Royal Wok in Milton Keynes

Ordered a takeaway. Delivery was 40 mins late. When we tried to call for an update the person was rude and hung up.! When the food arrived it was cold, tasted funny , the tofu was hard and greasy, the chicken was slimy, the noodles were all stuck together and the duck smelt off. Called to complain and asked for a refund. Again they were rude and hung up. Called again and he told me to call back and ask for manager.

Delivered around 50 mins late. When I tried calling for an update no answer. Food was hot arrival though. Food wise, it was ok.

I ordered food first time. I can recommend in 2000%. Amazing food and great customer service. Thank you so much

THE BEST EVER Just having yet another amazing meal. This is our go to take out and only Royal Wok, just so happy we ordered at right time, as they are so in demand. 10 stars

Ordered from what seemed to be comprehensive menu, placed order at 19:30 —- scroll forward to 21:25, nearly an hour late— food arrives semi cold — told them to take it back, completely unacceptable, will never order from them again

awful the curry was like water and tastless and only had a few prawns in it. my partnerd rice tastes like washing up liquid and his noodles were tastless

We order from Royal Wok frequently. It's always very punctual for us, the portion sizes are great and the garlic chili chips are our favourite! They are always very well cooked and slathered in the good stuff. Often get some ribs too, always very tasty. My only complaint is that the prawn crackers are not great, but they're free so it really is quite minor.

Me and my partner ordered food Friday evening. After eating we didn’t feel too good. Early hours of the night we both felt very sick/dodgy and haven’t felt right since.

Ordered a takeout for Chinese New Year. Delivery was on time with a pleasant driver, curry sauce, Singapore noodles and chips were all excellent as was the seasoning for all the dishes. Our only real complaint was all the protein was over cooked (chicken and shrimp in the salt and pepper) as well as the pork in the curry. Would likely order again as good value.

After reading a few social media posts about RW we decided to give it a try. We opted for collection, which in the pitch black was a bit difficult to find, but its in the car garage yard right at the bottom. Food was great, one small point, the Crispy chilli chicken was slightly tough, but no reason to mark them down. Would happily try this place again and recommend it. As I was leaving the guy even gave us a free bottle of Coke. FYI that doesn't sway me to give a 5 star, if the food was rubbish no amount of free items would help that. So a genuine 5 stars on the food We did collection on a Monday evening so can't comment on delivery times etc.

Terrible service. The restaurant has taken my money and not given me my food. Said delivered but didn’t we pre ordered for 545 and were in waiting for it. When I called an hour later after the delivery time they were so rude. Swore at me and said the food was there with them at the restaurant but tagged in at just eats as being delivered at 5. Even though they admitted it was with them. Do not use this place. I have reported them. Take your money and do not provide the food ordered. They lie, have the poorest customer service ever and have taken my money and provided no food. They lied to just eat and said they delivered it and haven’t. So I am £43.50 out of pocket. With no food.

We had a takeaway i took quiet a while but that was my fault as I did not check the time that it said it would before ordering, so it was on time. I would just order sooner next time. The food was hot and lovely. My son said the BBQ ribs were very meaty and lovely sauce and the chips were lovely too, my other son also enjoyed the chips and the sweet and sour chicken balls. we had mixed starter al very lovely and the chicken satays were big with a lovely sauce. we had a special chow mien all the meats in this was so tender not dry like it can be in some places, the chicken curry and egg fried rice was good too. Large portions also will be our new delivered Chinese that is for sure.

One hour late for scheduled delivery and stone cold... £30 wasted never again... Food was cold Service was poor One hour late Couldn’t get through on phone
