A well presented takeaway, clean, hygienic, with friendly staff which offers a very wide variety of foods from fish and chips to omelettes, chinese food to pizzas. Highly recommended.

Got a lot of love for Ruby’s! Usually not a big fan of chippys but this place changed my mind! Love the ribs, love the kebabs, love the chicken wings..I could go on! Always friendly and top notch service!

Their burgers and Chinese meals are great but their chips are always soggy, Sorry guys You do so many nice meals but your chips just are not crispy. Always clean and fast service .

It is what it is. Food is always fresh. Service is always quick and there is a variety of choice. Place always seems cleans when I go in. A chip shop is never going to be anything fancy but it's always a bonus when the staff are friendly, food is good and the place is clean. This ticks all the boxes

really struggling to stay off the toilet after last nights visit to this a new chip shop to us .... I ordered curry and chips ... it felt bizarre in my mouth and tasted wierd ... daughter had cheese and chips ... and is in the same boat as me ... extreme stomach pain, then diarrhea and feeling sick :( Wouldnt suggest it to anyone else !!!

Had curry and rice a few weeks ago approx 5hrs later I have severe vomiting ! Turns out the locals are aware that this chippy is one to avoid - wish someone had told me..... Reported to Environmental Health

Visiting the area and looked for a good Chinese takeaway. Lovely food! The salt and pepper chips are just the best ever. I had a very tasty sweet and sour chicken.. Definitely recommend.

116 Seaview RoadWe have had takeaway food from here a few times and apart from special fried rice, we haven't been given what we have ordered. We initially thought it was just a mix up and we had a dish meant for someone else. By the third time this happened we have had to reach the conclusion they don't care what you get,it's already been paid for in advance. Our last takeaway was last Saturday and we were given Singapore vermicelli which only had pork and 3 prawns in it and was TOTALLY unseasoned. I was prepared to quickly stir fry it with soy sauce and sesame oil to make it edible and because we were too hungry to go back and complain but ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, won't go again.

118 Mill LaneOrdered a takeaway. Missed off rice from order said it would be 10 mins to deliver it. 50 minutes later and we are still waiting on rice so all other food is stone cold? ?. Rang me back 5 mins after 1st phone call and said itd be 10 minutes more. No option for a refund online either so now £20 down drain . First and last time using this place
