Our favourite Chinese takeaway! All of meals tastes delicious and very fresh. The Chicken in Satay and Sweet and Sour Chicken is probably the best I’ve had from a Chinese! The prawn toast is out of this world. Very friendly staff on collection. We recently ordered Set Meal B - it was very tasty and great value for money!

food was good, was meant to be delivered between 19:55-20:15 but didn’t arrive until 20:30 and had no tracking updates

The food was delicious. It is a very nice place to meet with friends and enjoy the food.

I popped in here to buy the family a take away on the strength of the reviews. And it’s a really decent, if fairly standard, British Chinese. My family loves a Chow Mein, which was great from here. The crispy shredded beef was also a hit. I’d say nothing we got was outstanding. But everything was done well and was very tasty. The service was spot on and they took my order and gave me a 10% discount for collection. The interior is nice but a bit dated, and that my only real critique of this place. Would order again.

Food is great but I've had some off dishes. Paid around £8 for broccoli when I ate in. This is more than most other dishes? Broccoli was also very undercooked.

Really lovely food , the fifth time we have ordered from here. Definitely our ‘go to’ now.

Went to Ruby last night for the first time. The service was excellent as was the food. We had Menu C for 2 persons and could have done with a second stomach to eat it, but well worth he money, and the kids enjoyed the the leftovers today. On the whole can highly recommend and will return 👍 Went today for lunch on a Sunday and found out they do all you can eat from 12 - 4.30pm and it was excellent, will certainly be returning and can again recommend to anyone.

So glad we chose Ruby for our meal. The restaurant was spotless, the staff friendly and the food delicious. We had the sizzlers a prawn one and a chicken one. The freshly cooked prawn crackers were very nice too! We would highly recommend this restaurant.

Everything is great, but the house special hot pot can bring you back to life.

Ordered takeaway as it was wet out. Delivery quicker than expected for early Saturday evening. We weren't disappointed. Duck starter, plenty of hoisin sauce etc. We're on holiday but would happily use again .

Very expensive for very average Cold food - price on just eat is more than the take out menu! 8.60 for a bland beef curry with 4 bits of beef in avoid

Just got a takeaway, friendly reception, cooked promptly. Sweet and sour chicken balls were proper breast meat, dry spare ribs were soft and juicy. Crispy seaweed actually tasted of seaweed, duck with ginger and spring onions was bursting with flavour, perfectly seasoned. Egg fried rice was clean and tasty, a perfect side.

Ruby has got great food. Quantity and taste is great. Most of the times I've been here, I haven't been able to finish the food and had it packed

We always have the Ruby’s food, as a take a way, to which I go in and order it and it is usually really nice. But what I had today way not the usual standard and I will be going in tomorrow and complain.

This food was overpriced and very poor quality.The soup was stiff with cornflour, the duck was soggy, and the rice was awful

Usual place not open so chose here. Sorry but didn’t enjoy :( I think the chef forgot to add any seasoning as the Chicken yuk sung was really bland & tasteless. The potatoes used for the chips were not nice at all. Chicken balls were ok and the chicken & broccoli was ok after we seasoned it. Unfortunately won’t be ordering again.

Absolutely tasteless! The sweet and sour tasted like vinegar and the rest of the food had zero taste at all.

Not worth the money. Lemon chicken barely comes with sauce to use for half the chicken. Chips were stale and cold. Prawn toast meh. £45 order and doesn't come with prawn crackers.

15 of us went for a meal after playing in the Nationsl Bowls as a team celebration on Friday night and they looked after us great. So much choice and good food portions, as I was stuffed afterwards but need a plate rather than a small traditional bowl with chop sticks as so much food!

Really good Chinese takeaway and dine in! We usually order the chicken with three vegetables, beef in black bean sauce and a couple of egg fried rice. Good portions…two of us eat and usually have some leftovers for lunch next day! The waiter is very kind and courteous to customers. So glad I have ruby to rely on as our local Chinese takeaway!

This evening we had a takeaway from the Ruby. It was really lovely! I was surprised at how generous the portions are. We collected it, and were pleased that it was still nice and hot when we arrived home, considering we live approximately 8 miles away from Leamington. Definitely recommend.

We asked Google Maps for a local chinese and this was just round the corner. We had a set meal for two, great range of dishes ,bbq ribs, sweet and sour pork, far to much to eat it all, we skipped desert. Being early on a Monday evening it was very quiet so service was excellent.

Service is fantastic, the staff are super friendly. The food in the restaurant is affordable and great if you have a large party etc as they cater for large groups well. Takeaway is best, super fresh and large portions. Toilets need a revamp.

So disappointed. Works night in and we were so looking forward to a Chinese .. first they said it had arrived, we phoned up and they said he couldn’t find us, we called the driver and he again said he had tried to deliver. I live in a pub, I’m a publican, I use justeat on a regular basis . Food finally arrived, chow mein was congealed, chips were stone cold .: what a waste of money

In my humble opinion this restaurant is pricey hence it was near empty at the end if a week. They also served duck in plum sauce which was exactly the same colour as the sweet and sour and it was sent back. £65 for two people and just 2 drinks...

its just the driver was very rude and arrogant. no manners.

The meals were watery and tasteless, the vegetables were undercooked and onions had a very odd flavour. Used you before, and it’s always been ok, but this was very poor and you pay a decent premium to order from here. Very disappointed

We had food missing. No duck spring rolls very sad. Had the sauce though

Lovely restaurant! Staff are very friendly and welcoming, ask how you are etc. The food is amazing here, fresh and extremely tasty and cooked to order. Brilliant to have your bowls/plates brought to you hot ready for your food, and a bonus to see hot plates on the table (if that's what they're called!) keeping your food at a decent temperature unlike many restaurants that don't seem to do these anymore. Great varied menu and platters which are great for sharing. It's also the little touches that are lovely like the hand wipes after your starters, choice of cutlery or chopsticks and the cute Fortune Cookies at the end of your meal. Overall, a great restaurant!

Not up to there usual standards in fact rubbish.

Well we always have our food from you and normally it’s fine. Today several items were horrible. The spare ribs were rock hard and inedible. The duck pancakes were again very hard and thus the crispy duck was inedible. The rest of the food was ok but not your usual standard. Very unhappy

I have been eating Ruby for almost 10 years and I cannot get enough of it. Ruby Leamington remains my favourite Thai in town. Stuff is friendly and helpful, food is brilliant and they delivered everywhere I asked them to, from Leamington to Warwick, at my house or at friends houses. ❤️ thank you for cooking great food! 🥰❤️

This is a very good Chinese. I’ve been staying here for a few days whilst working and this is one of the best takeaways I’ve had in a long time. I highly recommend.
