It seems theyve changed the pizza bases :( thin and dry, very cardboard-like. Qamar always had the edge over Didis due to the bases used but these pizzas now taste just like Didis.

ordered 2 pizzas when delivered they were both burnt not happy at all had to be thrown away chips and samosas were fine not happy at all

Food was absolutely amazing and delivered within delivery slot, however we ordered the set meal 2 and were missing the rice, naan, onion bhajis and the 2 cans of pop. Rang the restaurant asap to inform them, who said they would bring them out asap. An hour later and still waiting so couldn’t even have our full meal. Slightly disappointing, but the curry’s were amazing so will definitely return. And happy to allow abit of leverage due to it being NYE.

I ordered and paid for pilau rice & it wasn’t in the delivery. The raita sauce was just salad & no hardly any sauce. This isn’t the first time the full order hasn’t arrived.

I ordered from here a couple of months ago and the pizza seemed very undercooked. Friends who swear by this place said to ask in the comments to make it well done next time...so I did. The next order was burnt to a crisp. Never again.

A great Chicken Palak, rich and really filling. the bhaji starters are just perfect and it all arrived piping hot.

Chicken pakora's dry and not very fresh. Samosas smaller than used to be. Tiny bag of salad a bit ridiculous. Curries bland, tastless and generic. Delivery expensive. Not worth £47, that's for sure.

Unfortunately, on this occasion, our food was not up to the usual standard. The biryani dish was swimming in water, so much that I had to drain the rice. The Rogan Josh (with added spinach) was also very wet, resulting in a bland dish. We ordered 5 dishes, which arrived in around 20/25 minutes which perhaps indicated it being rushed? I am hoping that this is a one off.

Always great and this time didn't disappoint. hot, fresh and just the right portion size.

Food was fantastic, me and our lass used to walk by it a lot on our walks in the winter saying how we need to try it. Tonight we did and we was glad we did. It was the best takeaway curry I’ve had in a very long time! Delivery was very fast too

delivery was early! lovely driver, very patient even with confusion on how to access the accommodation. food wasn’t as described (pizza’s especially). all dishes quite bland and portion sizes aren’t the biggest.

Food is really good I got a message from just eat that my food was out for delivery 40 minutes before the time it was ment to be delivered but it was delivered at the time it was mentoo

Ordered a chicken karahi - spicy, didn't wait long. The portion size was BIG, I would say needed to be a bit more 'saucy'. However, the customer service was fantastic, when they found out I was the 'Solo Traveller Food Critic' they threw in extras left right and center! 😜

Absolutely terrible, ordered keema bhuna, onion bhajis and 2 chapattis. Bhajis like rubber, bhuna undercooked meat full of fat and gristle, no chapattis but poppadoms.. Wouldn't even feed this to the dog. Only fit for the bin!!

Royal curry and Pizza bar is open for business as usual. We have removed just eat permanently, if you check on just eat and it says closed that is why. But we are OPEN for business as usual

Waited one hour and 30 min for my order to arrive to find some of my order was missing, I phoned up and they didn't even want to help! i got wait 45 min and they will bring the missing part of the order, by this this time my food would be cold like i explained, again they didn't want to know! Please be aware if the order is wrong and they have your money, they dont want to resolve.

Got well over charged! Didn’t know til I read the menu after he’d delivered it. Wasn’t great either. Won’t ever be going there again!

Really good Korma and Vindaloo. Definitely one of the best take aways for curry in the Colne Valley. Fast and friendly service. Highly recommended x
