Normally really good but this time awful. Ordered food and 20 minutes before delivery due cancelled with no explanation

Terrible food, the worst Indian I've ever had.

Booked via an app and received a text confirmation of the order with a 30 min delivery time..1hour and 40 minutes, 3 phone calls to confirm the order and the address to be told 10 minutes the driver is on his way each time we ring....... the dinner finally arrives tepid at best. Had to microwave it to heat it up. Shambles. Will never order again.

Food was delicious, hot and arrived on time. Only issue was we ordered poppadoms but didn't receive them however, called the restaurant and more arrived within ten minutes.

The leaflet headed out states in the set menu that is it 'any side dish' - what they mean is any vegetarian side dish They say you have to pay extra for mains that have prawn in, but what they mean is mains AND starters that have prawn in Leaflet is badly worded and person on the phone said it's obvious they don't mean 'side dishes' when they say side dishes I was hoping to give this restaurant 5 stars because they are local and I've heard about them not through the usual delivery services The food was mediocre and small portioned at best Take your wallet elsewhere and be warned

Tried to order through justeat.co.uk last night was spending over £40 on a blowout birthday dinner, but it was cancelled last minute no reason why, I don't drive or have a menu so wanted to order via online, if you don't want to pay justeats surcharge don't advertise on their website set up your own. And don't worry I won't be trying to order from you in the future I've found somewhere better to order from. thanks for nothing

I ordered a murgh saagwala, but that's not what they delivered. Delivered was a murgh masala. Really disappointed. The food here is good, but this wasnt to my liking.

Food was fantastic, if you like hot food the chicken madras was amazing. The saag chicken tikka was also very nice. Overall great service. Definitely reccomend.

Food was late. When i phoned to enquire i couldnt understand what the person on the phone was saying. So this lead to nothing being resolved. Overall delivery time nearly took 2 hrs.

Got the wrong item delivered. Had ordered for Korai chicken but got something else. Please get me a refund on that item.

Small and incorrect portions, food arrived late and when I complained they told me to pack it up they’ll swap it. But because I opened it they refused to swap it. Total joke

Must be a new chef as the food was always ok a while back. Now the curry is very watery and the Bombay potatoes are rock hard. Most concerning of all is the 1 star hygiene rating. Won’t be using them again that’s for sure.

Lovely meal, rice had too much water

I placed an order totalling £35 and ordered a Chicken Tikka Masala as the free item on the menu, i recieved a chicken Bhuna instead. As i didnt want to let my rice and chips go to waste i ate the Bhuna but didnt like it , my meal was totally ruined , i ad been looking forward to the Tikka Masala, the last time i ordered they forgot to leave one of the naan breads and my daughter had to eat the naan after she had had her meal. On a good note the rest of the meal was extremely tasty and my family enjoyed it

The potato was hard and the chicken was stone cold. The other things we ordered were warm and ok but these were definitely a huge let down. Not ordering from you again, what a let down as it was my birthday treat.

The meal was ok. Annoyingly received boiled rice instead of pilau. Also did not receive the free side dish when spending over £20. (May be that that offer is not included with set meal, however this is not explained anywhere).

Hot food. Really tasty. I ordered the set menu for 1 and it was good value for money. Was stuffed! Don’t hesitate order today.

U need to have a word with ur leaflet delivery person. The man that delivered leaflets on the new estate in Aveley today urinated in a public place where children play. This is both disgusting and against the law

Food is tasty, seems like they are Halal. But I felt a bit cheated when I opened my chicken thikkka starter as it was big box with one small piece of chicken.

A main dish (butter chicken) was missing from my order. I called to question the missing food and the receptionist said I couldn’t have a refund and hung up the phone !! I paid for food I didn’t receive .

Ordered 5 hours before we wanted it delivered arrived right on time 👍👍

Really disappointed. have ordered food from here for years with no problems, however the past few times, food has not been up to the same standard. Chilli chicken masala was bland and tasted extremely sweet which is odd because it’s supposed to be a spicy dish? Sheekh kebab did not taste like it was freshly made. Needless to say I could not eat my dinner and therefore had to throw away the food. Will not be ordering from here again.

Delivery driver had a very poor attitude from this takeaway. Food not the best in the area. Bye bye....

The food was absolutely amazing!! This is bar far the best Indian I’ve had. I even went back for seconds 😍. The only problem is I got charged more for my bottle of drink then what I should have!! (They gave me a promo one) so should of gave me the change!

Late delivery when it was only 5 min walk from house .. ordered butter chicken ..but what ever you sent wasn't butter chicken it was a korma without coconut .. wasn't nothing close to butter chicken .. really disappointed .

Once here started to unpack food and found the cartons at the bottom of the bag all flattend, the bottom of the bag a sea of sauces and juices!! Also no mushroom rice we ordered! Phoned up and complained, they were very sorry and offered 50% off next order, but won't be ordering again from them. Now looking for a decent Indian take away locally

Inside looks like could use refurbishment, the owner claims it's like thir since 16 years and they mainly do takeaway, food was good.

Food was ok. One of the dishes we ordered was quite burnt and wasn’t really edible to be honest. The rest was very tasty and received a really nice free curry with the order.

Had a wonderful meal tonight piping hot food and nothing missing. Very good delivery time didn’t have to wait around and it tasted fabulous.
