Royal Harris in East Staffordshire

Nearly 2 hours late. Food was all cold. Tasted awful. Requested a refund for the mega late delivery, they refunded all of £3. Will not be ordering from here again. Requested full refund for awful food.

Price has gone up since our last order, but the quality has too. Excellent food

very unhappy. the meal was quite cold and the chips were stone cold. The prawn omelette literally contained no prawns at all and had odd dark green patches in it. Received a refund from just eat, which I am grateful for, however I won't be eating here again.

Food was ok. But the delivery was late. When rang not even an apology.

Thirty minutes late had to chase order up as showing online it had left restaurant when phoned she said it would be ten mins then it said online enjoy your food but not received it . Then fifteen mins later lady from restaurant delivered it proves they had misled it.

Food was delivered quickly, hot and was absolutely delicious! Will definitely order again and highly recommend 🤩

when opting for veg spring rolls, I expect to get them. not to bite into one and find that it's duck meat, which I am allergic to!!!!

The delivery driver was most offensive and unpleasant. He was absolutely nasty because he had to wait while I walked up the corridor to collect my order. I wouldn’t talk to a dog the way he spoke to me. I do not want that man anywhere near my house ever again. I am sure the restaurant will lose a lot of business if he continues to be in their employ. Sorry I won’t order any more..

food is very hit and miss with this restaurant, sometimes it's great other times average. crispy deep fried chicken was soggy today so had to throw it out and didn't touch it. disappointed

first time using these guys, food was on time hot and delicious. The sour and spicy soup was fantastic and the whole meal overall was excellent I couldn't fault anything. will only be using here from now on

What! The crispy duck which used to be a 1/4 duck, freshly cooked, is now delivered pre prepared in a plastic tub... Not crispy, in fact wet, tasted rank, truly awful... What were you thinking...🤔☹️ I'll be finding another restaurant to order from 🤢

Unfortunately the yuk sung we ordered was very salty. The lettuce it comes with was inedible due to being very limp, and starting to go off. We also had a duck fried rice which was very greasy, and consequently inedible.

Chips were rock hard and cold, the sweet and sour sauce was like glue and is inedible. Even the dog refused to eat it. They did at least get the right tin of pop.

Really can't eat, all food really salty and chicken noodle really smell burn I have to throw and I have to order from other restaurant, after cook chef should try and check testy before server or delivery first and last time in this restaurant 🤣🤣

Most of my order tonight was just warm. I had to microwave for some time to eat my meal. I was very disappointed with this order.
