We stopped here for quick snack on way home, our daughter is gluten free & we know that they do food for her requirements. We were greeted by someone called Mike, who clearly needs to attend a course for customer service When asked about gluten free, he abruptly said no, no explanation, nothing

ordered 4 different bakes only received 2 of them

I ordered my food at 19.32 pm and it kept getting later and late to deliver my order and it was due o just eat having no drivers . it is a pauling that u had to wait 2 and a half hours for my order . I would like to receive a refund

order is missing bacon breakfast roll ,the two bags are marked 2/3 and 1/3 so where is 3/3 gone.

It's a good Gregg's but often lacking stock in fridges at lunchtime. Needs a queue for those just popping in and not purchasing coffees or behind the counter items as queues can get long.

Food was delivered cold even tho we requested that it please be hot .. it even said it in big letters on the receipt you gave us with the food … not happy at all .. Will order from the one in town in future as they always deliver hot to us , it’s just the fact this one is closer to us which is why we ordered but won’t in future ..

Visited on the 10th April, ordered two steak bakes two latte coffees, waa with friend. Unfortunately, and this is not the first time , both steak bakes were luke warm, almost cold. Coffee was luke warm. At sainsburys, shripney their hot food counter produces Hot food. Why can't this greggs. For hot bakes, it's sainsburys from now on.

Delivery driver was very polite and happy!

Fresh food and very good coffee, which is all good value. Easy to park and the restaurant and toilets were both very clean. There is also a seating area outside, which some covered tables.

food not good quality also did not get my hash brown a lot of money for a substanded meal

Every time me or coworkers order breakfast baguettes here we get bacon when ordering sausage or vice versa. Other than that it’s decent but this is the 4th time in a row it’s wrong :(

This driver was excellent and bothered to speak to me about how he can access my downstairs door. I’d previously had a bad experience with a Just Eat driver who’d said he delivered when he didn’t and l lost money. However this driver was polite and efficient and has restored my faith in Just Eat. Thank you!

Friday was very busy ,but good value for money . Breakfast bap and coffee £3.50 . What's not to like before 11am .

I ordered 2 portions of chicken goujons and got 2 portions of wedges instead,this has happened before, perhaps the staff should read the order properly and send what I ordered.

Shop floor area needed sweeping/cleaning. Maybe a rota to check on public areas could be implemented.

The Bognor ride out group (scooters) mostly end our ride out at greggs and got to say food and coffee always spot on and the staff are brilliant polite, very helpful, greggs you are so lucky to find such a great team thanks guys

They advertise hot food, ordered it but it was stone cold. Hadn't seen an oven since originally baked!

The only thing that was missing was a porrion of potatoe wedges ..not happy as they were oir my young son he loves dipping them in sauce... it needs looked at..surely the orders should be checked before hand . .

2nd Time in 2 weeks, I've tried to get hot sausage rolls.only to be told they haven't got any. Both times were about 11.45 am, just before lunch. What's going on.

Just been served by Luca on the late shift. Excellent and courteous service from this guy. VERY helpful in helping us to choose from the menu and so patient when I was soo tired after a long day. Really good customer skills! Thank you Luca - and Greggs! We WILL be back!

I live a 5 min drive from restaurant. Ordered at 10:08 and got my food around 11:15. Driver went completely the wrong way and took much longer than needed. Food stone cold.

I ordered the sharing deal which is meant to come with wedges but they weren’t with my order this is the second time this greggs has got my order wrong this is awful service

Can't really beat a Greggs. This one is quite individual as you can opt for a drive through like fast food outlets. Good range of food and sweet stuff plus low cost tea which in my opinion is the same as the fancy coffee shops tea.

Drive through Gregg's WOW! Plenty of tables and chairs to sit and have a drink and something to eat, I have only ever been later in the day. Friendly staff and plenty of parking.

Excellent communication as they called to tell me hash browns were not available. This was replaced with wedges. Thanks to Debbie who was very pleasant to deal with.

Not very happy as originally my order was due at 6 20 645 ..it arrived at1925. Not even any messages to inform me bout delay . No apolgy from driver ..its a shame as im northern and we love the corned beef bakes very popular up north ..need more drivers if thats the problem..and the shop in town should sell the corned beef bakes ..very dissapointing they dont ..especially when butlins is open ..the northerners would definately flock to shop in town .if corned beef bakes were available ....FACT .
