest Indian takeaway I've ever had.

Seen 8 5star reviews, but unfortunately I did not like. Potatoes were too big and a little hard. Kurma is sweet. I hope they will change the recipe and get good ratings.

Just had a takeaway delivery from Ruchi. Really impressed with the food would absolutely recommend. Delicious food can't fault it . Will definitely be getting another takeaway from here .

I ordered from there when we moved and now won't order from anyone else, I have not tried a dish that I didn't like, they are fantastic
