Royal Standard in Copeland

Brilliant pub on the coast. We went to a few bars. Found them cheap enough. Under £10 for 2 pints is reasonable. But here. £6.40 for 2 pints. Great atmosphere. Brilliant pub to visit if you come this way. Also dog friendly.

If you want to watch football in the standard, avoid like the plague. Tried to watch a game and was drowned out by the worst karaoke ive ever heard. Must be paying a fortune to show games as well

Nipped in for a drink with my partner while on a couple of days away and it is a very nice pub. Staff friendly and pooches welcome.

No Coke for my bacardi, someone had gone to buy some from Tescos. My friend was served a Aldi Substitute Blue Wicked. Ladies toilets stunk, water all over the floor, no loo roll no hot water. Shame, last time I was in, a few weeks ago it was a great night. Let's hope it was just a bad day.
