The overall experience was excellent. The staff, food, service… all excellent. My favourite is the create your own loaded fries and burgers as you can make the food to your own liking

Normally the Royalty takeaway food is hot, fresh and tasty when it arrives. Unfortunately not this time, it was late, it only had to travel 10 mins, where did it go.. it was cool and missing the drink. Even though the colleague was polite and helpful when I rang no solutions were offered, no discount or money back. Very disappointed as it was a rare family treat .

Was happy until was told the piri pie chicken ordered was no longer 895 but 12 as going on new menu on top of this had no side order and was asked pay extra ...bad business and saddened was dealt with like this wont b re ordering as terrible business if mean states 895 should be not told hour later on pick up was 11 and on top to b missing side order well ...in my eyes not good

So ordered on line via delivero. You can’t specifying delivery time so default to 8.50 , bearing in mind we ordered at 7.30 ish. Tick, tick, tick, no info until I rang Royalty directly at 9. Just blamed Deliveroo and said had not been picked up. At this time my alarm went off thinking I’m going to get cold food - how rite I was!!!! Nothing delivered by 9.20, rang Royalty again and they said it had just left. Again I’m thinking wow, food has been waiting for at least 40 mins! Told them I was not happy and had very little sympathy. Guess what everyone delivered at 9.40!, food rubbish, cold horrible. At least can get money back from deliveroo but that not the point. Evening ruined.

The chicken burgers are the best chicken burgers I have ever had. All of the food from the chips to the onion rings are to the wraps are to die for. Better than any other burger/chicken takeaway in Yeovil.

Absolutely delicious food. Onion rings were to die for. Chips skinny and with yummy crunchy bits. Burgers fantastic, I had the bean burger and this was bloody gorgeous! New fave takeaway!

We ordered our weekly family takeaway and by no suprise was fantastic as usual , best homemade tasting food you can have delivered hot on arrival and brilliant value for money .. would be ordering weekly 😁 xx

Had a takeaway delivered food was delicious, nice and hot on arrival. The chicken was amazing and my daughter loved hers and asked if she can have it for her birthday tea :) would highly recommend

I've had roast dinners from here before and wow, they're amazing. The best roast I've ever had. We also order from here throughout the week and are never disappointed, pricing is good and the quality of the food is amazing. Would 100% recommend to anyone. Give them a go, you won't be disappointed.

Apsolutley disgusting had a chef dip his fingers into the gravy and licked them then continued to prep and dish up the food not to mention the owner of the place treats the workers there appallingly definitely don’t recommend this place wouldn’t even rate this place one star

Absolutely stunning sunday lunch delivered hot and delicious. New venture during lockdown and deserve to do really well. So many different flavours on the plate. Lovely!
