Went for a Eid dessert with the family yesterday. There were like 10/11 of us and the kind staff member sorted us a table out that was just perfect for us. The place is amazing I've been few times before with friends so decided to bring my family along.. The desserts were delicious we all enjoyed them.. kids can be fussy but they loved it. Can't wait to go back again.

Everything was absolutely delightful, I ordered a waffle and a cookie dough, and they were both incredible. Creams is definitely the best dessert shop in the whole of Middlesbrough. I can't wait to come back again.

Havnt been in over a year came today wow everything was amazing the quality of everything from the ice cream to the fruits and waffles. So tasty and fresh amazing

Ordered 3 times this week and either items were missing or wrong items never ordering again i have 3 items pending on refund waste of time don't you even check orders before packing and handing the bags to uber drivers I rang and got told to complain to uber eats as if they made the order didn't get any apology at all

Very delicious waffle I've ever had. This is the go to restaurant for a waffle. I've asked the girl to add extra Nutella and make it nice and she did it very well. Thank you very much.

The order was on time but the food was absolutely freezing and didnt get the correct items also got 2 milkshakes that said they where meant to be thick both were really watery and just tasted like milk no flavour at all and one of them was half empty I would like a refund I didn’t eat what was supposed to be a banoffee hot pocket ended up been some kind of crepe with bananas and some kind of strawberry flavoured sauce and something else that was freezing and tasted curdled I do have picture

Unfortunately it arrived with no ice cream

Ordered chocolate fudge cake and a crepe on Saturday night that came to £20 and I received a tiny little bit of chocolate cake that had been microwaved to within an inch of its life! So much so that all the icing had run off into a pool and set like rubber and the cake was rock hard! The crepe was for my pregnant girlfriend and was not even cooked properly. Tried to ring you 5 times and have messaged on Facebook only to be read then ignored. I finally managed to contact them only for them to try and blame the food quality on the just eat driver 😂 pure comedians! Avoid this place! All the food went straight in the bin and nothing ever got sorted.

waffle was not cooked properly and Nutella on the waffle is so less and taste was not up to the mark.

Chocolate cake had been microwaved that much all the icing had melted off and gone like rubber and the cake was hard just tried to cover it up with some sauce and the crepe wasn’t cooked properly and was soggy in the middle and was for my pregnant girlfriend. The whole thing went in the bin and took 3 days for them to contact me back about it.

Everything came correctly, and the quality it was in was amazing no spillage or broken bags or boxes, very good time aswell.

Much longer than the delivery time, than it originally says.

Courier was on time and as expected, kudos for operating in this poor weather 👍

For starters, the crepes were about as cold as the ice cream that came with, poorly presented and unbelievably tough to cut through. £19 is an absolute joke for 2 freezing cold chewy crepes that look like they’ve been picked up and flung at a wall then packaged. Not impressed at all.

Ordered online, took almost 2 hours to arrive. Food was freezing cold and there were items missing. Terrible service start to finish

I went here for the first time tonight with my family. Very polite, friendly, really good with my children. The dessert were really nice.

It was late and on top of it did not bring me the right ice cream and brought me a completely different flavour

Food is nice good selection of deserts but the staff are very miserable I went in the other evening staff served 1 couple but completely ignored me for some reason. Okay no problem I thought. I went to the front to order was a good few seconds before the lady served me no issue. She asked me what table I'm on how am I supposed to know when I've not been assigned a table lol. Then girl who served me was also miserable and the tables had finger marks / scuffs on them and on top of that I found a white hair in my ice cream of which one of the older staff has white hair lol. Lovely food but their service is so bad also it seemed as soon as I sat down I got served so questioning if it was just made In the microwave.

Only delivered milkshake no donuts order custed me 49 quid absolute joke

food arrived late, waffle was freezing cold, missing my extra scoop of ice cream, driver was very weird and demanded a photo of my order despite the fact i gave him the code multiple times, generally a weird guy

Delivery time was as expected. I received the wrong cookie dough though which was unfortunate

I’ve just received my order. Its half full compared to normal and the whipped ice cream on the top is just slush

We didnt recieve the gelato, also my email isnt princessailish anymore

It was not worth the money - we ordered a waffle with cookie dough and strawberries and we were lucky if there were 2 strawberries on it. And hardly any sauce

Lovely visit to Creams Middlesbrough today with friends to have a catch up! Got a Croissant-wich and was able to change my gelato flavour to coffee ^_^ Already planning to come back with another friend in a couple of days. Lovely atmosphere and staff :)

Quick service, delicious treats. Sharing nachos, followed by waffles, cookie dough and milkshakes 😋😋

Staff need to wash hands after serving food instead of wipe hand on their uniform trouser pockets unhygienic. Witnessed male cut strawberry then clean his hands on tea shirt & trouser back pockets put me off going in next time. Also tables need cleaning quite dirty.

10:30 pm now. And staff denied to take order not for sitting and not for take out too. It is not happened first time. Staf very rude , they always have excuse that they cleaned the stuff. Very lazy aur dirty staff

Very sad that the waffles were undercooked, especially for the price you pay, usually have no issues. Definitely disappointed this time. Delivery was good though.

Ordered on Uber eats nothing arrived so called after an hr to be told it had been canceled as the milk for the latte was out of stock??? No phone call nothing!!! Now we have a very upset child as no dessert. And creams have thrown away a £50+ order because they didn’t have almond milk? Had they bothered to call instead of cancelling the order we would have just had normal milk. Wouldn’t bother using no customer service at all…

Very fast service and very patient while my daughter and all her friends were shouting their orders out. Gorgeous food, see you again soon!

I often come here to chill as the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming! Food is always so good.

Where do I start, went in with my friend for a nice catch up and dessert, our first mistake. Ordered at the counter, girl serving was fine what wasn’t fine was the £3 bottle of water ?! we were seated and waited in there freezing air conned seating area for our strawberry waffle and creamsetalla crepe. The crepe arrived in good time shame they were making all the ingredients to the waffle by hand apparently as it took significantly longer, even better the crepe was stone cold and had clearly been stood. I returned the crepe as I may as well have ordered an ice cream as they were a similar temp. I obviously took this back much to the workers dismay, when it was returned it was frizbee’d across the table so hard it almost caused structural damage to the building. We obviously said thank you to which she replied with a snarl. Just before leaving I made the worst mistake of tonight which was using their toilet which was covered in urine and stunk of poo. Will not be returning.

It was really enjoyable amd refreshing. A big shout out to one of the employees named cameron. Absolute delight and a great positive communicator towards customers.

Cameron Sharpe, most polite member of staff I’ve ever met, very friendly and accommodating. Was quick to answer our questions and always had a smile on his face.

When I went to creams, I attended the free ice cream before the one just gone. The food was delicious and I highly recommend the salted caramel ice cream and the milk bueno waffle as it was worth every penny. The service was great by Cameron as he was welcoming towards me and made sure I knew everything to do and that my seating area was clean and was very clear with his communication which made it easy to order and settle quickly. The atmosphere was good with some randomers and wuby and Jake as we discussed the Okuz bananas and the texture of the referrals of the milk bueno waffle. Overall this was a great experience and if Cameron’s there I’ll be willing to do it all again

I ordered thick shake but the shake I received it’s soo runny like water it’s pathetic how much they charge but don’t deliver according to the price very disappointing

Ordered the filed pancakes x2 and an allergy order for ice cream. All the food was lovely and allergies well catered for, but the shop itself needs a bit of TLC as some of the seats are broken and the tables a bit dirty.

Ordered a white chocolate cookie dough, was like warm sickly mushy. Didn’t finish it, what a waste of money and calories. Don’t bother. Came on time

We ordered two sundaes and they were both lovely the only complaint was there wasn’t any meringue in the berry one which we’ve had before so we were expecting but we still enjoyed them and would recommend them.

Took so long to find an available driver that both milkshakes were totally melted. It was drinking melted ice cream basically. Shame as am sure it would be nice if it didn't take over an hour to find a driver

None of the deserts came with icecream and im pretty sure they normally do… cookie dough was average. Waffles weren’t as nice due to no ice cream ( it was dry)

Cold waffles..not enough strawberries! Cut very very thin! ! the chocolate on top was disgusting, why can’t you use Nutella?

It was nice, but extremely sickly, given it was cookie dough which is fine. But there simply wasn’t enough for nearly £10 of cookie dough.
