The best Chinese shop in the hole of Hucknall we order from here every weekend my hole family love going here. For a family of 6.

Ordered for the first time, came on time, that's where the positives end. Was left disappointed as most the food was inedible, way too salty to eat. Tried different dishes even the rice!! 😩

Some food OK and was hot but some not nice... the meat was cheap, just fat on the duck literally it was just the fat of the duck and then a lot Lot lot of veg obvs penny pinching even with cheap meats lol Beef was not good, Rice, shredded crispy chicken and chow mein were all ok but will not be going here again and will stay with New Hong Kong as much better quality ingredients and spices. Only tried these for a change and new Hong Kong not open today.

1st time using Ruby house as recommended by a friend, was previously using another Chinese in Hucknall Very impressed with the quick service and the food 10/10 Will be using you guys from now on 😃

Took a awhile to arrive and not great when it finally got here! Wish I’d waited for tomorrow when dragon wonder was open, next time I fancy a Chinese on a Tuesday I’ll defo wait till Wednesday

Have ordered from here 5+ times now. The service and food are great!! Today we had the chicken szechuan, mushroom fried rice, mixed vegetable curry and chow mien and it was all so tasty. Thank you 🙂

Nicest Chinese! Decent portions, always hot and the delivery doesn’t take too long. Ordered fe here a few times now, good to find a decent Chinese and the staff are always friendly. We were ordering from a different Chinese in Hucknall for years but unfortunately the last 2/3 we’ve had from there weren’t nice.

terrible chinese ordered on the phone got told it would cost £16.50 and the driver told me £17.50 don't know what happened driver probably pocketed it

Best Chinese we have had. Food cooked fresh to order, no delay. Collect or delivery available, location is difficult to find with poor parking as its on a residential road but have always found somewhere to park adjacent. Tasty food, piping hot

Really good takeaway, been visiting since I was a kiddo, really good hot and sour soup and nice spicy dishes...sometimes lacking in the meat (pancake roll with 3 bits of pork and 1 prawn...not even a juicy one) but would still recommend for flavour mmmm mmmmm!

Had set menu for two, very good service. Piping hot on arrival, best tasting Chinese we've had. Will be using again. Highly recommended.

Had this yesterday and the food was awful we went here before the lock down and it was nice but yesterday the food was bland chicken was hard and dry blackbean sauce was tasteless and ribs full of fat and gristle they have lost my custom wont ever order from here again

Food looked alright till you tasted it ,beef curry the beef was tough had sweet sour chicken and prawns the batter was not cooked enough soggy inside pulled meat out of the batter to eat ,will not go there again.

First time for ages at ruby house,hucknall. We enjoyed the food,fair price,good portions. Only let down was the wait, because they were so busy,not really a bad thing.

Food arrived piping hot, we actually had to wait for it to cool! First time ordering and I now won't go anywhere else!! 5* hygiene rating and affordable!!

Never had a bad meal yet, sometimes a bit of a wait but that's down to its popularity.
