Came for dinner and was seated straight away. Our waitress was sue who was really friendly, nice and very efficient. Took our orders, had a good chat and giggle. She laughed at my terrible jokes lol. Food was spot on and enjoyed a cheeky beer. Great atmosphere, great price, great attitude what more can you ask for?

We went for dinner with family visiting from abroad, never in all the years of eating out have we as a family met anyone as friendly and funny as Sue, she is an absolute treasure who had us in stitches laughing….we loved every moment of our experience with her last night, an absolute credit to the establishment…definitely would come back, but she’d have to be our waitress…no one else could measure !

We came today after the fireworks at brands hatch and what a lovely evening to end a great day! Service was top notch, we had the lovely Sue serve us. ( we go a lot ) and service as always was fantastic. Food was really lovely! Was meant to take picture to make friends jealous but was too excited to eat. We had a good chat and laugh with Sue which was lovely as she had us all giggling. Great staff! Thank you for a lovely evening.

Great place very welcoming nice food

We attended this restaurant tonight for a bday meal. We were a table of 6 adults and 6 children. Sue was our server and was very personable, friendly, comprehensive in her service and luckily.... Had the patience of a Saint! As soon as the staff knew it was a bday, they dressed the table for us as if it were a party. Everyone enjoyed their food, and overall it was good value for money. Thank you to Sue, the team and not forgetting the chef for giving us a great evening 😁

Very cosy restaurant, A good welcome by the reception person. Our waitress was Gail, who was very cheerful and respectful. The meal was very enjoyable. The service was excellent.

Service was amazing. Stacey was really lovely, welcoming and helpful. She was definitely the highlight. Good selection of drinks and herbal teas. They had soya milk which was great. Would be nice to add some soya yoghurt for the continental breakfast. We liked that the cooked breakfast was to order so the food was fresh! Overall a good experience!!

Well we're to start first of the manager was in a t-shirt and blue jeans not very professional at all. The waiter we had well if she asked us if are food was OK again I would have cryed I lost count. She walked around with people's drinks not knowing who they were for. My little boy was shocked when she took his plate away just as he put his last bit of food in his mouth. The place is so dirty the walls have food down them and the tops of the picture rales are not good they are so sticky. Not sure the last time that place was cleaned. Are dinner plates were not clean. When we had are starters we got are main and had to ask for cutlery. I could go on and on this place is disgusting and I will never go back and to top it of we didn't really have much and it cost £94 what a joke your better of going to Mcdonald .

Had a super lunch on 21st July to celebrate my birthday. Sue served us and fetched a banner to the table that said Happy Birthday !!. She was so helpful and cheerful that she made our celebration great fun !! Thanks Sue......you were great and we plan to return in a couple of weeks,

If you have a food intolerance do not go to this restaurant. I specifically said I had a dairy intolerance and whatever they put in my food, it 100% contained dairy. I'm in so much pain. I had salmon, I asked for no sauce, I asked if the potatoes were cooked in butter, the server couldn't answer as it's a new menu but I was assured there wouldn't be any dairy in my dinner but there definitely was. I won't be returning that's for sure!

Down, down, down.. i used to rave about this place but its really gone down. The food portions have been slashed, things on menu not available and after all this they have the cheek to ask for a tip. Such a shame..

Had breakfast today 30/06/24 (and other meals too on previous visits)and all ways enjoyed it,nothing is too much trouble,staff are brilliant and attentive,food is good and Emma is brilliant. Will certainly be returning many times .

Stayed at the hotel next door for a few nights and went for dinner both evenings as well as breakfast with my son Charlie. The food was spot on and the service was brilliant. Very big thankyou to Sue for being so welcoming and kind. Will definitely visit again when I'm in the area.

Stopped for a quick impromptu meal on a Saturday early evening. Sue our lovely server was fabulous cheery and attentive but not over the top. Food was middle of the road to be honest fillet steak was well cooked but not a great cut of meat. The skinny chips are bit tasteless go for the fat chips! Onion rings were good and the flat bread was enjoyed.

I visited with my elderly Mum for a well earned travel break from the M26, We were attended to by Sue who found us a table not too far from the door and with step free access. The food was great, the timing was spot on, and the service excellent without being overbearing. Sue was friendly and chatty and showed a lot of respect and compassion for my octogenarian mum. Do yourself a favour, give service station fast food a miss and head off M26 J2a to the Beefeater 😋

We visited Wrotham Heath Beefeater earlier this afternoon and were served by Sue. She was very friendly and gave us excellent service in all respects.She is a great ambassador for Beefeater . Our meal was of excellent quality and was brought to us in good time by Sue. It was my wife’s birthday so we were able to take advantage of a free main for her from her membership of the Reward Club . Sue brought her a little cake at the end of her meal with a candle on and the restaurant sang Happy Birthday. Well done to Sue and all involved.Very many thanks Sue and Colin Watson

The food was okay, the portions have got a lot smaller and the prices are higher. Children ate free when we visited which made it a bit more bareable with the price increase. Please note if your child has a large appetite they will need an adult meal as despite being a 3 course child's menu the portions are very small. My son is allergic to dairy and I did state this the waitress made this clear to the kitchen but they still delivered dairy items on his plate. This was rectified quickly.

Sunday dinner was shocking.. wasn't even too busy and still wanted near on 1 hour for food.. food wasn't worth the wait.. We went in March through the week and it was excellent. I thought they must of improved..but im guessing weekends are still shoddy. Need more staff on at weekend..

I used to frequent this restaurant many years ago and went back today. Wow there's a PTI now so was expecting something rather nice alas I was disappointed, we had garlic prawns but there was no garlic and the prawns were overdone so much so that they were harder than Callard and Bowser's toffee. The Cole slaw had a hint of fish about it. Our waitress Danielle was run off her feet and did an exceptional job for being the only one there. I'd go back again if only to see her again!. I tipped her and departed. You should have the breakfast here it's delicious and there's plenty to choose from and it's 'all you can eat' too. The coffee is proper tasty.

Been here several times as local. Surf N turf good but a bit shy with the calamari. Butternut squash, spinach and ricotta cannelloni very tasty. Sticky toffee pudding and chocolate brownie with extra choc sauce just lovely. All served very hot and quite quickly. Been coming in here for years for family meals and I can say for the first time it's been disappointing your chefs and management team used to be second to none but they seem to have been replaced by incompetents your waitress staff are taking so much stress from the chefs not cooking food correctly making the wrong orders and generally dumping on the poor waitress staff there is a lady in there that I will not name incase of repercussion but she is wonderful and normally full of life and has always provided me and my family with a 5 star service she looked run down yesterday and at one point nearly broke into tears is this how your staff should be treated? Your 1 star review is warranted my food was under cooked my partners over cooked she sent hers back but to save the poor waitress any more embarrassing I said nothing as she was having problems all over the place and i didnt wamt to add to the clear stress she was under all i did was thanked her for a lovely meal. I have visited this place month after month for years look after the waitresses and sort your chefs out
