Royal Hotel in Moray

Room and facility was great. Breakfast was fantastic. The staff were all lovely and helpful. Booked for one night and ended up stay 3. Would definitely go back

Excellent service from all staff and food was amazing

They bumped me to a cheaper hotel and I still had to pay more. New location didn't have a restaurant and was 20min from the train instead of 2min. Don't trust.

I travel all around the u.k for work so my life is living and eating out of different hotels I must say this is the best hotel I've stayed at yet The staff are absaloutly brilliant Attentive to your every need And if going the extra mile for your customers has a prize the staff here deserve the top spot The food is really nice ....expecially the steak Rooms are clean Beds are comfy Not to far from high street and local retail park across the road location Is great The staff made the experience for me Top notch Sad to be leaving but work calls Thanks for making me feel so welcoming and all your help If I'm ever back in elgin I will be seeing you again 6 out of 5 stars

Alex and Nikki <Management> were the best hospitable hotel staff I've probably ever experienced. Absolutely lovely family ran hotel! 🤩 They met my dietary requirements being a Muslim- double checked what I could and couldn't have on the menu. Fish and chips, cheese cake, and soup were astounding!! The room was clean and very comfortable <like being home from home - 8 hours away, may I add>. Also, there's a lovely little mosque nearby, which was handy. The location is central. **Please stay here if you're in Elgin. It's a must!!** Thank you, Nikki and Alex.😇

Room was great toilet shower great . Breakfast was good plenty on offer fresh fruit good cooked breakfast. Lady was very helpful in morning. Over all very good

Alex the manager was very helpful and friendly very nice person 😄 and Nicola is such bubbly and happy, always ready to help at breakfast nothing was any problem😁 lovely well made piping hot Breakfast 👍 unfortunately the bedroom we were allocated was not in the hotel it was in an annex and looked more like a hostel 😞 we were never advised about this and nothing like the photos advertised online about hotel 😞 Room was very basic and bland good shower but cubicle was so small no room to move 😞bed was comfortable 😊 Hotel very tired and needs lots of money spent to bring it back to a good standard 😞 Not good value for money 😔

B&B Hotel great location for train station and with ample parking for those with cars. My room 17 was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was more than adequate with hot and cold choices. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Unfortunately there was an unpleasant smell in room 14 bathroom... ventilation seemed poor.

The room we had was on the top floor. It was a large room with everything that was needed. It had an iron and ironing board in the room, tea making facilities, hairdryer.

Excellent food and accommodation

We stopped in by for an evening meal, the food was very tasty and worth every penny. Our waiter was very polite and helpful Thank you
