Thank you for baking a delicious spread of cakes for our wedding. Every single one was spot on and it helped us meet a range of dietary needs. Not a single piece left over!

Sylvia and Rafi gave us such kind and attentive service here! We ordered three cream teas and thoroughly enjoyed them - everything was just perfect, from the teas to the sandwiches to the rich and buttery scones. Oh and to not even speak of the delicious cakes (coffee cake was our favorite)!! Also the onion tart was superb - so savory with perfect caramelization. I’ve had afternoon tea at more expensive places and this place stands out in my memory as one of my favorite tea experiences of all time !!

Well, Royal Teas certainly lived up to its ‘royal’ name by providing a cream tea that the king’s chefs would have had difficulty beating. Our waiter was both friendly and attentive and made us both feel at home sitting at a pavement table in the glorious sunshine Every morsel of our ‘3 course’ tea was delicious and must be the best value in town, coming in at under £14 a head I’ve been going to this tearoom for over 30 years and I’ve never had a disappointing visit - a huge accolade. Other eateries come and go but I’m glad to say that RT is here to stay

Always great food in here, amazing coffee and cakes too. Very well priced but it is very popular with the locals so difficult to get a table. Always worth a try though. Never been disappointed with anything I've ordered and the eggs (no matter what dish you have then in or how they're cooked) are always perfect. It's a quaint, small cafe with a fantastic feel.

Offbeat cafe with a large vegetarian menu... They were super friendly extending a warm welcome... Food was yummy...waffles and scone all so fresh and yummy... We spent a very enjoyable day in Greenwich Monday 10th July. We spotted this little tea room and as we were ready for a midday break , we gave it a go. My only criticism was that it took a while to be served and again a long while to get our order. The place wasn't awfully busy so it mystified me as to why the long wait. My other criticism was with the lady serving (one with the tattoos) really should try and be a little more pleasant. A little smile goes a long long way. That said . Next time we visit the area I would call in here again .

This place was the highlight of our London trip. Absolutely incredible afternoon tea, with fresh baked warm scones, delicious sandwiches, excellent tea, and a massive slice of freshly made cake all for under £12! The cutest café only a ten minute walk from the port. When we got off our boat tour in Greenwich it felt a bit like a cruise stop, covered in tourists and overpriced places. I found this spot on Google to get out of the madness and am so glad we walked the ten minutes to enjoy it. I can’t recommend it enough!!!

Had a wonderful Sunday morning breakfast with family. Food, coffee, juices we're great along with the friendly service even with a very full cafe. Loads of locals meet here, which is always a good sign and reflects the fairly priced menu. There's a small patio out front that catches the strong sun on clear summer mornings (yes, they do have those in London) but only 1 umbrella. Investing in one additional umbrella would be a plus. Overall I loved the Sunday morning experience. Returned on Tuesday morning to a mostly empty cafe but a very unfriendly server who really couldn't be bothered and was overwhelmed by the 6 guests present. It was more of a curt "what do you want" compared to the welcoming atmosphere of the weekend. I'd give 5 stars for Sunday and 1 star for Tuesday's experience, so an average of 3. Pick your day and hopefully management can take a more active roll in providing guidance and training, even in these early days of adjusting to the new post-pandemic normal.

It was only ~£11 for the ”cream tea“ menu, complete with tea/coffee, scone + jam + clotted cream, finger sandwiches, and cake. Also very vegan-friendly! The menu states ‘vegan options available’ but, when asked, the waiter couldn’t come up with one. Also weird how a café that is proudly vegetarian serves salmon and struggles with vegan alternatives. 🧐 The food was nice, although they could be a little more generous with the avocado on toast. Giving them one Star as I don’t have the option to give them zero. I took my partner there for brunch as a birthday treat. We were waiting for a table as it was busy. There was a couple before us standing waiting for a table, Once they were seated the waitress came and told us to wait outside in a rude manner. On a windy and rainy day, that was not an ideal option. As someone who works in hospitality management, that could have been dealt with totally differently. RUDE. Definitely, never coming back.

Being gluten-free on a trip to London was hard, the tantalizing bakeries around every corner just looked and smelled so good. I stumbled upon Ruby by accident while meandering through the food area of Greenwich looking for something to eat, which I usually can't in food markets because of the gluten situation. Finding Ruby was a real treat for me. Not only are there many gluten-free options (most bakeries just have one if any) they were the best I've ever eaten. I got a salted caramel chocolate cupcake that I will remember for the rest of my life. The fact that it was all plant-based is pretty mind-blowing too, because the frosting was divine. I also got a piece of lemon/elderberry poppy seed cake which was insanely good. I also got a mushroom quiche to go for a quick snack which I ate a few hours later and wish I got more. Thank you Ruby for letting me have something sweet on my trip to London. (I gave the atmosphere 3 stars because there is no bathroom, so it was hard for us to hang out for too long. But I don't really blame them because all the people from the food stalls would use their bathroom.)
