Brilliant pub and great atmosphere and staff worth the visit if you’re around for a drink on thirsty Thursdays and banging tunes and karaoke on a Friday night!

Excellent local pub, one of the last estate pubs left. Doesn't do food, other than crisps and nuts. Friendly staff and good prices. Dog friendly.

Kareoke, pool and darts team, amazing locals and staff. I can't recommend this place enough. Very welcoming to new customers. I walked in one day and now they can't get rid of me!

Awesome local pub, one of the few left in the town. Awesome staff who make you feel at home. Dogs are welcome and become 'locals' too.

A lovely commmunity Park, looked after by HNC and The Friends of Rossmere Park and volunteers. I love to walk around here with friends and or family. I have also braved it on a few occasions to go walk about in my own too. Whilst the kids are at school. The park is a very tranquil place to go and have a wander and take in the scenery, observe wildfowl and their interactions, take photographs of the birds in their man created habitat on the ornamental pond. The plantings here are beautiful such an array of flora and fauna to be surprised by. Amazing space. For the children, there is a lovely grassed lawn for having a kick about and for adults to take excercise or take a momenta respite from all the busy. There is also a children's play area for the little-us to run off all their energy and take excercise after school. Just a lovely little town park. Be wise though when out and about, best to go walk about in pairs for safety to be honest. Especially during the winter months but really a fairly safe family park on an estate full of lovely and interesting people. I feel relatively safe here going about me own now. Not bad, not bad. There are worse places to be honest on this planet. I do so love Rossmere Park, do keep an eye on future community inspired and organised events. Easter is just around the corner. So the community are all hopeful for a fabulous Easter Event coming up. What this space!!

Absolute gem of a place! The food is so incredible! Their “posh” chips are out of this world and their belly pork is stunning!! The smell of the fire fills the surrounding area (and smells great!) The guys absolutely beam with enthusiasm and pride and are so friendly! Quickly becoming a regular treat in our household and very lucky to have it in our area!

Love it here. Amazing service as always. The coffee shop is part of the Huegh Battery Museum so all for charity. Hugh Battery Museum is spectacular. A great piece of Hartlepool history. Great bacon butties. Great coffee, great cakes. My dog loves it here. Especially the doggie sausage. She can try the ice cream in the summer. Only moved here late last year. This was an amazing find. Park nearby. Walk the headland then have coffee and cake. Or if early enough a bacon butties for a late breakfast. Just a shame closes December to February but will be a regular visitor at the weekends.
