Hands down the worst food I've ever had! Everything was either overcooked or undercooked, zero flavour to any of the dishes at all!

Chicken chow mein is the best I've ever had 😍

Ordered from here tonight and omg the food is absolutely awful, I had sweet and sour chicken , I’m not sure what the meat is but I couldn’t eat it, the taste was rotten, the picture is a piece of my chicken, I’m not sure if it’s raw , spoiled or if it’s some other sort of meat, I dread to think what it is, look on just eat and people having the same problems here, if you value your health you won’t order from this place

Our food was 1 hour and 40 mins to be delivered. When I rang to chase after an hour I was told it’s leaving the restaurant now. I rang back after 30 more minutes and was told “100% it’s in it way to you now, I tell truth this time” I said well I’m not hungry now I want to cancel my order and she just kept repeating its on its way. Will never use Rose garden again.

Sorry to say but it is too greasy and salty. Do not order from here unless you want cholesterol lol.

Ordered takeaway from here tonight and had to take it back, the black bean sauce was flavourless and the beef was tough as old boots, the prawns tasted off (like dish water), prawn toast, spring rolls and pork where the worst I have ever had. The lady in the store said there was nothing she could do as we purchased it from Just Eat, this is incorrect as Just Eat sell on behalf of the restaurant. please avoid this place like the plague

I've been ordering food from Rose Garden for nine years or more and always been delighted by how good their different items are. I've ordered lots of different things (the Hog So Chicken is awesome) and it's always been really good! I've just noticed some of the reviews here on Google and I'm shocked at some of the things people have said. For all the times I've ordered, they've delivered in record time, it's been hot and fresh just about every time. Seriously I've ordered a lot! I'm waiting for a delivery now and I'll take some pics for you when it arrives!

Absolutely disgusting found flies in my food and when I went in they didn’t give me my money back and I seen a rat I would never order from here again I wouldn’t even feed the food to my dog it’s that bad 🤮

AVOID, THEY SELL SPOILED FOOD! There is a reason why this takeaway vendor opens on Mondays and Tuesdays while others are shut. First of all, they have a small boy taking orders who does not own any accountability (I'd not expect any from a 12 year old boy), but the lady (probably the owner) is very rude. I ordered few items for my young family's dinner and specified no chillies at all. The foods were so spicy that I had to cook again for my children. I was fine with that as I could still consume the food, but when I actually tasted the 'spare ribs', it SMELLED OFF and TASTED ROTTEN. I called them, but they would not own up. So I packed up the food in a bag and cycled 5 miles just to prove the FOOD WAS SPOILED. Eventually they accepted their mistake/GREED and agreed to refund. With this I also returned another food item which was too spicy (against my specification). But the lady started becoming argumetative and said she couldn't do anything about it and would not refund. That's fine she can keep the money, but certainly going to report this incident to the Food Standards Team - they are selling food items not fit for human consumption. Please inbox me if you know any other way to punish this behaviour (fairly and legally).

They came really late and ordered sweet and sour chicken Cantonese style but instead I got plain chicken with some sauce around it...definitely not eating again from this guys.

We order from here everytime but won't be anymore 😭 spent £52 on food and it was so bland. No flavour at all. The chicken chow mein tasted really bad, the chicken had an awful taste to it. The beef in oyster sauce was so tough that we gave up eating it. The foo yung had no flavour whatsoever. The only thing that was nice was the wontons. I'm really disappointed tbh, they normally deliver delicious food.

Dried out and over cooked, it's not the worst chinese takeaway ive ever eaten, but it's one of them!

They got our order wrong and missed out something we had got for the kids, when we rang them they wouldn’t even admit to it. No thanks not again.

Tasteless food, delivered late by surly young man. Threw away more than we ate. Won't be eating from here again.

If you like salt order here! Honestly its horrible how much salt they put in the food

You order your stuff, told be there in 10 minutes then deny you rang...yet it's the last number I have dialed. Terrible service.

Chicken was dry and like leather to eat. The rest of the order was fine, if not great. However, upon calling to seek a refund for the chicken dishes, this was refused. The customer service was very rude and stated "if you don't like, don't order again". Cannot recommend at all.

AVOID AVOID AVOID.. Had a small boy taking order (must have been 10 years old). Waited almost an hour for the food. Arrived home to find that 3 dishes were missing. Called the shop who were not even bothered. Would not return absolutely awful service. Shop is grubby also.

Ordered £17.50 worth of food tonight. Couldn't taste any of it, the curry was so bland it almost seemed watered down. The chicken in black bean sauce was all goey and couldn't taste the sauce it was in. The beef in the curry was totally tastless. Even the chips we're burnt. I rang up polite on the phone and told the nice lady on the phone about the food I received and how unhappy I was. The manager said 'I'm too busy to speak, if you don't like the food don't order from us again' erm sorry what? I am so disappointed. Please don't waste your money guys! Vile food. Needs shutting down!

Arrived late, had a number of problems with the food, curry was very oily, chips and ribs were very dry. Would not order again, such a disappointment

Ordered our food at 20:04 and the woman on the phone told us delivery would be an hour, so an hour had passed and we were still waiting. Another 20 minutes past so we decided to call them back, they said it will be 5 minutes, another 10 minutes past so we called again, the woman was very rude and repeated "it will be 5 minutes" another 15 minutes had gone and the food arrived. We sent the food back as we waited to long and it was cold! I do not recommend this Chinese at all. 1 hour and 45 minutes for food!
