Rowan's Deli in Glasgow City

I come here when visiting Glasgow to get a proper mince pie (mutton). It is served with beans and a generous portion of chips. The menu is good with plenty of choice ranging from a bowl of soup to a full meal. They also have a large choice of Equis ice-cream. Tea is served with a free biscuit! The staff are friendly and efficient.

This is now mines and my sisters place to go for our salad rolls 😍 before this I came in occasionally as I don’t stay near it and every time the service and food were amazing.

A family fresh food store of 40 years in Springboig. Run by the Family but last year we sadly lost the Owner Mr Rowan, very suddenly. He worked in his store every day, from early morning to catch the train station, breakfast traffic. EVERYTHING is delivered freshly to the store, daily and early. The fresh rolls and the gourmet fillings are all hand made by the store staff and the cold meat and cheese fillings are always fresh and plentiful, made very quickly to order. Most customers are running to catch trains. No food lying about, it's all in a cooled counter. It's no surprise that the Rowan family shop has a daily, constant and fast queue service by offering delicious and fresh gourmet rolls and sandwiches and a superb range of meat pies. The Staff are all friendly, and always happy to chat, while preparing their quick & fresh lunch packs for their customers. Last year, they opened a small tea and coffee, seated facility and it comes as no surprise that the seats are always filled - daily! Everybody loves this fabulous and friendly store. Regards, Tom

Cafe is lovely, however asked for a roll and cheese and they gave me literally a roll a slice of cheese, but apart from that the cafe is really nice, usually go here in the morning for a roll

As a local Greenfielder I regularly head to Rowens, wether it be for Breakfast, lunch or just a snack. Its a great place in a great location. Staff are good and the quality of food is better.

Been a regular customer of Rowan's Grocers for years and was delighted to see a cafe open up next door. Went for breakfast on a couple of occasions, maple bacon is awesome. They do Equis ice cream and milkshakes too. Staff are really nice and decor is modern and bright. History of shop in picture frames and a little about the local area and how Budhill has shaped over the years. Worth a visit to this family run business since 1986
