Romeo's Pizzeria in Middlesbrough

The place looks old and greasy, even dirty, I could say. I have ordered a 12-inch pizza, but received a 10-inch one, being charged a 10-inch one. I didn't make a case about it as I wasn't very hungry. The pizza was mediocre, little meat, many vegetables that did not have time to cook. I can't say it was bad, but I definitely wouldn't eat it again. The staff was ok and service very quick(probably that's why vegetables on pizza were raw).

Good wait time but the pizza tasted doughy and the cheese tasted wrong, the Donna meat tasted so dry

Not the absolute best pizzas to be honest, but if you're drunk and need something greasy and cheap this is my go to place around the town centre.

All the staff are sound, food is excellent I would highly recommend parmos iv just had one for my tea tonight & it was one of the best iv had in a long time 👌🏻😁

Phoned for delivery arrived chips missing & Donner pizza stone cold rang to complain they said i never asked for chips anyway will send another with chips just had to pay for them another 1 came returned original offerd to pay for chips & said no its ok next 1 was a bit warmer n minus chips again 🤣🤣🤣

Only ordered some chips but they were nice. The guy behind the counter could've been a tad friendlier but he wasn't rude or anything.

Didn’t even bring my food got his freind to ring me and said he left it on my door step I went out and it wasn’t there

Rang up and complained about the temperature. I sent my food back. They sent out fresh, piping hot, delicious food. I don't tend to complain, but hopefully me doing so means this Romeo's will improve, and have food hot and done right the first time in future. Thanks Romeo's Pizzeria. ____ Disappointing. Tried out a few places in the area, and so far so good, but Romeo's Pizzeria has let us down drastically. We live about a 5 minute drive from the place. Food took 30 minutes to arrive, not bad. Pizza had mushrooms on it, didn't think it would, I can't eat them so that's disappointing. One large and one small garlic did not arrive, rang the Pizzeria and am now sat waiting for it to be delivered, can't imagine there'll be any hurry to it. Tried some of the food straight away though, but it's stonecold. This has been the first time I've tried it here, and it will be the last. Shame.

Ordered a large takeaway. Arrived slightly late but acceptable. We ordered pizzas, chips and parmos all of which was made really well and tasted nice. Food was warm. Enjoyed the food and will be ordering again.

0 stars for service received today. Delivery driver is arrogant. Won't be using this place again. Next time I'll let the dogs out and jump at him rather than get my order shoved in my face when I'm trying to stop them from getting out. Pizza shop doesn't care when I just rang them. So stick your customer

Not happy giving this place a bad review as I’ve used them for years and Romeo and other guys that work inside the shop are really friendly, Great food. However after just ordering from here I’ve had the delivery driver braying on my door of which woke my 1yr old twins up who of which had there last 4 immunisations today (injections). Brayed on my door shot me my food because he had parked in the middle of the road blocking traffic as they’re honking at him for blocking the road. After throwing me my food as he walked back to his car said “You should of answered the door quicker” Then something along the lines of “You stupid twat” or at least something like that. Old black guy that works there on deliveries wants firing he’s always been a right miserable person!

The food is good but the service is rubbish they always add extra money onto the order it never used to be like that I don't use just eat to order I use phone call and its started going down hill the past few months I'm a regular customer have been for many years but they are seeming to get greedy now!

Under extreme compation seems of this is result is addiquate in expectation

Great Parmo and excellent Pizza.

Order was on time but not all my order was there had to phone up twice just to get what was missing when I finally got it it was not that hot first time I've had a problem with them just don't think they can handle a large order

Absolutely disgusting 1hr 15 minute wait for food parmesan cold chips had been re heated onions rings disgusting been a loyal customer for at least 10yrs will never use again

I ordered a chicken kebab and a shish kebab the shish was overcooked, grisely and tasteless and the chicken was bland also. For them prices I expected a lot nicer I'm very disappointed.

I'm not hard to please and have used this pizza shop for quite a few year. But the past two occasions have left me with a bad stomach from the pineapple and bad breath from the garlic. (For precisely 2 days after regularly brushing.) I ordered Pizza with the topping of, Donna meat - Great but warmed up until bought, in tins. Chips - Perfect freshly cooked. Pineapple - Bad stomach throwing up.

The food from Romeos has always been lovely, but they are very sly when it comes to ordering for delivery late at night. You are asked for your address, and then given a list of items (they are usually out of pizzas by 00:00) that they can't provide. When you state that you would like a parmesan and a burger you are then told thay they have no donner meat. You then remind the person on the end of the phone that you don't require donner meat... at which point the voice will find something else to get in the way. They are open until 01:00, and the menu states that they will take orders for delivery until 00:30, but they simply can't be bothered. As I mentioned above, the food is always lovely, but the service is laughable.

Joke this place, order at 9.15 a hour and a half no contact or anything so told them to shove it. The order is still showing as cooking 3 hours later on foobhub. Joke of a shop and all the reviews match that. Avoid
