Such a lovely service. Sushi typical for fast food but have a very good wasabi

Wonderful restaurant!!! I keep coming back once a week for the teriyaki chicken bento box, it’s just that good! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to break out of the maccies cycle🤣! My new favourite spot food is delicious and staff are wonderful and kind they even gave us some free sushi! 😆

The food was really good but they didn’t start to prepare it until 6:40pm when the food was scheduled for 6:10pm. We were fasting and we couldn’t even cancel the food or money wouldn’t be refunded. Next time please prepare the food for the time because I had made sure to schedule this time so we could have it as soon as we opened the fast.

Top 2 in Cov and it ain’t 2nd, Duck bento box is ridiculously nice, better in store but takeaway still top tier too, well priced, good quality food and healthy. Give it a whirl you won’t regret it

The food is very tasty, fresh and reasonably priced. The place is recently renovated and the boy who takes the order is very nice, attentive, friendly. I admit I'm not a sushi fan, but I always find another delicious item while my daughter is enjoying sushi.

This was my first time coming here after lots of positive reviews from my partner and friends, and it did not disappoint. We dined in and the place was really nice and a good choice of music. The staff that served us was very welcoming and friendly, and positively impacted our experiences. We got the bento boxes and it was really good portion for price. The halloumi was so tasty, the rice was on point, and the spring rolls, etc. We’re amazing. I find myself picking at the salad, but that’s really just because I’m a bit of a fussy eater at times.

Order placed 18:15, they keep changing estimate… New estimate is 20:35 And they adding mandatory service charge 😂 What for? Bon appetite… Phone is not working. Just Eat will possibly contact me tomorrow 😂 Avoid if you are hungry.

We had a great time and I came back and the food was great both times, so was the service and the atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helped with our orders, so kind.

Very nice food with large portion. Only thing I would say for bento box is it needs more rice but it still fills you. Aesthetic is nice and I got bubble tea which was decent. I would say there should be more seating and more spaced out. It is a bit more expensive but worth it

We had two bento boxes and a sushi roll between us and it was all amazing! The bento boxes alone were plenty of food but it was all so tasty that we finished the roll aswel! Wish we lived closer so we could come more often

First time visit, food very not very good, i ordered chicken katsu which was not that happening, the chicken was very oily, gravy was not that good. Salad was not good. Very low at customer service. My friend had chicken teriyaki, even for this the chicken was very oily. Also, EXPENSIVE!!!! Tbh: not worth it.

They say there is a salad when ordering a bento box but when I ordered my bento box for takeaway and asked about the salad he said there is a salad only when you eat in…. Not the first time when had a food for takeaway and sometimes they are just too lazy to give you the salad but paying the same price. Don’t want your food anymore. This is a bit pathetic to be honest. I would say is cheating. Very unhappy. Without a salad this box is just…. Plain heavy and not very tasty.

Sushi was excellent, very generous with portions and Kel was very polite and helpful. Will definitely come back.

I placed an order for delivery. One of the rolls was "Royal prawn". The appearance of the roll was disgusting, completely unappetising and greasy! Half of the roll was just rice as you can see in the photo. The courier delivered the order where all the soy sauce was spilled. I wrote a review before but the restaurant did not respond. I strongly do not recommend this place for ordering your lunch!!!!

Royal Cha Restaurant is a lovely restaurant. The atmosphere is relaxed and perfect for casual dining or special occasions. They have a great menu, the food looks great, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, a great place to enjoy good food in a relaxed setting.

What we received was good, though one of the drinks was not what we ordered & contained jelly which concerned us that this may have been pork gelatine as we are veggie. We got a full refund for the drink but would have preferred the correct order.

Go there for the bubble tea. Always good and consistently made. Guy that is on the desk all the time very professional and keeps the customers coming back 👌

I come here all the time and always order a Poke bowl, salmon and vegetables are always fresh, portion sizes are very reasonable, and never stingy with the toppings. The same guy always serves me, always friendly, great service, great food.

The food was absolutely brilliant. Great taste, great presentation. I got the chicken katsu with tempura chips. And it was divine. Staff were helpful and lovely. Highly reccomend going in! And at 10.99 for a bento box with good portions. Well worth it.

Food was very bland and soggy, stuff was missing from the bento meal. Couldn't even eat half as it was so bad. Won't be returning.

Never available on delivery apps like Uber eats or deliveroo always says not taking order right now or “closed” are the owners allergic to making money ?

Delicious Japanese cuisine with great value. I ordered the prawn katsu and it came with 7 prawns, which is never seen in all Japanese restaurants across the country. Staff was friendly, even served us iced waters knowing that the food was gonna be spicy. On the Taiwanese side, the boba was lovely. Totally recommend!

Ordered through a delivery app, was missing an item. Very disappointing, also spicy sauce was added to other items when none was requested, taste of the food was ruined

Food was nice, however it was served as a takeaway in a takeaway box although we were eating in and even the box was in bad conditions, should have been served in proper plates or a sushi platter

Ordered bento and bubble tea online. Only bubble tea came. Called the shop and they delivered a fresh bento to my door. I must say good service for what it's worth.

The strawberry kiwi bobba tea is really nice (plus the teriyaki chicken that I tried previously). The staff is also really friendly. Good experience overall ☺️

So disappointed, would get mixed up drinks when ordering online so thought about coming over myself to order. I was the only person in the place and ordered passionfruit drink just to come back home with a bag and find cup filled with kiwis and strawberries, the only two fruits I am allergic to... Don't know how the mix ups can happen in an empty place.. Edit: I have been ordering from Royal cha for 4 years and I know how passion fruit drink looks, have bunch of my own photos of it too, it never had any fruits like kiwi added if not asked. Also the images in online ordering websites have pictures to support my point. So blaming me instead of admitting restaurants mistake is interesting approach. If you are claiming to be not responsible for cross contamination it is your duty to ask customers about allergies to ensure that they are aware of that. I did not mention kiwis because I was not ordering them nor any object from the menu that would have it listed in ingredients.

I have never been a big fan of sushi until I came to Royal cha. The customer service is great,they always ensure me and my family get the best service.🥰 The sushi portion is great and it tastes amazing. I am now a big fan of sushi and the bubble tea is nice and reasonable priced.🫶🏼

Good sushi selections and boba tea as well. Recently refurbished eating table provides more places to dine in. Perhaps room to improve would be serving in more presentable for dine-in, rather than takeaway packaging would promote the customer to share their experience via social media. However the food portion and taste are good.

We got the chicken boxes, which were amazing. The guy serving at the till had amazing customer service. Portion size was big as well. Great value and great taste for money.

Best place for sushi and good time!

If I could give this place 100 of 5 stars then I genuinely would. This place has been my go-to sushi place since just before Covid, I can tell you that I can’t go even a month or two without ordering from here. I’ve even got my friends and family in on this place (even the ones that never liked sushi) I love the food, the fast service whether that’s pick up or delivery, I love how they really care about their customers. I just wanted to point out that it’s also Halal which I’ve struggled to find in other sushi places. Also this is my go-to place for bubble tea too. My friends and now her extended family are obsessed too. A shout out to Keel for always making sure my order is amazing, cannot fault the top quality service my friends, family and I receive from Keel whenever we order from here. There was a time during covid 2020 ish where you guys were closed and I just felt lost without this place, I kept messaging in hopes that you’re going to open again and I’m sooooo glad. Also I love that you have seats in there now which means my friends and family and I can dine in. Thank you Royal Cha, for existing!!!

Just received my food and missing the salad I paid for & no squid rings at all on the selection of a bento box. Lovely food but disappointing when missing 2 items. Why can't food businesses read instructions what people have ordered.
