Royal Dragon Chinese in City of London, Westminster

One doesn't expect great service in Chinatown anywhere but this place seems to want to set the (low) standard. Still the food is good enough to make up for it. This visit we had the har gau, cheung fun, soft shell crab, calamari, beef with black bean sauce. Food was excellent. Served quickly. Piping hot. Robustly flavoured. Every last bit was devoured. Service was scary. Waitress would not allow us to order the steamed fish. Said it would take too long. To spread the fear and the pain, we took turns between the four of us to ask her for anything. To add a service charge on the bill at the end of all that just redefines hubris. I think they think it's all part of some cliched chinatown charm. Still, we are a family of foodies and will grit our teeth and return. At least it won't cost us over a 100 pounds to be insulted. Unless they relent and let us order the fish.

Visited this restaurant 2 years ago pre pandemic. Had Dim Sum with my wife at lunch on Friday. Food and service still the same. Excellent. Highly recommend. Come early or que. Will return

En primer lugar, el restaurante no está actualizado, cuando entró había un hombre al lado del escritorio a la izquierda que mostraba actitudes muy groseras. No hola no hola nada, tenía una bolsa pequeña y quería usar su baño. Le pregunté si podía irme en la silla. Él arriesgado dijo: NO te lo lleves contigo. No quería quedarme, pero mis padres ya estaban sentados y a punto de ordenar. La comida es horrible, simplemente contundente. Cuando se les pidió fideos secos, nos dieron suaves medio cocidos y medio secos. Que sabe a papel. Cuando nos quejamos no cambiaron rechazado. El personal y la gerencia muy, muy grosero. No lo merecen en mi país y tener un restaurante en el corazón de Londres. Ya he informado al consejo sobre su salud y seguridad de los inodoros en el sótano y la decoración del restaurante. Solo evita y no intervengas.

Having looked at the reviews given I was surprised to see how many negative reviews Royal Dragon has received as my experience was the complete opposite. My boyfriend and I went for Dim Sum and we both found the food really tasty. I'd never tried jellyfish before so that was a new experience for me, and the bubble teas were really nice too. All in all we really enjoyed ourselves and the staff were pleasent and efficient too, so would definitely visit again.

Creo que esta es la peor experiencia que he tenido en Chinatown. Comenzó bien cuando pedimos las bebidas, pero cuando pedimos la comida todo llegó a 5 minutos de ordenar. Cuando llegó la comida, en lugar de comer sopa de fideos con carne, recibí grasa con algo de carne y fideos. Absolutamente repugnante, mi novia tuvo el mismo problema. Le devolví el plato y se ofendieron diciendo que así era como se suponía que era el plato. Tampoco confíes en las imágenes del menú. También tenga en cuenta, cuando quiera pagar con tarjeta. Nous sommes allé manger dans ce restaurant le 7 avril, nous étions 3 couples, nous avons choisis une entrée et un plat principal, le plat principal nous a été servi en premier ? et tiède, et le l'entrée à la fin ?Une de nos amies à pris un plat avec du poulet, le poulet était froid et trop dur.

I have been coming here for years as I like the food. The service isn’t good as they do rely on tourists and passing trade not regulars, so it is very impersonal and quite rude if you decide not to pay the added on service charge (12.5%). However I visited today with family and having read various bad reviews on TripAdvisor, I then decided to check the food standards agency website. The Food Standards Agency has awarded this restaurant 1 out of 5!!!!!! With problems listed regarding cleanliness of facilities and management of food safety. Don’t take my word for it, check the website yourself. I’m feeling quite unsettled that my children had a meal here today.

After a five minute wait, an elderly waiter came to take our order. I ordered the chicken satay and two portions of Singapore vermicelli noodles and for drinks, Jasmin tea and a coke, with no ice. We were told that "all food come together"; which we thought was strange, why would we want our starter with our main course?15 minutes later, my sister stopped a waitress and asked if we could please have our drinks. This was brought to us by the waiter who took our order. A little later the waitress brought two big plates of Singapore noodles. When I asked her where was our starter, she queried, "a starter"? Yes, I repeated the order and she then looked at my sister and said, "A starter"! She took the plates of Singapore noodles away and brought the chicken satay. This was more like duck! It was chicken but it was very crispy and dry AND the peanut sauce was poured over the satay sticks - unbelievable! Never have I had satay sticks with the sauce already on it.After we finished this (some of which I left as it was crispy and HARD) the plates were cleared away and the Singapore noodles were brought. Needless to say both plates of food were COLD! We called the waiter back and asked to have them taken away and warmed up. No sooner was this done, and my plate was brought back, still cold. My sister's plate was brought steaming hot. We asked again to have my plate taken away and warmed up. This seemed to annoy both the waitress and waiter! It was brought back and it was hot.The Singapore noodles are the worst my sister and I have every eaten. If I wanted noodles with prawns and bean sprouts, I would have ordered this. The whole meal and experience was awful. Truly horrendous. We had been shopping in London and wanted to have a Chinese meal - we will certainly avoid this restaurant in the future as the food and service was disgraceful. When it came to paying for the meal, I took off the discretionary tip of just over £3; and the man twice asked if I wanted my £3!! Never again will I set foot in your awful restaurant.

Chose this restaurant last weekend and only wish we had read the reviews first! The place was dirty and the staff were rude beyond belief!! We had to summons a waiter to take our order after waiting nearly 40 minutes. The table wasn't even set, no cutlery menus etc. Our drinks order took around half an hour to arrive and even then was completely wrong. The waiter that took our order grunted at us and didnt even make eye contact when taking our oders, he was too busy watching what was going on at the entrance area. Inevitably when our food did arrive half of it was missing and what did arrive was luke warm as it had been sitting on the bar area for a good 15 mins. I watched the waiting staff the whole time and cannot believe how unprofessional they were and extremely rude. One waiter snatching Credit Cards off customers when paying their bills without even a thankyou or any verbal communication whatsoever. How a place like this is not shut down is beyond me. Will never set foot in this place ever again!!

Went for the food not any karaoke which i think must have been upstairs as i was vaguely aware of various music at times but possibly not intrusive as we were at a window seat. We chose one of the set 3 course menus for 22 quid a head for a convivial evening leading to masses of food and a full 2 course doggy bag to tide an impoverished student over for another night. This covered all the traditional starters with usual duck pancakes as middle and decent mains. I would say starters were tasty but cold which was a definate negative but flaviurs and temperature of mains were fine. Toilets half out of order and staff were ok rather than friendly but certainly not rude as i have subsequently read in many reviews. Nice new zealand sauvignon blanc for 26 quid gives example of wine list which was ok. There are so many venues to choose from in Chinatown and we sort of stumbled in with sore feet rather than having thought it through. We enjoyed our food especially tasty beef and ginger but i guess if back would go elsewhere.

La décoration laissait clairement à désirer. Il manque une identité visuelle à ce restaurant. Par contre niveaux plats , nous avons été servi c est le cas de la dire ! D excellentes plats servis rapidement avec de la quantité , c est loin d être négligeable.Par contre autre point négatif, beaucoup de clientèle en un espace restreint , ce qui en fait un lieu assez bruyant et pas propice à l apaisement et au repos.

Ate in here on Saturday night and was disappointed and wished that we had chosen elsewhere! Dirty especially the toilets in the basement smelt really bad! Food not brilliant and most of the staff find it hard to communicate in English and can be very rude and dismissive! We will not be going back!

I’ve been here many times. I’ve always found it to be one of the better choices in China Town. The service has never been good but you grow to expect that and the food was usually very good.

Visited last year with friends and decided to eat in same restaraunt a year later with family, last year we waited around 40 mins for a table and another 40mons for food but it was Chinese new year, today we were first through doors when restaraunt opened & greated by an older waiter who was attentive & didn't have too long to wait for drinks or food which arrived steaming hot and everything we ordered was delicious. The toilets could do with ripping out & replacing as pretty grim but the food & service was great.

Die Bedienungen waren sehr unfreundlich. Uns wurden die Karten aus den Händen gerissen. Die Beträge durften wie auch nicht ersehen. Die Teller hat er praktisch über meinen Schoß hinweg abgeräumt. Auf Wiedersehen wurde uns auch nicht gesagt.

TL;DR: Food okay but worst service I've ever, EVER, had in my life I am still speechless. Ironic that the first time we, a group of 4 Asians, encountered racism in London is in Chinatown

On a recent visit to Soho, decided to pop in here for an evening meal, we were only kept waiting a short time before we were seated, Although the ordering was quite swift, the starters come shortly followed by the mains, they could clearly see that we hadn't finished but still bought out the main dishes. Can't complain about the food as portions were quite large and the flavours very authentic, However, this place needs a big lesson in customer service as waiters were all miserable and quite rude, management take note of what your customers are saying !

Well the title says it all. When your 5 yr old pulls out a finger nail and asks what’s this....

As a local for the best part of 10 years I enjoyed coming here regularly with friends and family. However quality of the food has changed and so has quality of the staff. This was my last visit and I will never go back. Looking at the reviews on trip advisor it’s easy to understand why Royal Dragon is about about 19,000 out of 21,000 other Chinese restaurants in London. The staff really are terribly rude and condescending. They’ll move you mid meal if they see an opportunity to squeeze in an extra person or keep you waiting while they sit people coming in behind you. Food and drink is average and very overpriced. Watch out for double charging on the service charge too. Better check your bill carefully. Overall it’s the exceptionally rude and unpleasant staff that make me question why anyone would ever want to visit this place particularly when there is so much choice close by.

Do not go to this place under any circumstances. Imagine the worst restaurant you've ever been, then imagine something 5x worse - that's Royal Dragon. It's like they are doing you a favour for even being there.

Please don’t even venture through the door - I have never known someone so rude as the waiter who “tried” to serve us - basic questions were met with condescending return.

Well what can I say this has to be the worst Restaurant in China town the service if you can call it service was horrendous the food was almost thrown at us ,the staff were rude..the food had no taste and looked dull ...would not recommend this restaurant stay away

This has to be the worst Chinese restaurant I have ever been to, to start the food was shaved on the table with no care. The staff where rude with not thought for their customers, and the food had no flavour and looked boring. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Quality of food is poor, presentation is poor, service is functional, restaurant is not clean, loos are worse. Stay clear.

Went here with my wife and some friends. The food, service and ambience was first class. My friends are of Chinese origin and they rate this place. We ordered far too much food. It was all delicious

Rude/ totally unresponsive staff and long waits. This wasn't 'service'. The owner/ manager needs to have a serious word with their staff.

En el centro de Chinatown un restaurante que aún teniendo no buenas críticas nuestra visita fue bastante buena. Fuimos con. Niños y nos arreglaron una mesa grande rápido con profesionalidad. La comida de carta bastante buena y era comida China! No el mix oriental tan de moda en España

SAVE YOURSELF! RUN AWAY! I am sat waiting for my main and thought I would check trip advisor... maybe today is just a bad day for the team, it isn’t, this is the norm in the royal dragon.

We sat down in this restaurant at around 5 o’clock and ordered nearly straight away for drinks, which arrived 15 mins later. Whilst waiting for the drinks I went to the men’s room to find spider webs and urine on the floor and floors that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages, to add there was a moth flying around in the cubicle. When I returned the drinks arrived and we ordered a starter and a main each. The starter arrived 15 mins later.So by this time it was about 5:30 then another Chinese couple arrived and sat next to us and ordered they received there entire meal within 15 mins and left at roughly 5:50. It then took another 40 mins for our food to arrive at 6:30 and we ate and paid without too much waiting. Overall I would say DO NOT GO THERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES !!!

Myself and my partner were so excited for a good meal! Treated by a server with a glum and bored face. Had to summon a server to take our order and waited 30 mins for our bill at the end. Food looked so good however was full of bones. Not happy and absolutely gutted. Wish I checked here first

Don't waste your time going here. The service is despicable. Meet and greet with a glum face, no warm welcome. Sat down and had to ask for our orders to be taken because the staff were too busy taking between themselves or on their phones. When the bill came I told them to take off the 12.5% (£11.00) discretionary service charge as the service didn't even warrant 0.50p !!! Shameful excuse for a service industry business.

A bunch of old friends met up in London and thought we'd nip into Soho for a chinese. Why or why didn't I check before walking in? I usually do and let this be a lesson to myself (and advisory for you) to always, always check TA rather than choosing randomly!

i have been there several times on the past! now is a disaster ! not polite people, talking bad to customer, horrible food! not education that all! i have to say is the first time a wrote a bad review, this place crossed the limited !!

I wouldn't go in there unless you're either Chinese or white because being of colour, we were faced with very obvious racism by the staff. Firstly, they only took our drinks order and then kept putting us off while Chinese customers who came after us got to order AND EVEN RECEIVE their order before we were even asked. The staff just put us off with hand gestures hinting that we should wait. When they finally came to us after 20 mins we tried to order a serving of dim sum upon which the guy said theres a minimum of £10 to order, when i told him our order adds up to around £12 including the drinks we got he suddenly decided its £10 PER PERSON. At this point i knew he was lying and just hated us really, so i asked to leave w our drinks. he poured the drinks in take away mugs very sloppily, splashing some on me, and then brought the bill to us with an added service charge !!!! obviously, i got really pissed off at this point and asked him if he was kidding me, he then laughed with his staff and said ok i'll take the charge off,,,,,,

Will not be going here again the service was none existent the food incredibly poor and not very hot the staff were very rude they added service charge which we had removed as there was no service

I visited this restaurant for lunch (seafood noodle to take away). After ordering I decided to check out the reviews for the restaurant whist I was waiting. To my shock horror, the reviews were awful. A bit too late for me as I ordered already. Anyway, all I can say from a take away perspective is that the food was ok. It wasn't bad. A bit pricey for a portion of noodles to take away but it is not as bad as the other review suggests. Phew. I will remember to research before visiting next time.

I ate in this restaurant over the weekend and was not impressed at all. The staff were quite rude and not very helpful. We tried to order a starter as a main but they said we couldn’t do that. I had the pork with the crispy noodles and the pork was very fatty that I didn’t eat a bite and shared a meal with my friend who got shredded beef. There was barely any beef and just tasted like fried batter! I honestly expected a lot more from China Town.

Imagine the worst Chinese takeaway you know. The one you would never visit. Well this one is worse and it’s a restaurant!!! Shocking service, even worse food. Please avoid. Would rather starve than eat here again. There are no words for how bad this place is.

Went here with friends for an evening meal this evening and hands down the worst meal out we have ever had. The staff were rude and barely said a word to us, very bad attitude and customer service. The food was not great either with some being sent back which was received with attitude and no apology, nor did they ask if we wanted a replacement. Some of our food was even cut up on the bar with the waitress removing bones with her bare hands. Definitely avoid this place it is awful!

Por lo general no escribo reseñas, pero esto fue tan horrible que necesito advertirte que NO vayas allí. No podía comerlo porque era tan malo. Entonces, si no quieres terminar en Mac Donalds después (lo cual es muy bueno con esta comida aquí), ¡no vayas allí! ! !

Fui aquí con 9 miembros de la familia. Nuestra camarera estaba enojada. Ella se enojó en la mesa de al lado porque nos pidieron mover las mesas. Cuando todos llegaron, ella tomó los pedidos de bebidas, se olvidó de una bebida y no la recibimos hasta después de la cena. Pidió agua tres veces. Cuando recibimos la factura, no la dividieron y terminamos pagando demasiado (más que la factura total, ya que todos pagamos por separado y luego me cobraron el doble). Como llegué tarde tuve que irme pero me fui muy molesto. Y mi cena llegó alrededor de 10 minutos después de todos los demás. Ahorra tu dinero y sáltate este lugar.

Went with my girlfriend. Growled at by staff as soon as we walked in, shown to table and had menus thrown down in front of us with not as much as a word from staff. Staff got drinks order wrong and didn't even try to have a good attitude or be friendly. Said bye when leaving and again just frowned at by hostile staff. Hope this places goes bust, worst restaurant I've ever been in! If you are in London Chinatown avoid this restaurant and go elsewhere, there are loads and loads of chinese restaurants on this street, don't go to royal dragon!!!

The food was everything I would expect from a Chinese. The service was great apart from having the crispy duck arrive at same time as the starters so it was cold by the time we could eat it. We were given plenty of time to eat these before main course arrived so that made up for it.

I meet with my brother on a regular basis in London to catch up and we always go out for a meal somewhere different each time.

I have eaten in Chinatown many times but unfortunately my usual spot was fully booked so had to try elsewhere. I will NOT be returning to this restaurant!!! The food was average at best and not exactly hot when it arrived, further to this the service was quite possibly the WORST I have ever had in a restaurant. It took 25 minutes to get served when the restaurant wasn’t overly busy, add to this the sheer lack of care, interest and frankly outright rudeness from all the staff I was not impressed in any way! When it came to paying the bill they had added a 12.5% service charge which they refused to take off, really quite poor! This restaurant gives Chinatown a real bad name because there are some great places to eat but this is certainly not one of them... take my advice and go somewhere else!!!

Went last Sunday on a day out in London. Thought chinatown meals might be a safe bet but this was not good at all. Some of the staple chinese style food from the set menu was OK, but the rice looked and tasted like it had been reheated in a microwave, or packet rice. The chicken on the main meal was not very nice. In my opinion, this is a prime example of a restaurant in a tourist trap just going through the motions. If I eat in Chinatown London again I'll avoid this place, this was the worst meal out I've had in quite some while.

We went here a week ago, we were given menus one had pages missing, when I finally got the attention of a member of staff who were all just stood about talking a girl came over and told me I could look at the other menu! No offer of drinks they just didn't seem interested we should have realised it was bad as it was virtually empty. We eat in China town a lot and would never return to this restaurant.

We here yesterday evening , the place was busy but that’s not unusual for a Saturday in Chinatown . We had to keep asking to order food , eventually order taken. There was plenty of staff. Then the long wait begins , then one at a time the dishes starting to arrive , in no logical order , seemed like 10 mins between each dish being served , had to ask for my rice to be changed as it was so cold by now ☹️, eventually the final dish arrived totally inedible , deep fried beef, that was not beef , my partner who’s Chinese told them how inedible it was , we just wanted to pay the bill and get out, at least they had the decency to take the so called beef dish off the bill and not put a service charge on, nor would we have paid had they done so. Couldn’t help notice others just getting up and walking out as they were fed up of waiting to be served.

Went there with a group of four friends, one of which had an intolerance/allergy. When we made the waitress aware of this, it seemed to be a problem. We then said if it was we had no problem leaving however the waitress somehow realised she could help.

We do eat out quite a lot in Chinatown, but we haven't been here before. So let's give it a go. Oh, dear, that was a bad move! The decor in the restaurant was dark and didn't have a very pleasant atmosphere. It didn't have an airy and open feel to it. The toilets was shocking, even for a Chinese restaurant.

We went with family and friend, we ordered some dishes, only one dishes not satisfied quite salted, others are quite good !

Une amie m'a invité dîner hier soir pendant ma visite à Londres. Elle a bien choisi le restaurant...l'ambiance était un peu bruyante mais les plats simplement délicieux. On a partagé trois plats poulet szechuan,crevettes aux mangues et aubergines frites. Chaque plat était délicieux. Tout cela avec du riz nature et du thé chinois pour une petite somme de 44 livres!

Toilet is scary and requires urgent attention

This is my favourite restaurant in Soho for simple and traditional dim sum for several years. It has great and consistent flavours. My wife and I particularly like the steamed char siu buns, steamed beancurd rolls in housing sauce, steamed beef tripe with ginger and spring onions, steamed rice flour rolls with prawns. Last week we arrived a bit too late for dim sum and were recommended to eat at a sister restaurant but the food didn't match up.

Prompt service but not hugely welcoming or pleasant. Food tasty and the portions were generous. Asked for a fork, as I’m hopeless with chopsticks, but I never received one.

Please give this a miss ! Terrible decor, not clean, waiters not interested. Food awful - I actually felt ill overnight after our visit. Had chicken but really unsure what it was so hardly are anything. Complete waste of money.

Very rude staff, specially the table attendant. Bad humor, bad manors, throwing items on the table. Wrong order and didn’t even apologised. Far from a delicious Chinese expected food! Expensive for service/food quality.

I went to the restaurant with some friends from Portugal that would like to try Chinese dishes in typical Chinatown. The waitress barely greeted us , asking only for the number of people . We asked some questions about the menu and she was not helpful at all, it seemed she was in a bad mood or not feeling like working there . After ordering the wrong dishes came to the table , we requested the ones we previously ordered , she did not even apologise for that . At the door , there was a sign saying " Service not charged" but it was included in the bill which we complained and the waiter said he did not know about it , we did not pay for the service since it was terrible . We ordered the mango shrimps , it was good but with lots of mustard , more like a French dish than Chinese . I would never come back or recommend this place to anyone.

The service was nice, the staff is friendly. The size portion were very big. Unfortunately I got sick the 2 following days in a row.

We visited this restaurant in June with friends for an evening banquet meal and we were appalled by the service. We ordered a banquet for 4 and the food was good and reasonably priced (£22.50 each), though the service we received was quite possibly the worst service I have received and other reviews suggest the same treatment of customers. The waiter we had was rude and obnoxious and snatched plates from us and offered no manners or service to speak of, almost as if it was an ordeal to serve anyone. This happened throughout our visit and at the end we refused to pay the service charge, after all we did not receive any form of even decent service. The waiter then proceeded to rip the receipt in front of us and had the cheek to snatch the card machine from us during payment. This was rude and disgusting service and I would refuse to eat here again or recommend this place to anyone.

Estábamos en la ciudad China buscando comida y todos los lugares estaban completos y este brillante uno tenía un interesante menú fuera y parecía limpia y elegante interior con lugares de sobra, así que decidimos probarlo y nos sorprendió gratamente. El servicio era alegre y rápido y los platos estaban muy bien cocinado con verduras frescas, carne tierna y sabrosas salsas con un montón de arroz. En general, una buena experiencia.

Tuvimos una comida regular aquí el sábado. Los aperitivos eran encantadores, pero los platos principales no estaban tan bien. Tuve un cóctel que era muy débil y llegó a más de 70 libras por dos aperitivos, dos bebidas y tres platos principales. Un poco decepcionado, pero el servicio era bueno.

Visitamos este restaurante con mi ahijada y amigo. El servicio era espantoso. La comida era tan repugnante que no podía comer. El pollo estaba sin duda no es pollo. Cuando mencioné al personal sólo sonrió y asintió con la cabeza. Sólo me comí dos piezas de pollo (o lo era) y tenía tan mala calambres toda la noche.

Today we’ve popped in here with some friends, and the service was terrible.... I was here regularly, but this was the last time.

Evitar este lugar. Acabamos de tener una comida allí. La camarera no parece entender nuestra orden de bebidas - que establecen el tono de la noche. Pedimos nuestra comida que venía bastante rápidamente. Tres de nuestras comidas estaban bien pero la cuarta - un pollo al curry - nadar en el aceite. Cuando nos quejamos de la camarera solo se rió y se lo llevaron. Teníamos todo terminado nuestras comidas por este punto y todavía nadie había venido a actualizar nosotros en lo que iban a hacer sobre el curry. Cuando el director finalmente llegó a él no estaba muy contento de que nos quejamos y sólo trajo la factura. No tenemos una disculpa, era obvio que querían. No hay oferta de budín o cafés. Me tocó el curry de la factura, pero tenía la cara de cobrar una propina! Mi esposo les explicó que no pagar la propina - el gerente no era feliz y sostuvo que marido de mi amigo había comido la mitad del curry - que sin duda no tenía. "En medio de la lluvia torrencial" (Mark cohn) Canción China un peluquero permanente en la puerta dónde comer en Chinatown y me recomendó este lugar. Encontramos sus precios razonables y el servicio y la comida bastante aceptable. Chinatown en Londres tiene una enorme variedad de restaurantes, así que un Consejo puede ser muy útil. Volveremos a este lugar.

Decidimos caminar por el barrio chino para encontrar un lugar para comer. Menú Royal dragón parecía interesante, así que nos arriesgamos. Mi marido pidió Szechuan pollo y arroz frito. El plato principal salía bien caliente pero tuvimos que pedir el arroz, que tardó varios minutos. . No queríamos la. Comida para conseguir frío. Por definición, Szechuan es picante, pero este era más como pollo dulce y amarga. Pedimos algunos caliente, pasta de chile de spice up así como salsa de soja ya que el arroz no tuve absolutamente ningún sabor. Tuve fideos crujientes con pollo en salsa de frijol negro. . . Hicieron un trabajo mucho mejor con este plato. Con todos los restaurantes para elegir, y hay muchas, yo no recomendaría comer aquí.

Das Essen war leider wirklich schlecht. Wir hatten stir fried rice bestellt und gedämpften Reis mit TK-Erbsen und Möhren bekommen. Meine „Fried crispy noodles“ waren ungekocht in die Pfanne geschmissen und angebrannt. Die Soße bestand hauptsächlich aus Glutamat und Dickungsmittel. Auch die Frühlingsrollen waren aus der Tiefkühltruhe- hier wird definitiv nicht frisch gekocht! Dafür ging es auch viel zu schnell. Service konnte keine Fragen zu Gerichten beantworten und Tap Water bekamen wir auch trotz mehrfacher Bestellung und Nachfrage nicht.

Each time we visited Chinatown restaurant each time we felt abused. For this visit food was ok and served in time. But what is service charge? This is uk not USA. Do not tell me you are not paid by your boss but living on service charge.

I’ve been to several Chinese restaurants in Chinatown area and most of them are not that really good and full of MSG but this one is an exceptional . The house red wine was like subtle and doesn’t taste like full of sulphites. I tried the duck with pancakes, oh boy it was so delicious! The price wasn’t too bad. It’s average and worth it . If you want a proper China restaurant in Chinatown area , try this one .

El colmo fue cuando nos negamos a pagar una cantidad exorbitante de servicio que no se merece, y uno de los directores (o posiblemente una camarera) hizo muy obvio que estaba enojado por empujando jadeando y gritando, quejándose de puffing muy alto en China a los otros trabajadores y golpeaban su bolígrafo y la tarjeta de la máquina en la mesa cuando estábamos pagando. Sólo después de que todos pagamos, Entonces ella dijo su jefe a echarnos y estábamos muy contentos de salir. Evitar A TODA COSTA. Los aseos también daban asco (foto adjunta de las paredes, parecía sangre)

10:00 en un restaurante de domingo por la noche bastante agitada. En vez de camarero tuvimos que tener el empezar con la comida principal, lo cual era extraño cuando llegaron, tostadas de gambas y alas de pollo con sal y pimienta o chile, que estaban llenos de grasa y quemados. 2 curry de pollo muy poco sabor y trozos de pollo fritas y principalmente grandes de cebolla, un par de cucharadas y dejamos el resto. Los dos estuvimos de acuerdo que era la peor comida china que hemos tenido. Evitar

My husband and I visited without booking on a Wednesday evening. It was busy but we were given a table for 2. The food was really good and lots of it. Decor a bit dated. The only thing letting it down was the service - waiters came to take the order, bring plates and napkins, bring the courses of food etc but never spoke to us. We politely ordered and said thank you as things were brought but nothing was said to us. We did however have a nice meal. I noticed on the menu it said it was also a karaoke restaurant but thankfully that didn't happen!

Het eten was prima. Ik had gekozen voor de gebakken rijst en biefstuk in zwarte bonen saus. Het smaakte prima en erg lekker, maar achteraf dacht mijn maag daar anders over. Het drinken werd geserveerd in ongekoelde blikjes met een glas met ijsblokjes. Dit was oké, maar niet erg netjes. De bediening had geen oog voor de klant en heeft geen moment tijdens het eten gevraagd hoe het smaakte. We moesten zelf naar de kassa lopen om te betalen. Dit kan zeker beter! De wc’s waren oud en onhygiënisch. Maar uiteindelijk wel een plusplunt voor de eigenaar dat hij bereid was om onze rekening te splitten. Als alle andere restaurants vol zitten zou ik hier eten, maar anders dan zou ik naar een ander restaurant gaan!

I would definitely recommend the food here but service really let's it down - we ordered two starters two mains and rice. The main was a mixed meat dish with a choice of 3 meats - we were told no duck so we changed to an pork. A while later we were told no pork but there was duck. Then some while later there was no pork but we could have bar b q pork....! One main and the rice arrived luckily we started eating as the mixed meat dish didn't arrive until we'd nearly finished this! At no point were we asked if our meal was ok or offered another drink. In fact we got up and went to the till to pay as we were fed up waiting! But the food was delicious and good value for money.

Sábado por la tarde almuerzo con amigos. Bebidas y pedir comida tomada por Tommy. Las cervezas eran latas, abrió y servidos en la mesa, por un camarero ocupado buscando el otro camino, y hablando con un compañero. Participación de cero o siquiera contacto visual. Exactamente lo mismo que pasó cuando paga la factura, que tenía un 12% de propina automática y rápidamente eliminado por nosotros. Se olvidaron de servir uno de los platos principales, sin embargo la comida era realmente buena, lo que es una pena porque el servicio increíblemente malo en todo significa que estarás buscando en otro hotel la próxima vez.

Mi esposa y yo estábamos en una corta escapada a Londres y elegir para ir al Royal Dragon para la cena.

Cuando todo lo demás está cerrado, siempre es bueno saber que este lugar está abierto hasta tarde 😊 comida fantástica, camareros y buena ubicación.

Went for a early evening meal here but was very disappointed with the food we ordered prawn crackers spring rolls which both of these were ok also ordered chips egg fried rice sweet and sour chicken and chicken curry we had the crackers and spring rolls and chips first and the main part of the meal came about ten minutes later after asking the waiter where the rest of our food was which I wish we had not bothered as the chicken curry was swimming in oil and the sweet and sour chicken was chewy. I did use the toilets which were down stairs next to the kitchen which the toilets were dirty and there was a dark red coloured liquid running down an unpainted metal looking wall which was coming from the ceiling area but the wall was where the kitchen was the bill came to £54 for prawn crackers spring rolls chips egg fried rice chicken curry and sweet and sour chicken and half a lager and a vodka and coke which we did not think this was a reasonable charge for what we had would not recommend or return not a nice experience

Firstly, the food was pretty good. Ordering however was the most difficult and painful experience of our weekend. The waiter (Ian) had no interest in taking our order (the table beside us got up and left) never mind guiding us through the menu. He walked away before we could order drinks and showed absolutely zero social interaction with us as customers, actually sighing as we quite simple chose our food. Worst customer service experience I have ever across.

Food is very poor, lacks taste and was warm (has singarore noodles). Starter - veg spring rolls had more wrapping than filling. Whole food experience felt awful

Absolutamente deliciosa comida! ! ! Todos pedimos un par de platos y como era razonable, no estábamos preocupados si no pudimos comer todo.
