Always late. so rude on the phone can't collect which is ridiculous.

Waited for our delivery as ordered on just eat. Had to call to find out what's happening and why our food was so late (by this point has been waiting 2 hours) only to be told it would be another half hour before the food would be leaving them with the delivery driver. I will never order from this place again I'm absolutely disgusted

Do NOT order from this restaurant. Ordered food at 6pm, still not arrived by 10:30pm so rang and the guy was so rude and said he would not be sending our order for absolutely no reason at all. Didn’t even let me us know we had to call 4 hours later to be told we wouldn’t be receiving any food. Blessing in disguise as we had a look after and Agra has a government FOOD HYGIENE RATING OF A 2/5... “needs major improvement” yikes. Save your money.

Not ordered from for a while. Came in 30 minutes of online order, piping hot, amazing flavours, friendly delivery driver, food well worth price! Will be back for more and soon!!!

AVOID! Food is always late despite how early you order. When you ring to chase it all you get is rudeness from the man that always answers the phone, bad language and always threatens to Cancel your order if you ask how long. Never known an Indian takeaway like it, if you can call it that. By looking at all the reviews I don’t see how this place stays open. Disgusting attitude from the little man on the phone! Avoid like the plague, plenty of other ones with far better reviews.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I rang up to order my food at 6 o’clock food took 3 hours to come and when I rang up no one answered only for my mrs to ring up and be answered to in seconds but only when I’ve asked where my food is the manager then decided to be extremely rude. I am a regular customer but from this point onwards I won’t be a returning one. Nothing like customer service avoid at all costs.

Completely shocked by this Indian takeaway, I would give it zero if possible. Firstly we was told to order before 5pm to get the order within 2 hours which is surprising when majority don’t finish work till 5/6pm we then proceeded with the order understanding 2 hour wait although apparently 2 hours wasn’t long enough they quickly took a further 30 min. We then tried to call to find out where the food was, my boyfriend was ringing consecutively for 7 minutes he was ignored every time and I also decided to ring while he was got through within seconds. Once we finally got through and discussed this the man on the phone became very defensive and had a rude attitude arguing down the phone to my boyfriend and then started mimicking my boyfriend. I was amazed by a grown man being so childish. And to top it off once it finally arrived the mint sauce was frozen. Poor excuse for a takeaway would avoid at all costs.

Waited 2 1/2 hours for food, ordered a small curry and there were 3 pieces of chicken in it. Wont be coming back

AVOID rang a order in early evening was told it would arrive between 7.30 and 8.30. 9.30pm still not arrived rude man on phone.

Food was 3 hours and when we cancelled our order and requested a refund because it was 10.30pm, they said no and the manager was extremely nasty, patronising and angry on the phone. This place is poorly managed and I am disgusted with the manager for taking our money and the awful way he spoke to me. I wouldn't be caught dead coming back here again, how disgusting.

I’ve never been spoken to the way the manager did to me . After 2 and a half hours of waiting and two phone calls we decided to call cancel. The manager was incredibly patronising and spent 20 minutes arguing with me . I will not be ordering again .

If you want a decent curry they are completely worth the waiting times Their lamb Madras is sensational

Regular customer to this place..but just rang up asked if delivering bear in mind what's happening at the moment and the guy who's voice I recognized from previous orders basically shouting down the phone asking for my address..then hung up so I called back stating no need to shout etc I started to give him my address (house number) and he jumped in by saying not delivering there and once again slammed phone down..very poor customer service regardless of situation..lost a customer..

took 3 hours to arrive. 2 phone calls. promised a voucher which never arrived. when food finally arrived was well below average. would not use again

Took 2 hours to deliver chicken korma and rice. I’m about 800 metres away! Had to ring them twice ! There was 4 pieces of chicken in the curry. Definitely won’t be buying from them again. Hopeless

Do not order from here ! Plenty of cheaper, better quality and cleaner Indian restaurants in Ilkeston. Twice we have ordered from here the first time the food got to being an hour late and then telling us it was on its way to the driver had been in a accident which turned out to be a complete lie because when I offered to drive down and pick it up he then told me they hadn’t made the food they were too busy. The second time the food was again an hour late , Cold and every greasy and low quality for Indian food. Don’t waste your hard earned money.

I didn't even order. 1 hour and 45 minute wait and told only gets quicker if you are a regular. Well that won't be happening obviously...... How offensive

Ordered food from this place over 2hrs ago! Called them half an hour ago and they said it's late because you used just eat!! Avoid.

The only Indian takeaway me and my partner have been going to for the last couple of years. Very authentic and food is really delicious, still piping hot when it arrives! Delivery can be a while during busy hours on Friday and Saturday, but we always just preorder in advance. ;)

The authenticity of this food is great! They must actually travel to Delhi and back with it the time it takes to deliver! Avoid at all costs!

Terrible service ordered my meal and after never got it delivered when i phoned after 1.5 hours to see where it was they hadnt even started to cook it. The man on the phone was rude and i cancelled my order and got a refund off just eat .Beware very bad customer service and delivery cant comment on the food because i never got it

Placed an order at 6.04pm. I was told it would be here by 8.00pm. I phoned up at 8.15pm and got a mouthful of abuse. Useless. Don't bother.

APPALLING SERVICE. Told an hour to an hour and a half. Two and a half hours later still not left with our delivery. The fact that if you order regular you are a priority for delivery is not acceptable. £50 + order that they will never get the opportunity to receive again

Someone as placed an order and it as came to my address the delivery man was very rude!!. We tried to explain we hadn't ordered and we haven't ever ordered ...and after this experience we won't be doing!

I have always had a good meal from Agra. And tonight i fancied a curry so i rang to be asked... Can we call you back in a minute? 15 mins passed so i called back he said he was just about to call me. So I made my order then he said delivery would be about 1 to 1.30. When I said I would give it a miss as that was too long a wait , he told me that if i was to become more of a regular customer i would go up the list and get my delivery quicker. I get the whole rewarding regular customers however this doesn't encourage new customers or people who just fancy the occasional curry. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

If i could give no starts I would very disappointed. Two hours plus 30 mins added extra time to finaly get food cold badly seasoned and items missing . Contacted restaurant twice being told it's just eats fault they didn't process order then told nits on its way 45 mins later it arrived as i said cold. And to top it off delivery driver was verbly abusive and rude top the point he knocked on my door 3 times trying to cause a argument jot to mentione I'm heavily pregnant and have a young child in bed . . I used to live this place but I will never order again . I was refused refund by restaurant

Shop is nothing to look at but we've had 3 takeaways from there now and all have been as good as some of the fine dining restaurants in the towns

The rudest, most appalling people I've ever had the misfortune to order food from in my life. The man in the phone blamed just eat for the fact that my food was delayed by 2.30 hours and also hung up on me when I phoned to complain.

Ordered on just eat at 8pm, said it would be deliveried at 9pm. rang at 9.15pm he blamed the computer saying he never got the order and then said what do you want me to do cancel it? awful! dissapointed after waiting over an hour for food im never going to get! complete waste of time!

Not bad at all. I'm fussy about my Indian food and this place was surprisingly good. Their chicken tikka masala was tasty and not too sweet unlike some places however the garlic naan was a bit tough and not very garlicy. They don't sell chicken pakora for some unknown reason... Would I buy food from there again - yes, possibly even before checking out all the other options in the area

Always had excellent, tasty and reasonably priced meals from here. Highly recommended.
