Mixed tray kebab, on point!! big order to treat my parents as said how good it was! 🙌🏻 thank you , not disappointed

Been using Bodrum for many years but our recent order sadly didn't hit the mark, turned up extremely quickly as it normally does. Some of the order was missing so called them straight away sadly l didn't check the rest of the order, lamb instead of chicken with red cabbage and no garlic mayo and the chips were cold! Not the usual standard I'd expect from Bodrum...!

All the staff was amazing when i went in with my Autistic nice help her by showing her what a small and a large meal is witch was really amazing to see them take the time and Effort to explain to her really would Recommend for anyone who has autistic children or autistic. Adults as they will help you decide on small or largest.

I've used bodrums for many years always enjoyed the food ... reasonably priced and very friendly never had an issue and after the refurbishment its even better

This place is consistently bad. The food is always okay, but the order is always wrong! The first time I collected and the owner put my kebabs as wraps not kebabs. When I returned there was no apology, he just acted like I was the problem. This time I ordered through Uber eats, I ordered 4 kebabs, and there was one missing. I couldn't contact the driver, and tried to sort through Uber. Now I am out of pocket for something I didn't receive.

First time iv used them really enjoyed my kebab ty will recommend

Chicken Box was melted and damaged . Contacted the restaurant and they said its usual. Poor service

Ive been ordering from here for many years and it has never failed to deliver. Great service food is really tasty and the portions are generous. Also it’s still very affordable even in this day and age.

Excellent service .lovely food .they forgot my jalapenos on last order .so this time sent me bag full! And a lovely chocolate cake as way of apology. Huge lovely fresh salad .enough for lunch tomorrow .! Hot well cooked food .we have used bodrum for years .never had a complaint .even the delivery driver is so helpful .friendly. chilli sauce is hot !! Always get in separate pot .

HI so we had our order and there was a slight mix up with the food after investigation it was at no fault of the shop itself a fresh load of food was sent right out with a little extra chips and an offer of a refund if this was not perfect i have never had such a service from a takeaway shop before in my life not only did we really enjoy our meal we felt appreciated as customers the person who came apologised profusely and waited for us to try and confirm it was up to standard so thank you bodrum manager i will highly recommend you to all in need of a good meal

First time ordering from Bodrum as our usual takeaway recently changed hands and standards have slipped. How we wish we had been using them for years!!!! Ordered online... easy... transparent.... effective. Food turned up 15 mins early and was piping hot and beautifully cooked. Once plated you could have been in a restaurant!! Looking forward to next order.

I can comfortably state that their lamb shish kebab and chicken shish is very nice.

I’ve used Bodrum for the odd takeaway treat for the last couple of years and I’ve yet to have a bad experience! The drivers are lovely, the food is top notch and it’s always a real pleasure using them.

Food was fresh and flavourful. Delivery was quick enough and food arrived hot. The prices are reasonable as well.

Now normally go to Park Express, but decided to give them a try. Large doner £7 (Park Express £6), I don't believe you should have to put half a bottle of sauce on your kebab to give it some taste, but sadly, theirs was tasteless. Not sure where they get the doner meat from, but their supplier has done them no favours with this review. I will be sticking with Park Express.

My food turned up half hour late and it was disgusting, my mixed kebab was more onion than anything else, the chips was dry and had more cheese than an athletes foot, NEVER USING AGAIN

Sadly changing my rating from 5 to a 1, absolutely disgusting customer service, food made me sick, and they do not handle complaints at all. I used to love this place, but whoever is in charge now or working on staff have let this once prized place of Hampden park into a place that I and many others will never go to again.

I have not had a kebab from Bodrum before but i went there this eve. I will definitely go there again. One of the best kebabs I've ever had . I asked for extra salad and even though the lovely guy there joked with me he still gave me extra. And proper chilli sauce too...the staff are great v friendly .Delicious !!

Cheesy chips are the best. The chips are crispy and has the perfect amount of cheese. Very filling. Nice, friendly staff. Definitely be going back

We ordered a takeaway from these guys,very friendly on the phone and took the extra details of our address so the delivery was quick ( we can be a nightmare to find ) a lot of places don’t pass the info to their drivers We ordered the house special and it was great and if you are hungry this is the place really good portions

Large chicken kebab was full of meat, freshly cooked and very tasty. Will definitely use this again.

There is just so much wrong with this place. The most important things, overcharging, I have been in the shop and watched them do it numerous times, they have done it to me a number of times until I realised I was not imagining it, they are good at under portioning, selling sub par and old food, drowning your burgers and kebabs in sauce, missing items out of your order, rude and offensive when you object to their attitude and the fact you have been let down, conned and sold trash food, again, I have seen it in the shop and experienced it myself. Overall, not a great place unless you are out of your tree on drink or drugs and do not care or know no better...go somewhere else otherwise.

I have not been to Bodrum for a while, to be fair, I have been going elsewhere for some time. I had been out working a while, it was late, past 11 pm, and thought it was a good idea to grab something easy, tasty and filling as I had more work to do when I got home, so I decided to drop in on the way home. First, I asked for a 'king size' as I was pretty hungry, but when I opened the box I was left wondering where the rest of it was, it was like half of it was missing. There was a large pitta, in the usual broken up fashion, a good amount of salad, and a handful of meat, deffo not a king size and only just scraping into the large category, to be honest, I just kind of felt I had been conned. As other reviewers mentioned, I also asked for chili sauce with my kebab and it was absolutely drowned in it, and the sauce is not even that great, its too vinegary and in large amounts is just plain overpowering and it made the kebab fairly unpleasant, and it was everywhere, so I could not even 'pick and choose' any bits, and the bread was the same, smothered in it. I tried to eat it, but I just threw it out in the end as it was just plain unpleasant and I could not be bothered going back, especially after reading some of the comments regarding the poor response from the staff when dealing with complaints, which is something I have also encountered in the past, so basically a waste of £7. I have no idea why they think having so much sauce is a good idea, maybe they thought I was a drunk, maybe they think it will hide poor quality meat or under portioning, who knows. I do not know why they thought I was a good ripoff target, maybe they do this to everyone now. I stopped going before because I got tired of them regularly trying to overcharge me, missing items off my order and generally feeling like I had been conned, such as being charged for king size and getting a medium and just got the feeling they were trying it on all the time. I will not go back, and though I am sad in some way, as I have actually been a customer here for quite a few years, I am also pleased to know that the place I have been going to instead is actually so much better and this has made me realise just how much better and just how poor Bodrum has become. As I say, not something I will be repeating...

Good quality food, reasonable portions. Overall good value, but due to being cooked fresh it can be rather a long wait.

I Asked for chilli sauce on my Donna not smothered! Pizzas were burnt .. The man who took my order was very familiat & I thought extremely unprofessional.....

Only been using for a couple of months with no problems always ordered the same chicken kebabs they then delivered lamb kebabs rang to complain only to be told we must have ordered the wrong kebabs, not happy with the service or the atitude not going to use again, why do small companies not understand that successful business is built on good reputation not on bad attitude and poor customer service.

Absolutely horrific customer service !! They put the wrong sauce on my kebab, took it back and to get shouted at and turned away is absolutely despicable.

The staff are very rude mucked up our order when we rang them about our order very rude threatened with the police not happy. Never ordering again. I suggest no one does

My son & I decided to have a take away kebab each. We ordered one doner kebab, extra large & one lamb & chicken doner kebab, large. My son found his meat a bit dry, the lamb doner & so did I but worst of all, my son found a big hair in his meat, horrible. Also in my box there was 3/4 chicken and it was meant to be half and half. Would not go back here again because of these problems, but especially not because of there being a hair in the food, disgusting.

Absolutely disgustedd!!! Cannot believe the service here tonight! Been going here for YEARS and couldn't normally be happier! Tonight though (25/Aug/16) was completely different !! All out order was wrong! When we called up to let them know, we were confronted with absolute rudeness and arguments ! After they read back out order and realised they'd made a mistake, they offered to bring us a small pot of salad ?! This was a joke as they'd messed up all three orders?! I think I'll just use another takeaway from now on. ABSOLUTE JOKE !! WORSE SERVICE EVER !!
