I’d like to lodge a formal complaint. I ordered this take away at 11:30pm and whilst waiting, fell asleep on my sofa. I woke at 1am to find my order inside my house, in my hallway. Your delivery driver let himself in my house without permission! This is totally unacceptable! I have 2 young children in bed asleep upstairs and I feel this is totally unacceptable. Please can you deal with this formally and inform me of the next steps you’re taking in this complaint.

Nice tasting food that arrived in no time .

Always deliver hot food and portions are more than adequate sometimes 1 portion is enough for 2 people very pleased as always highly recommend

been coming here for 20 years, and it was the worst, Hardly cooked and so greasy, gave it to my dog 😭

Thought I had a problem with the order but kids ran off with wrong food and told me after I called. They replaced it anyway with good grace. Excellent service sorry for being a muppet.

I have never had a donner kebab so full on bone, I may as well have been eating it off the carcass… threw the meat away, it was like eating grit. Such a shame

I called and requested a few things and was told to order online and leave requests in the notes. I did. Food arrived and 1 meal was fine. The other had lettuce onions cabbage and normal mayonnaise over it. That was not what I asked for. I asked for just lettuce and burger sauce and burger sauce on the chips. I also paid extra. For cheese on the chips and only 1 had cheese. Not impressed this time round. :( I will be requesting a refund for 1 of the burger super box because of these issues.

Chips sum where cold and sum were under cooked they werent nice to eat at all , doner meat was very dry and chewy and not overly warm either

I have used this vendor many times. I ordered tonight through Just Eat. Called the restaurant to explain that they would need to call me when it was delivered...It arrived before expected...Missed the call, called back immediately. The operative told me he had left it on the doorstep...He had left it on the wrong doorstep, luckily I saw it, got it, it was stone cold. Was going to call The Grill to complain....Only past experience has shown this is a pointless exercise...Like they give a shit!!.

The last few times we have ordered the food has been cold and the kebab swimming in grease also being delivered within 10 - 15 minutes of ordering! Service is normally very good and polite just the shame about the food. Used to be number one to go to.

I have used rother for over 8 years now and have never had a bad experience the only place I use for kebabs

The food is always of a very good quality. We’ve never had any mistakes on delivery orders. The new triple cheee quarter pounder is with a good quality beef burger and is excellent for £.7.50 - much better than McDs. We often have the shish and chicken doner, both of which employ good quality poultry meat. Even the lamb doner , which I have had, is if a better quality than many i can recall. I can’t understand some iffy reviews on here. We’ve been ordering from here for 6+ years.

I had it ordered to the wrong address however the delivery driver happily went out of his way and delivered it to a different address. Great Service!

great food, hot and quick delivery

Went for a simple chicken and chips. They managed to overcook the whole thing no seasonings not even salted fries. No clue what’s going on, such a shame.

Gutted. Went in to order, change my mind before they dished up, they were lovely about it. Looked good, I took it home (I live 3 minutes round the corner) I ordered kids kebab and chips, meat was stone cold and chips luke warm. I must of got the leftovers from delivery orders. Such a shame as I haven't got from there I'm ages due too simular issues but unfortunately won't be going there again now

Quality and value of food is what makes us go back to Rother Grill. Never disappoints. Only thing I would like is to be able to choose my salad. I do t like onions and no option online to leave them out.

I asked driver to ring me as my newborn was asleep and he didn't he rang my buzzer waking my baby up also driver buzzed my buzzer spoke to me then by the time I got downstairs he was walking away with my food even though he knew I was coming also I had no burger sauce on my kebab I requested sauce so unfortunately my kebab was a bit dry

Food came missing items that made the food so dry and bland it was inedible.

Missing item, kebabs usually come with pita bread. I was very disappointed when I couldn’t find it.

This food I had eaten last night has given me the worst stomach today. Non stop on the toilet and feeling like I could throw up. I only ate donner meat and chips. I do not recommend this food !!! Have to give 1 star but I would of given -5

Ordered on 16/07/2024 .. for a 6:15pm delivery . Food arrived but they were missing one meal .. it was for a birthday . When I called no apology , also said they would be 15 minutes with the missing food - we are still waiting 30 minutes later for one meal . Food was cold & soggy . Will go else where next time .

All dishes barely cooked. Rice had added yellow things, not declared on menu, couldn’t be eaten. Cheesy chips were cold, cheese not melted, further ruined by my microwave, uneaten. Paid for XL combination kebab, not XL at all, salad was soggy lettuce, 1 slice of tomato and cucumber & 1 small pita, Kofte only cooked externally, box was flooded with orange grease. I get if it’s busy, but put more time on the order in future. Only chicken was eaten & donner given to dog. Won’t be returning.
