We’ve placed an order on Uber eats with Roxy’s , order got lost in the new iPad system they had received and I cannot fault to staff and service we have delivered . We use this take away frequently and have never had bad food . My husband said never had food so fresh from a take away before . Thank you to us for excelling yourself yet again for our family 👍

Ordered from here tonight as my children had ordered previously and couldn’t recommend enough, they was right, so fresh and tasty, piping hot and very fast delivery, the best chicken and pizza we’ve had in a very long time, I would highly recommend

My daughter rang your number to place an order,but got put through to "Chilli Pink" confused she put an end to the call, then rang Roxy's again and ordered, we had a nice breakfast, but perhaps your number needs checking.

St. Helens is my hometown but, sadly, my parents moved away when I was three and I rarely get back there, and almost never find myself there at night. So when I did somehow find myself looking for something to eat in the town centre at 9pm I had no idea where the best option was. The logical part of me thought to find the takeaway with the biggest queue on the assumption that places don't normally get busy if they're no good. However it was getting late and I had a longish drive home so counter-intuitively I looked for the place with the shortest queue so I'd get served quicker....and ended up in Roxy's. I've got to say that the prices appeared very cheap to me, although as I haven't yet got to experience any of St. Helen's other fine night time eateries I've got nothing to compare them to. A small pizza meal or a chicken fillet burger meal were on offer for just £2.99 but I ended up opting for a doner kebab, fries and drink for £4.99. The kebab was perfectly fine, a decent helping of doner meat on a flatbread with a nice spicy chilli sauce. There wasn't a great deal of salad but I doubt anyone in the history of mankind has ever complained about a lack of lettuce in their kebab. It was big enough that I only ate half before leaving St. Helens and stopped off at Chester services on the way home to polish off the rest. Sadly though the fries were a letdown. I know they were freshly cooked as the fryer in view of the counter so I watched them get cooked. However they had an odd smell to them which made them really unappetising. I did give them a go but most ended up in the bin. The drink was a can of tango so no problems there. I can't say I wouldn't ever go back to Roxy's but if I do next time I might look for an option that doesn't include fries.
