Rubydoocakes in Wiltshire

Took my nieces money as a deposit for a cake and now won’t answer the phone or messages to her. My niece gets married in a week and has now been left without a cake. How can you do this to people???? You should be ashamed.

We ordered a selection of cupcakes for our company meeting. Delivery was great, everything was really well packaged and clearly labelled (we had some people with specific dietary requirements). We ordered Vanilla Bean, Chocolate and Lemon flavours with our company logo printed on the top of each cupcake. Not only did they look amazing, they were absolutely delicious!

I ordered some amazing cupcakes for my mum‘s 70th birthday… The carrot cake was the best I’ve ever tasted and they looked absolutely beautiful! She is an artist!

Lou was so friendly and helpful to communicate with. I sent her a photo of the djembe cake I would have liked for my partner's 50th and, no word of a lie, she made it exactly as my photo! If not even better! Lou delivered the cake at home on the day of my partner's birthday and had great advices in carrying it to our party location, how to cut it, how to store, she had it all covered. Needless to say the flavor was delicious, I choose the chocolate cake with orange buttercream and crystalized ginger bits in the middle, it was fantastic!!! I would highly recommend it and would order another cake from Lou in an heart beat!

I tasked Louise with making some Taylor Swift themed cupcakes for our daughters birthday, and she didnt disappoint! They were amazing, our 11 year old daughter LOVED them, and I got some mum points for thinking of ordering them, Thank you Louise, you rock!!

An absolutely amazing cake was made for my 3 year old. They communication was amazing and we spoke about all the different flavours and sizes etc. Was delivered to me the night before the party. We have used Rubydoo Cakes a few times for celebration cakes and cup cakes. They are always fabulous. This weekend Lou made the most amazing cake for my daughter’s 21st. Her brief was to recreate the Hummingbird Bakery chocolate devil cake for 40-50 people, with chocolate shavings and a simple message on top. What we received was incredible: absolutely delicious, beautifully presented and devoured by our party guests.

Get for all baking wants needs and desires 🤤 Lou made our first experience exceptional! She went through everything and helped us with our vision. The cup cakes were so much better than I thought possible! Birthday girl (9) and all her friends and family enjoyed them and not even a crumb left! Will 100% be using rubydoo cakes again in the future and 100% recommend to anyone! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered paw patrol cup cakes from Rubydoocakes for my sons 4th birthday, as soon as they were ready to be collected I was made aware and had friendly service during collection. My little boy was completely over the moon with his cakes and couldn’t be any happier! They including all of his favourite characters too. I have ordered several cakes from Louise now, a birthday and two christening cakes for my daughters and each one has been magnificent!
