BEST CHICKEN OF ALL CHICKEN SHOPS!

The quality and taste of the food was bad, overdone and we had one portion of garlic bread missing. The delivery time took over an hour and I couldn’t get through to the shop via phone to ask for an eta.

My wife came in and ordered a quater pounder and half pounder LISTEN THAT BURGER WAS AMAZING DEFO RETUEMING I EVEN FINSISHED MY WIFES BURGer aswell ten out of ten

Terrible service and food. We bought 5 pizzas at 3:15pm for kids. I pre-ordered and went to collect. The guy who served us was on the phone having a chat and didn't seem very pleased to see customers. Anyway, I am there to buy pizzas and not expecting great customer service. He gave me 3 garlic sauces for 5 pizzas. I asked, can I have two more garlic sauces please. His response and in the disgustingly rude way he responded was something that really annoyed me. His response was "that's too many. It is only a £15 sale. I will not give you more." That's infront of my kids! I felt like I went to him to beg for food, he gave me some out the goodness of his heart, I asked for more and he became annoyed! I was so angry but decided not to argue with a person who has no manner and end up embarrass myself even more in front of my kids! I paid the money and walked out! When I got home I found wired smell from the chicken in the pizzas. But it was better than the person's behaviour! This guy is giving bad name to the shop. I have no reason to think is unintentionally!

But the food was not sealed the box is open

One of the best chicken wings and chips I have had for a very long time, Even the chicken burger was so fresh and tasty. We needed such a place locally. You should give it a try.

Ordered from this place twice and on both occasions meals were missing from the order. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first occasion due to human error but the same thing with the same items (the ones that cost the most) happened on the second order. The workers were rude , appalling customer service bellowed at me on the phone , hung up on my face to avoid giving me my order/refund

Cold rock hard wings were given when i clearly asked the guy are they fresh he said yes. Also workers are extremely slow need more training.

What can I say no words to describe the low quality of the pizza

My order was late and one of the pizza was missing. The Restaurant admitted they forgot one of the pizzas but said they can not deliver the missing pizza. Very bad customer service if its your fault atleast have the decency to send the missing pizza. Then just eat has the nerve to refund me afew pounds when I did not receive my pizza.

It's my favourite place for bargain bucket, the chickens are very tasty compared to other places, less salted and the chips are very crunchy.

Worst pizza , it has aftertaste like someones been smoking around the products.. im a non smoker and after one slice i felt smoke taste in my mouth..

The food is amazing but after few orders they started to change the menu and reduce it without informing. I’ve ordered burger bonanza X3 and I have received less 6 packs of chips and also just 2/3 sauces, smaller burgers…. I expect to respect your clients and at least if you are changing the size and not the price let us know and send the all the items we paid for.

Chicken burger was horrendous, the batter was crispy but very bland as if there wasnt even salt in it, would not recommend buying the chicken burger in any form, The wings are good and are decently big, the chips are given as a big portion but taste rubbish, as if they were cooked in old oil

The regular portion of fries was bigger than usual, they're still very warm and crispy. The pizza was nicely baked and very good for the value.

i ordered chicken steak burger meal with extra, one of the staff who doesn’t usually serve me, charged me £4.20, instead of £3.70 and it’s the second time they did it and they didn’t put cheese in my burger either !!

Food was ok however the waiting time was horrible. Me and my friends could have done a whole podcast while sitting waiting for our food.

Very poor food quality mostly pizza . I order two pizza I ask for tandoori chicken but my men put next chicken and it’s not even cooked. I phoned that shop to complain about it but pizza men give me some next explanations.bad experience.

Not reaching the standard I'm looking for like other pizza places. For me the pizza broke like it was really not put together good.

Fancied a simple chicken burger with cheese, no salad, But received a stone cold wet piece of breaded chicken, in an equally sad looking bun, I returned it to the manager, who reluctantly replaced the burger with a 'fresh' one from the same holding oven. That too was stone cold! I took that back to the shop and complained again. Asking for a food probe to check the temperature, only to discover that the holding oven temperature was only 45 degrees, The law says a minimum of 65 degrees. The manager said there must be a problem with the oven. Some 30 minutes later, the same chicken pieces were still in the same 'defective' oven and still being served to customers. The manager was very complacent about removing the potentially lethal chicken. SEVERE FOOD POISONING RISK, AVOID!

Great chicken and chips at a reasonable price

Honestly, not worth it. Bang average, yet so overpriced. I bought a pizza and fries. The fries were an oily mess, and the pizza an utter disgrace to pizza, and food to that matter. If i had a 0 star, i would give it. But i'm going to give 1 star just because the staff was kind.

Good service, best chilli sauce ever, best wings ever. UPDATE!: MAGGOTS FOUND IN WINGS! I REPEAT! MAGGOTS FOUND IN WINGS! I rang the council and they said they sent inspectors over to their place and RS Chicken and Pizza improved their hygiene and standards. I will never eat at this place again!

Awesome Pizzas. You can come even in the mid night and you will get a pizza.
