Never been in a more friendly welcoming pub, the bar staff are amazing, whether we are popping in for a quick drink or out with our children there so accommodating, they might sometimes need to change a barrel which is reference the previous review but that cannot be helped and they will come back and serve whoever they see first, I 100% recommend xx

Called in for a mid afternoon pint, no bar staff visible, waited a good 5 minutes still no staff, then a regular come to the bar and hay presto a barmaid instantly appears and serves him . The barmaid had a vape in her hand so was obviously more interested in that and chating to serve me. Seems you have to be a regular to get good service in here

Didnt eat food there but can confirm it being a friendly, relaxed pub and would recommend.

We had our daughter’s christening at The Royal Oak and it was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful particularly Tommy who answered my many questions and ensured everything was perfect for her special day. When we arrived Paddy was very friendly and welcoming. He catered for us which made it stress free for me. The food was excellent. We had a hot and cold buffet and there was plenty of food that everyone enjoyed. The girls working behind the bar were friendly and worked so hard. One overheard that I needed to change my daughter’s nappy and she took me to the nappy changing area and freshened it all up for me to use. The Christening fell on the same day as the Euros final and Paddy had agreed to close for our christening. When England got to the final I said if he wanted to open to the public he could but he said that he would stay closed so it was a private function as agreed which I was very grateful for. I highly recommend The Royal Oak, Paddy and his team for any occasion. Excellent. 5 stars. Thank you everyone.

One of the better pubs on a night out in Keighley. Been going a long time on a night out. It's a bit quite now compared to what it once was on a Saturday night but still a decent pub.

Called in with dogs heard it was dog freindly and it was nice secluded bear garden but no food served hear any more beers was Timmy Taylor was hot day so went down well .

Paddy and the team at the Royal Oak have been so welcoming, helpful and very accommodating providing top class service for the wake of my step dad, I contacted them a week before the date of the funeral and Paddy was very helpful and was happy to have the wake and very reasonable everyone commented on how nice the food and service was. Couldn't ask for better service. Thank you so much for everything

Bar staff was very rude we ordered 2 pints of coors which had a bad smell and tasted not very nice asked her to change it and got a not nice reaction I believe it had been standing in the pipe and once a few pint had been pulled was fine would not have been like this of the manager had been there

Just had a couple pints and a few games of pool…great pool table (£1), good beer selection (average £), lovely outside area, dogs welcome, nice atmosphere…would recommend!

Sorry, little atmosphere and bland interior. The owner/manager has now responded and asked if I had my eyes shut, no, they were wide open, just my opinion which could be taken more seriously.

Looks nicer inside than outside. We were traveling with our dog and looking for somewhere to have a pub lunch, this was the only place that was dog friendly and it said on the outside delicious food however when we visited no food was being served.

The Royal Oak has reasonably priced and well kept Timothy Taylors beer a large and clean bar area and a huge, well maintained beer garden. But its biggest asset is the cheerful, polite and helpful staff. It is one of the best pubs in Keighley. Whether you're looking to watch football with your mates, show of your dancing g skills or wanting a quiet pint with friends, the Royal has something for everyone.

Went to watch the match. Great atmosphere and fantastic staff who were very patient and helped my little girl who has sensory issues. Will definitely be watching the match there in future.

Resident in Co Durham these days but an occasional visitor to the area I popped in here with Diane for a late afternoon drink at the weekend. The place seemed rather run-down from past visits and Diane was unwell after only one drink which she commented didn't taste anywhere near as good as round the corner at Percy Vears (Guiness & Lime). The generally tatty furniture and chewing gum stuck on the fireplace - which wasn't recent! made us wonder under what conditions the beer is kept, or maybe we had a dirty or wet glass? Whatever the reason I don't think we'll be visiting anytime soon.

Great drinks, sky sports on numerous TVs, outdoor seating with retractable roof, friendly staff and a built in takeaway! What more could you want!

Ok pub, DJ plays some good tunes... but the cola is rolla cola and not the real stuff and the vodka is the cheapest u can get...shame as it could be alot better x

Full of kids! When I say "kids", I mean teenagers, not little kids!!

Went in quite early and the tv was on way too loud and nobody was watching it, lager was flat so had to get it changed twice when we eventually got the attention of the chatting bar staff.

Went in to have some lunch and the food was excellent and not expensive . We were treated well by the staff Leah and Kelly. Although not from that area would have no hesitation in returning.

DJ that night was rubbish. Any DJ that turns the volume down so he cam sing over the song is just a no from me plus no songs to have a good boogie too.

Has to be the cleanest and best pub in Keighley. Relaxed atmosphere with a fantastic beer garden. All the sports are shown here, with plenty of TV throughout. Recommend to anyone that's never been.

Friendly staff, good music and a great beer garden. My only complaint is that it smells really strongly of bleach and the music is a bit loud if you want to chat.

Great place to drink and meet friends. Dogs welcome through the day, kids too. Wonderful bar staff who are all welcoming. Busy on a weekend night with a DJ playing different kids of music throughout the night. Lots of drinks available from soft and hot drinks to alcoholic ones. Always has sports on when available through sky sports or bt sports

Expensive but that makes one of the better pubs in town always clean ,food looks modern and smells fine haven’t eaten here so would be unfair to comment but others say it’s good worth a visit.

I have popped in here for a few times in the past for a drink. The bar staff are friendly, and they have a good selection of drinks.

Last orders were called at 01 55 am at 2 am the place shut. We were forcefully removed by the bar staff and bouncers as we had just baught a pint each at 01 55 and 2 am told to leave it to be poured away. This is the 3rd time this has happened now and paying nearly 3.50 a pint its one of the most expensive places in town.

The Aspalls they do on tap is superb. Very busy on a hot day with excellent seating areas outside. I had a pizza and it was superb. The pub is expensive both eating and drinking but I’m going back more and more however will it keep me in the winter?

Not one of the best I've been in to say its a sports pub. The table and chairs where like back in my school days. , one big screen snd two little screens. Pull the other one.

Went today 03 Feb for a few drinks and to watch the football, it was quiet for 3 o clock so ordered a Berger. Food was excellent, staff were friendly and polite, could not fault this place. Will be coming here again.

It was early doors when we called in for a beer, so not a lot of atmosphere, but one could tell by the décor that the place had the potential of being a fun place. Beer was good!

This was my first time at the Royal Oak,,I went to meet up with a group of friends,and it was a lovely place,staff were very helpful and friendly,and the meal we had was lovely and very enjoyable. I will be going back again.

Myself and my wife visited the Royal Oak Sunday afternoon to watch the football a drink and bite to eat before jetting away on our holidays for a week. My wife is a huge fan of gin so she was very happy with the choices of gin and tonics available. We both had a burger for lunch, a new York chicken burger for myself and my wife had a cheese and bacon burger. The food was simply amazing so much flavour and very filling. We also realised the football was showing the Arsenal and Chelsea game, I am a rangers supporter so i asked if we could could have the rangers game on as well. The chef was more than happy to help and switched the TV to the rangers game at the booth we was sat at. All the staff was so helpful and we will certainly be returning, great start to our holidays.

The dog there is a legend. Ask the Polish lad.
