Food was disgusting! Ordered a kebab and it was so dry. Will never order from here again

Can a receipt be sent on every delivery? I work in a placement and i ordered for a YP but there was no receipt and I couldn’t document it. I had to pay for it because there was no evidence

Terrible speed of service for delivery and shocking service over the phone. Advertised as 20 min delivery on Uber but then takes over 50 mins. They have no ability to cancel order and refund even when they say they won't make the food and uber service is terrible. Do not order from here

dr pepper was hot and packaging fell apart

Never leave reviews but I’ve used this place 10+ times now and I’ve never been unhappy. Foods always perfect and fresh. arrives hot. Best hot wings and always read there notes. 10/10 thank you

Kebab meat was dry and over cooked, not fresh. The chicken was stale tasking. No one enjoyed any part of their meal. That's the end of ordering from here.

First time ordering from here. I had a halloumi kebab and chicken strips meal (includes fries and a canned drink). Food very tasty and healthy, good presentation, reasonable prices and good delivery times. Overall: excellent. Will definitely order from here again 🙂.

I really used to like the food but lately nothing is cooked properly.. my partner ordered chicken and chips and there was so much oil that the food fell out of the box .. the but looked like chicken wasn’t cooked properly we hat to throw it out.. wasted my money tonight

The quality of the food was not as good as expected

chicken nuggets were hard so the tasted like they had been sitting there for a bit also the mozz sticks were rubbery, again they had been sitting there

Ordered one of the sharing boxes and they left off half the chicken...

Delivery driver was rude and gave us the wrong food and all of it smelt off will not be ordering from there again!

Never received my food! I got an email around 5 minutes after it was estimated to be delivered saying the driver couldn't find my address, so I rang the number and was hung up on. I rang a few times again and everytime the call would end as soon as I started talking. Probably not the restaurants fault, but still disappointed that I never received any food, or apologies.

Food was cold, chicken was under cooked and I only got 4 chicken strips instead of 6

Wasn't what I ordered as the £7.99 meal is advertised as 2 burger hash brown and egg however hash brown was missing and egg was missing now if you call that service I don't I call that a double cheeseburger burger meal not a supreme meal as is ordered

Absolutely shocking , waited fifteen minutes for a takeaway pizza in which time we saw cockroaches under the tables , this place should be closed down , and by the way the worst pizza I’ve ever had 🤮couldn’t even eat it 🤬

Pizza was tasteless, over cooked and completely inedible, went straight in the bin, doubt even the seagulls would want it!!!

Never in my life have a walked out of a restaurant from an over powering smell of rats! I walked closer too the counter only too hear rats and mice squeaking behind the till. Couldn’t bring myself too order so walked out

For burgers this is the best place for a takeaway. Highly recommend

This shop serves fantastic food. We ordered both lamb and chicken doner kebab which was spicy as we requested and flavourful. I would recommend to eat this when visiting. This was the best doner kebab I have ever eaten!!

It was My Birthday and I really wanted Fish And Chips but couldnt find anywhere that was actually Affordable for me ,so instead Ordered 3 pieces of Chicken with Chips from here .all for under £10 with Delivery and costs .One of very few places I could get a Birthday Meal for myself deivered under £10 .For a Once a Year Treat its actually becoming far too expensive to treat myself even on my Birthday .

Chips have changed, smaller, thinner, mozzarella sticks are not as nice as the thick chunky ones, nuggets were burnt, I like the golden brown juicy one's

Got a notification that driver was on the way ages before he actually arrived. Food was delivered cold and chips with cheese literally had grated cheese on top of the chips, not melted on top. Ordered a 0.5l coke but was sent just an ordinary sized can. Really disappointed-shame because my son often orders from here very late at night and loves their food and service

Ordered it thinking it would be nice size portions the garlic bread was smaller than my hand it was cold and burnt this is an order 20 and over I’m not happy with that on top of that it was well over the time it was meant to be here

The chicken strips in the burger I ordered, plus the chicken strips in the meal, were so anaemic and pale. The chicken looked just on the verge of being cooked. They needed more time cooking, they was not even crispy or crunchy, they just fell apart in your hands...... Not happy, I gave them to the dog and cats!!!!!!!! 👎

This was this in my burger. I call and explain the situation to them, and they wanna bad review over a new burger. The fries also have no flavor. The best choice is to never buy food from here 😩

I ordered 4 pizzas and 2 of them was completely wrong. Especially which is order cheese and tomato and it turns up with chicken and Peppers on it.

We’ve ordered food from here a fair bit and it’s always been good. Chicken tonight was disgusting. The chicken strips were cold and coated in the palest batter that had no flavour whatsoever. The fried chicken pieces just tasted peppery and the chicken was grey inside. Gave up trying to eat the spicy wings because they were hard. Really disappointed

Good scran. Supreme burger nice and crispy with a good amount of sauce, chips were banging and the breaded mushrooms were juicy and crunchy with a nice flavour.

I'm very disappointed with the food, the strip burger was barely hot in terms of temperature. The hot wings weren't seasoned properly and weren't hot at all and very oily, the chips were crunchy which is a bonus but not when they haven't been drained properly and the chips soak up all that cooking oil. The chicken was ok but super greasy overall this was disappointing won't be ordering from this restaurant again unless they are committed to change

I was told that it would come in the next 3 to 5 mins then it came way later. however the person serving the food was very kind so I will not be that disappointed

Chips were not edible tasted like cooking oil chicken was not up to standard at all looked grey and very greasy didn’t eat any of my takeaway apart from the ice cream don’t order
