Nous avons mangé en terrasse car l'établissement était plein au rez-de-chaussée et n'ouvrait pas la salle du bas. Une serveuse peu sympathique Nnous a indiqué qu'on pouvait commander et payer en scannant le QR code sur la table. Après avoir dû créé un compte et malgré plusieurs tentatives, comme cela ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons passé commande auprès de cette même jeune fille, que nous avions vraiment l'impression de déranger. Nous avons mangé des nouilles au poulet, grosse ration mais plat quelconque.

Very disappointing - food and customer service. Had the Tamarind Duck with rice. Duck breast served whole but partly sliced (not thinly as described). But given that the chef had only sliced half-way through how to eat? Impossible to pull the slices off with chopsticks! And then the taste. The duck was over-cooked, tough and tastless. Accompanying veg was nice though. Waitress made no comment when I asked for the bill leaving most of the duck uneaten. Had she said "Was everything alright?" I'd have told her, but I'm English right?

The worst experience ever!! Went with my partner who is in a wheelchair. I also work at UCLH a stone's throw away. The waitress did not even help to open door. Tables were filthy, music too loud and it was freezing cold, had terrible stale smell and no ambiance whatsover..the staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. We did not wait to be served as no one offered any service. Utterly disgusted!!

Visit here frequently and have the most amazing express lunch menu. It is always busy so I would recommend making a reservation.

Had a lovely lunch today served by Vestina. Throughly enjoyed the flat noodles and summer rolls. Would come again if I was in Tottenham Court Road area.

I had a sharing platter as I just wanted some small picky bits. It was AWFUL! The calamari was like our rubber, the pork skewers were just put fat. It s not for 2 as not enough for 2 as it had half the plate was prawn crackers. At £18 very poor and would not recommend

Had an amazing brunch on Saturday! Service was amazing and Zoe was particularly great! The cashew nut dish and green beans were highlights! Will be back!!!

Straight forward very tasty food. Absolutely no complaints. The restaurant is not meant to be high end. Some people who visit do not respect the intended market

Just had lunch with a friend and ordered the set lunch menu. I had to send it back. The chicken satay wasn’t anything that resembled chicken. The flat noodles were like rubber and cold. Told them I wouldn’t pay for it. So ordered soup instead… the bowl of soup was barely enough to feed a toddler and cost £8!!! It wasn’t even hot and had precisely 4 prawns in it! Smallest portions I’ve ever seen!! Won’t go again.

It’s a fast food joint charging top dollar. Surly staff and just awful food..cold and tasteless..

To be frank the food was quite good...but the overall experience was very disappointing. We went downstairs, where it was freezing. The school meal furniture meant the over loud music simply echoed. However, the main criticism was a large crowd of 4 asian women and a bus load of unruly, unsupervised children running around without the staff or parents making any effort to control them.

Excellent menu good choice n the staff were amazingly friendly Food was as normal for a good Thai - amazing Def go back !!

Food was good but terrible service from the floor staff on March 16th at 2:30p.m. Took 20 minutes to be greeted and had to ask twice for my bill. Love a rosas but won’t be back to this location
