Poor experience. Staff can’t be bothered to even serve there customers. Large group of us and not a single drink for an hour! Steak is cooked from frozen, just cheap quality food cooked by suspicious looking staff

Ordered medium steak fillet along with a Pina colada and the food was great. Only the steak was slightly overcooked for my liking. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was lovely.

Spontaneous decision to go out for a good steak 🥩 this afternoon and we end up in the right place! Fantastic food for meat lovers, beautifully presented. Friendly staff who care that you will not miss anything so your meal will be perfect. We will definitely come back but this time I will grab a bib for my hubby who messed his t-shirt ( cave man) 😁, that's how much delicious it was!

Royal Steak House in Welling is amazing! The chef and service are excellent, and the food is delicious. I highly recommend their ribeye steak with potato mash, peppercorn sauce, and mushroom sauce.

Extremely disappointed. We’ve been coming here since it first opened and seemed to be such a good find - we even recommended to our family and friends. Unfortunately as time has gone on they’ve managed to get progressively worse but still gave the place the benefit of the doubt as we loved it so much to begin with. Today was the final straw and have lost a customer indefinitely, the place is never full (today they only had 3 tables) yet it took 20 minutes for someone to even come and take our food or drink order. After repeating what we wanted we waited ages for them to bring our food. We ordered two chicken burger meals which both came without chips and any of the extras we had asked for. The burgers were overly burnt and the waiter took back the burgers for them to not add the extras we then reminded them we wanted. Mine came back with chips whereas my partner never received his after asking a further two times. I had to remind them to bring over the garlic bread which was basically just plain bread. Service was below standard as were the meals. We had to argue to get even the extras we didn’t receive off of the bill, their apology was just a measly ice cream on a stick which nobody wanted after their poor excuse of a meal. So please save your money and go elsewhere, it’s not worth it anymore.

AVOID. I am sad to see that whilst other customers had pretty good experiences, judging by the reviews, our experience was a STARK contrast to this. We tried to enjoy a mother's day meal for 5 of us, and whilst I understand it's a busy day, we were plagued with issues that any restaurant should get right as a basic principle. Orders had to be sent back multiple times due to incorrectness, service was unattentive and poor e.g. no drinks offered for 20mins when we arrived and from then on were constantly wrong, no cutlery given with the meals, items forgotten or missed entirely... it was just bad all round. Nobody asked about any allergies also. My mother and father in-law didn't want hot sauce in their chicken burgers, which later arrived WITH hot sauce. The server promptly blamed the kitchen staff, and muttered to himself before taking the dishes away. The same burgers were returned to us with hot sauce scraped off, which was not acceptable. We were then told we would get "fresh" ones, which would take some time to be cooked naturally. The 2 SAME burgers then were brought back to us having been fried further (and frankly burnt), and the original hot sauce covered with cheese slices. Other meals were missing items such as gravy, had frozen vegetables to accompany them alongside the cold chips. All the while this was happening the restaurant was filled with the noise of a child screaming at the top of his lungs and spitting at his parents. Delightful. We got up and left the unfinished meals, and paid for what little we had consumed before going home to throw a pizza in the oven at 9.30pm so we weren't hungry. All in all, I would avoid this place at all costs!

First time to this stack house, me and my daughter enjoyed the burger, Ali served us , very polite and hospitable , food was amazing too , I just can't belive I haven't been here before , I recommend to all, especially big groups, they have plenty of space .

I've been to the Royal Steak house before and yet again they really delivered on their food. This time I decided to go with one of their burgers/sandwiches and it was really good both me and my partner loved it. Would just like to state the chips are alot more filling than they are, I had an extra portion of chips and honestly was a bit too much.

Terrible experience. Please avoid at all costs. Ordered 2 steaks and salmon all came out tasteless and don't belive when they say it fries or rice plus salad. It came only with one of steaks and as a salad they gave boiled frozen vegetables. Salmon dish should go with roasted potatoes (more like a pototoe as 1) and asparagus - 4 old, badly done as hard and chewy - not edible. Lost 50 plus quid. Staff rude, said we didn't want rice or salad with second meal - why wouldn't we? Terrible AVOID

What an amazing iftar experience - brought my family here to open fast, and was hosted so nicely and they provided water, dates and some complimentary snacks which was such a nice gesture. Highly recommend for those south side of the river to come check it out this Ramadan! Great service & even better food!

AVOID!! We came here for dinner. My steak came out cold, they offered me another steak and then brought the same one out with the peppercorn sauce still on it, the garlic mash wash like water. Since eating here my husband has had dirreah and sickness. Wouldn't feed it to my dog!

We had a family celebratory lunch for my sisters 50th, about 20 of us on a Saturday recently 🎉🎂 The staff were so accommodating, patient, and friendly. It was a bit chaotic with old and new friends getting together! The food was absolutely delicious 😋 so fresh with such a variety to choose from and such great value for money 👌

The description clearly says 3 Lamb Chops, this was not included nor was I notified about it being missing. Why advertise a product and then not include it.

I am very fussy about steaks. My fillet - which is the only steak I risk eating - this was beautiful. So tender and juicy. Excellent sides and great service.

My third visit and I still love it here. Cannot find anything to complain about. The food is excellent.

Cold, dry oven chips, the burger came out of a freezer as well and the chicken wings had barely any meat or flavour. Disappointing in every way.

Very good food, the drinks are very nice and it’s good for my kids as they do not serve alcohol so they enjoy all the mocktails and shakes. The meat is well cooked and my son enjoyed the burger and overall satisfied with the food. Service was quick as well👍🏻

Ordered 2 ribeyes one was good but the other tasted off and when I told the waiter he said they where from the same batch I challenged him and told him to try some and tell me that it’s fine he wouldn’t touch it so that speaks for itself really. The chips where frozen the salad wasn’t fresh and garlic sauce looked like off milk honestly there’s a better restaurant up the road failing that there’s a tescos nextdoor a meal deal would be nicer and probably fresher

Scammed out of 3 kids meal drinks. Agreed when ordering the food that the kids drinks would be upgraded to be paid the difference with a milkshake. Unfortunately management then reneged when it came to paying the bill. Small and shortsighted gains, as you have now lost the custom of a family of five who would have frequently dined at your premises.

My order was never delivered to my house I contacted them and was told that now I can not get my food it has nothing to do with them!! What sort of service is this ?? After waiting for nearly 1 hour left myself and kids hungry just for the owner to say it has nothing to do with them. I will never order from them again

Most delivery places food is cold by the time it arrives but this food was hot and fresh absolutely amazing I don’t think I’ll order from anywhere else again sooo many options to chose from and plenty of deals I ordered bbq chicken shashlick and rice with garlic mash and the flavours were immense and my partner ordered double cheeseburger and chips it was so moist and yummy 10/10 freshness 10/10 taste 10/10 over all super happy and definitely worth the money also amazing desserts everything you need in one place they really care for their customers

Amazing restaurant. Our waiter, Ali, was really nice and ensured we had the full experience, he was also very patient and respectful. He also made sure food was up to our standards in terms of cooking, spice etc. Food was amazing and REALLY quickly served. Food was hot, fresh and juicy. Place was really clean, spacious and you have a lot of privacy. Prices were perfect. However, salad and sauce could be improved. Other than that, everything was a 10 out of 10. Definitely will come back and reccomend to others.

Such a lovely restaurant. Very clean and spacious. Amazing food! Steaks are perfect, burgers are lovely and juicy too. Kids portions are just right. Family friendly with high chairs and great seating. Staff are so polite and helpful. Prices are reasonable. All in all it was a great experience - Will come again for certain. Everything halal too which is a bonus for families that want halal. So impressed! Thank you!

Ordered 340g ribeye steak. When the steak arrived, it was, and this is no exaggeration, wafer thin. It very much looked like a small steak that had been beaten out to make it look bigger and cover more of the surface of the board it was served on. The steak was one third grissle, which i left on the side of the serving board.The pepper sauce was absolutely tasteless. When I was asked how my meal was I explained the above and after some wrangling back and forth £14.99 was taken off of my bill. Would not recommend this establishment, for similar price you can go to miller and carter and be garaunteed of a good steak.

I had the best dessert here yesterday 'Waffle Royale'. It was one of the best 'after dinner experiences' I have had in a very long time (and I'm not really a dessert type of gal). A big shout out to Kasaf as she made the whole experience really nice for us and the reason for why I have given Service a 5-star.

...the place looked a bit empty for a friday evening but the food was nice and service was very prompt (the waiter was very attentive and got us a new fork when the mrs accidentally dropped hers - so gets 5 stars for that) ...the burgers and steaks were just right and the spicy sauce hit the spot without being too hot on the heat scale (only complaint would be the shakes were a little too sweet and the mango sauce wasn't mixed in properly - so it felt like it was sugary cream milk with some mango syrup squeezed in)

If you would like a thick, juicy, tender, succulent, melt in your mouth steak, please don’t stop here. Venture up the road for better options. My steak came out thin as paper and as expired as spoilt milk. When I complained they said it was my head but then proceeded to replace my steak with an improved, thicker steak. I wish I had take pictures to compare the two because they were like night and day. Please don’t even bother coming here where you’ll be disappointed.
