Terrible: calificación cero si es posible. Esperé allí media hora para una pizza. Cuando finalmente llegó, era demasiado pequeño y quemado. El personal parecía inexperto. Al menos me devolvieron mi dinero. Algunas de las reseñas de Google parecen sospechosas.

Increíble variedad de comida, ve por algo nuevo cada semana. Esta semana fui por la pizza Meaty que es comprar uno y obtener uno gratis!

Este fue mi lugar favorito de todos los tiempos para ir! Único lugar al que iría por mi pollo! ¡Había estado fuera de vacaciones y en mi primera noche en casa tuve que comprar una envoltura de pollo porque la extrañé! Bueno, el pastel de pollo más duro de lo que era, tampoco sabía tan bien: (2 días después me enfermé mucho de Gastroenteritis con Diarrea (perdón) Enfermedad y mucho dolor en el estómago. 3 días pasé en el hospital y fue debido a las bacterias de los alimentos y la limpieza que había dicho el médico, obviamente me limpié, pero la calificación de higiene en Royal Ribs es 0! ¡Lo que vi DESPUÉS que finalmente mejoré! Muy, muy pobre y para eso he Me sentí enfermo incluso pensando en Royal Ribs

After being a loyal customer of royal ribs for many years, i will no longer be ordering from them. I ordered my food at 5.50pm and didn't receive it until 7.35pm! I had to call the restaurant and received dreadful customer service and not even an apology. Its a real shame as this restaurant used to be very quick and reliable but, since it's gone under new management they're useless.

I ordered chicken tower burger & chips, the cheese in the chicken tower burger tasted like it was well past its sell by date, the cheese tasted so bad i had to throw the burger in bin, i phoned royal ribs to complain & they just said "next time" & put the phone down, not acceptable service ...

Delivery driver told me not to order from there again. Told me it was too far yet it comes up on justeat as available for me to order from here and you have a minimum order for this reason. Chicken burger was dry.

The worst food i have ever ordered on Just Eat, so bad i would class it inedible. Forgot one of the orders, food was terrible would never eat here again

I ordered chicken 🍗 & chips 🍟, when they make their best dsys they are the best tasting chicken and chips but on their bad days they try to rip u off with cheap quality chicken meat , ive haf noth good & bad from these guys 🤔

The ribs were great. The kebab meals ordered were OK. Though there was an option to purchase sauces, no complimentary sauce (Mayo, ketchup or hot sauce) was provided.

Garlic bread was cold and soggy. They forgot my salad with my doner meat and chips yet I paid for this and also got the toppings completely wrong with one of the pizzas. Wont be ordering from here again as this hasn't been the first time something like this has happened 👎🏻

Quick cheap nice ribs and chicken. Their rice is surprisingly nice too. Although I would suggest just having the BBQ sauce on the ribs and wings and not the batter first, pretty sure most people would agree.

Shocking. Waited close to 2hours for ribs, corn on the cob and a slice of cake and I live 2mins down the road. When I call up a further 15mins after the delivery time they had already extended had passed the bloke says that he didn't have the cake I asked for and couldn't get hold of me?? So they didn't know what to do! Embarrassing service I will never set foot in this place ever again. No accountability whatsoever the guy on the phone didn't have a clue. The conversation ends with, your food is ready and will be delivered in 10mins!!!!!! Which will be around 2hours. Just eat should remove you from there site.

Royal Ribs has really improved, I popped in the other week and was impressed so I ordered last night and I must say I was very happy. One small mishap with the chicken burger but I called and we agreed on a resolution. Very happy indeed.

45 minutes late, rung the restaurant and was hung up on. When food did arrive ribs were tough, chips and onion rings were under cooked and soggy, and found 2 hairs on the chicken wings. Never order from here again - think it needs a visit from the FSA!!

This is the tastiest and best place for a kebab or chicken! We have a nearer Royal Rib, but the guys in Chingford are the best. They are fast friendly and delicious. Their chilli sauce is sooo good too.

Burger kind of dry, no sauce . No salt , no tissue.....

they mucked the order up, sent wrong order, was for a child, and if i never notice, they could have bitten into chicken bone. not good enough, been using them for many years. and will not order again. these take aways must remember, they are not the only ones available in chingford.

Kebab was horrible and I asked for small and a large came which looked and tasted horrid. Bbq wings were average and potato wings were wet and soggy. Won't order again

Everything tasted excellent and everyone loved it. They have best chicken recipe in my opinion. I didn't like the peri peri chips as they were just normally fried chips with a bit of spice of it. Apart from that I will be ordering again.

Terrible.. Will not be ordering again.. Food arrived cold. Worst part is the Peri-peri wings were burned to a crisp, not char-grilled, literally inedible because they were so burned and it surprises me that they send food out when they know it not to standard.. Wasted £12

I have to say I'm really disappointed in my mother's day meal. I have been coming here for over 8 years now. And what I've just been delivered by you guys..... even the dog won't touch!!!! No more orders from myself or my family anymore.

My order arrived wrong, phoned the restaurant who point blank refused to rectify the mistake..... Leaving us one meal down and one very hungry family member as hour order also took an hour and a half to arrive. Restaurant blamed Just Eat for the mistake but it's was the resturants mistake. Thankfully Just Eat refunded that part of the meal. Will not be ordering for here again

The place is called royal ribs, you'd expect to at least have half decent ribs.

Took 2 hours after I ordered for the food to arrive, I will not be ordering again despite the food tasting good. The customer service was shocking to say the least.

Forgot a peice of my menu, called them and they came within 20 minutes to redeliver it with an apology. Fantastic customer care and very tasty food. Favourite takeaway but far 😀😀😀

Horrible attitude & food was poorer than normal because we had complained. If you don't offer something, don't charge the same as you would normally! Won't be ordering again.

there was items missing from the order, kofta meat. i seem to have got the £6.50 kebab. not the one i paid for. very disappointed.

We ordered 10 BBQ ribs, cheesy garlic bread, corn on the cob, Hawaiian pizza and double pepperoni pizza. Food arrived when we were told it would arrive. There was mix up with the bill total but soon sorted out with a quick phone call. There were about 8 or 9 ribs in the box, they were tough and chewy. The garlic bread tasted strange. The corn was old and over cooked. Both pizzas had hardly any toppings. Especially the pepperoni which was meant to have double pepperoni and cheese. It had lots of cheese but I had one piece of pepperoni on my piece of pizza. Would not order from here again. Standard of food not good enough for the price. Very disappointing.

Legend says that I am still waiting for my food. But really, I still have not received my ordered items. After waiting for 2 hours I gave up, watched a movie and went to sleep. Unfortunately, won't order from here anymore. ~Cheers

Fast delivery, food is good I guess at day time not at evening before closure time . unfortunately got delivered absolutely crap ,first of all not as described on menu : no chips with lamb doner and most important doner kebab was so cold ,as it look like just from the fridge. I understand delivery time makes food bet colder, but am ordering all the time from just eat and have food delivered from much far and it was nicely hot ,when this take away just steps away and food cold . Terrible service! Ordered scampi with chips and was offered chicken and chips but only delivered chicken. Was charged for 6 ribs but was given 4. Then phoned up to get my chips and ribs that I was charged for, wasn't bothered at all just told me that they give me something free next time. Never again

Food Is Brilliant! Delivery Time Can Vary From Within 15 Minuets, To An Hour Depending On Time/Day Of Order. Usully Within 45 Minuets.

Would recommend, Royal Ribs is a strong favourite of mine! Delivery time can vary from exceptionally fast, to taking a while to deliver, but no more then an hour on a busy night.

Brilliant Quailty Food. Only Negative Was A Quite Long Delivery Time.

Will not be returning - Treated ourselves whilst away, waited over an hour for delivery, phoned up twice as apparently order had been sent out "long ago", unhelpful, couldn't be bothered. Finally arrived and wish it hadn't. Cold, kebabs were burnt, missing items and portions were awful, you see more in a kids meal. Very disappointed as my family couldn't recommend them enough, sadly not any more.

Tandoori Night was excellent. I ordered the wrong curry. They replaced my order with the correct curry even though it was my fault.

I can´t say if the meal was particularly nice as by the time I was able to eat it was stone cold. The delivery driver very rudely pushed our buzzer 4 or 5 times in short succession which woke up the sleeping children. Apparently he couldn´t hear the buzzer from the front door (shocking!! Its a bloody first floor flat and the buzzer buzzes upstairs) so instead of waiting for a response he repeatedly held the buzzer until I let him in. To say that I was angry was an understatement and to be honest he was lucky that I didn´t tell him to f off and come back an hour later with a full refund and hot food. I use Royal Ribs at least once a week for my night off cooking and was seriously disappointed by the behaviour of this delivery driver.

2nd time I´ve orderd from this place, First time all was fine, This time what a let down!! chicken wrap was litrally stone cold! and the chicken tough as old boots! chips we´re soggy and the wings we´re dry and had a awful after taste? Like i said the first time i orderd from here it was good this time TERRIBLE! won´t be ordering from here again!!

Peri Chicken was over cooked and covered in too much sauce. Salad appeared lifeless. Food tasted ok and wedges and chips were nice. Delivery time took over an hour even though i called them direct and they said 20 mins. Overall service was ok, food was average but presentation could´ve been better.

Delish! We have just eaten an enourmous meal from them and everything was tasty as! Im stuffed to the brim and have a big smile on my face! Yummy Yummy will definatly order from here again and soon!!!!!!!!! Lovely!
