Ruby Takeaway in Stoke-on-Trent

Absolutely awful food leftovers I think then given to our order and add insult to disgusting cost £14 pound plus wish I could give minus 5 terrible

What can I say, this little gem is about 5 minutes away from my house and I have lived here for 5 years nearly and never even knew about it. I have travelled to the Far East including China and Hong Kong around 11 times in the past 10 years and have to say this Chinese is up there. Excellent portions, always red hot and it’s the tastiest Chinese food I would say in Staffordshire 100% It’s really up there and I know it’s westernised but it has a lot of authentic flavours. Crispy chilli beef is off the charts, quarter roast duck was cooked to perfection. It’s my go to Chinese from now on I won’t be having it from anywhere else. Thanks Ruby I will be a loyal customer for now on..

Excellent quality food with an extensive menu, always consistent, piping hot food freshly cooked. Highly recommended

Had a meal a few nights ago the spring rolls are a very generous portion! but nice fillings and crispy. Also had 2 main courses, both very nice and a portion of fried rice and the bill was £17.00 which I thought was very good. The place looked very clean and the staff were friendly, will definitely be returning. I normally go to a takeaway in congelton, I would says this is as good, maybe better and much closer for me

Good Chinese food locally. Deliver also. All usual old favourites. Good quality meat. I can specially recommend the special chow mein. A mix of all different meats and prawns.

The ruby doesn't look much from first appearance but on a recommendation, I thought I'd give it a visit. We had a range of dishes from the classic sweet and sour Cantonese style chicken to the house special and dessert. Each dish was delightfully flavoursome and the service was speedy, yet efficient. The staff are lovely and friendly and a bonus is that you can watch your food prepared and cooked as you wait. Only down fall is that it was cash only. Try this little gem of a takeaway and enjoy! Don't be put off by its location.

Been coming to Ruby's for years and years excellent fresh cooked food no complaints .Try the Triple Crown its out of this world never seen it anywhere else can not rate this take away highly enough.

I love Ruby as you can watch the chef cooking and see how clean the place is. The staff are lovely and welcoming. The food is so fresh and tasty. Very popular take away.
