This shop was opened one month back but has reviews from past few years 🤔

Had a burger and a shake. Everything was amazing. The staff was very polite and courteous. Great experience.

Clean atmosphere, proper hygiene and best food taste. Can surely recommend and will come back again!

Surprised with the overall rating on here as I expected it to be closer to 5*. My husband and I have ordered from here for a while and have always loved the food and never had any issues with our order. 100% recommend Rosies!

When the food arrived I was missing sauces I had paid for, the loaded fries were anemic and some were still hard on the inside - inedible for sure. When I called to have this issue sorted the man who answered the phone accused us of lying, then blamed the delivery driver for the lack of sauces. Absolutely awful which is a shame because we've enjoyed food from here before but unfortunately they appear to have gone down hill.

Took two hours to arrive, was missing Piri Piri salt which was paid for as a separate item, and was soggy as it had steamed in the plastic bag.

Food was lukewarm at best. Missing drink that was paid for. It's a real shame as this place used to be really good. It's not the first time food has been late and unfortunately we won't be ordering from here again unless the standards change. As it stands right now I would not recommend ordering from here.

Didn't eat in had delivery, burger was good so yeah would probably only buy a burger from here. Forgot the dips we ordered. Chips and fries were partially cooked. The quality of the chips and fries weren't great. The cheese chips is a cheese nacho style sauce - was good except for chips and fries. Did delivery early and food was still warm. If you're not after half decent chips then definitely get a burger. About half our order were chips so not buzzed. Chicken on burger wasn't great. Probably just make my own burger next time instead of being lazy and avoiding washing up

Waited over an hour and half from order to delivery, on a Tuesday night so not even rush hour traffic to blame, called twice and was originally told the driver was collecting the food after one hour since ordering. Second phone call I was told the driver was on my street, he wasn’t as I can see the whole street! The milkshake was runny, the chips were cold as was the burger. Brown lettuce in the kebab wrap, no onion and with garlic sauce which I hadn’t ordered. Not ordering from here again, they used to be amazing a year or so ago!!

Ordered food at 7.55 and it got there at 9.40!! Absolute joke! Was told it was with driver on way and then was another 50 mins!!

I am a regular customer, today was the worst experience I had so far .. i took a zinger burger for 7.5£, assuming it is fresh when I got home I realised it was not fresh at all , just frozen chicken burger sold as fresh and more expensive even than KFC . And the chicken piece very small comparing to the bread bone… it was absolutely the worst experience ever … I called the shop back , the man on the phone was not even bothered.. he told put your feedback on the website…. Poor customer service

Ordered food waited over 2hrs for it to turn up… it was freezing cold chips were hard and cold the burgers were hard and no cheese in them they were dry as anything won’t be ordering again!! And also completely missed half our order!!

Ordered 2 Burgers and a milkshake at 22.15 and didn't receive any food till 12.40. Milkshake was half empty spilt inside bag. Garlic was very watery. Burgers were nice.

Ive ordered from them before and normally they are quite quick. However the past 2 times Ive had to call to chase up my order tonight being the worst where Ive had to wait 1hr and 50 minuets for a chicken wrap, milkshake and a waffle. If it happens any more times Im going to stop using them.

It’s really a good food zone with dedicated employees managed by a smart manager. Food really awesome. I tasted so many items. Burger is my favourite one. Than u all the staff.

Omg where do I even start!? First of all, the food is soo basic and not worth the prices they have the nerve to put up! The burger gave me stomach issues, I had to see a doctor and get antibiotics and diuretics because I was losing so much water!!!! Second of all there is a lad there, who I think is the manager, I believe he’s called “Mo”… he is soooo aggressive in his tone and just rude. Also, there was another woman in front of me, and he was extremely arrogant towards her and just had a very bad attitude overall, he was even embarrassing his staff in front of the customers in the shop, shouting at them! Really appalling behaviour. So, please don’t waste your time or money on this place!!

We ordered food from.here this evening and OMG I've never in my life had takeaway food like it the whole order cost is £18+ and we got a chicken wrap which I couldn't even eat the wrap was rubbery n tough the chicken was spicy n cold the salad was non existent the chips tasted like they were warm ups we also ordered a vegetarian burger to which when my partner bit into it turned out to be peas sweetcorn n carrot mashed up with potato and fried it was vile🤑 the onion rings were the type u get from Iceland small rubbery and also cold the worst takeaway I've ever experienced never go there again waste of money 🤬🤬

I don't normally leave reviews but the food and service was soo bad I just had to. We ordered 4 meals the chips with all of them were awful. Worst chips I have EVER had. Hard, and texture was like they were refried from the day before. Given they specialise in burgers, I would say they are very very average and even slightly below. Very disappointed

Just recieved food from this place worst food I've ever tasted in my life I wouldn't recomend anyone eating from here chicken was orange inside salad as you can see was pretty much non existence and what there was well you can see in the photos the bun was burnt the burger was vile the smell was enough to put me off the second I opened it and I wasn't wrong please stay clear of this so called takaway

Best to avoid this place. First time we tried them was near the time they first opened, my husband ordered the roshies burger and I got the big daddy, they boast about their handmade patty's which my husband received in his burger but mine had this flat disc patty (those frozen ones you get from most takeaways.) Nevertheless my husband wanted to try them again, I looked at reviews and saw that they can never deliver food that is warm so we decided to order for collection today. I got the red burger and my husband went for roshies burger again, once again my burger was wrong, it was basically the roshies burger with a red bun, they forgot my peri peri chicken and salsa that's supposed to be in it. From reading other reviews and my two experiences I can see there is no regulations in the kitchen, the laziness can be seen by the huge chunks rather than slices of onion in my burger. Simple things they can't get right, will not bother ordering from here again.

Avoid this place at all costs. First time I've even ordered from this place, and I can hands down say I'll never return. Waited hours for the food to even get here, and when it did the order was wrong. Food was freezing, and the burger was still raw.

Cannot get the order right. Asked for a plain burger, they give cheese and tomato. Spoke to the lady behind the counter, and they said they would do a fresh one. Waiting 15 mins and this time it had cheese! Never noticed until we got home. Food was ok, but check your orders before you leave is key.

Do not use these, they send out cold food after waiting over a hour for it, i call within minutes of food getting deliverd as the food is cold for the OWNER to refuse to sort the ussue, calls people a lier saying foods not cold at all, refusing to collect the food thats not been touched saying we orderd sthis and tough theres nothing wrong with the order and they dont care even, some service this is, DO NOT WAST YOUR MONEY.... i see in another review saying its a one off and they have amazing customer service lol yea yous admitted on the phone yous get a few saying food is cold and the service i received was disgusting, yous dont deserve to trade with service like that... UPDATE........ Spoke to them on facebook who claims the man who i spoke with on the phone was not the owner eventhough he said he was numerous times and they said they will investigate the issue and its not good at all, but then all of a sudden im blocked from there facebook... just shows how guilty they are...

I took my kids several days ago and they loved it there...very delicious food..what I iked about it was that the burgers were fresh hand made and not frozen. Then we ordered milkshake and they were to die for. I would definitely recommend it.

Went in to try the black burger asked for the nachos burger an was told it would be the black bun until i got a normal bun slightly toasted from the top, chips had so much salt that all three of us left them an my friend specifically asked for a chicken burger then before she even started on it showed the lady its not what she asked for but was told it is a chicken burger only to be given a beef burger.

I've ate in most places in Middlesbrough and I have to say this place has by far the best burgers in town. Nice huge burgers very filling and they taste really good too. Really like the idea of being able to upgrade to a milk shake with the meal as it's like your dessert.

If I could rate this place Zero I would. Minimum order to get delivery is £8.00... Funilly enough they put the parmos at £5.99 and extra £2.00 for milkshake. Still didn't make the £8 so had to order another can for £1 to make it over, then they had the cheek to charge £2 on top for delivery... I thought I would still give this place a chance as they are new but it was the biggest mistake I've ever made. The parmo was chewy and the chips weren't even cooked. Dont get me started on the size of the sauce pots they give out, got about 3 scoops out of it before it was empty. Never again !!!

This place is pure disgusting ordered a parmo from them and it was cold and the chicken was raw. The chips weren't even cooked and as for the milk shake it just tasted off it was like food poisoning on a plate never again deserve less then 1 star
