Excellent food, as ever from these guys. Recommended.

Chicken was very tough and not tender as it should be

Are used to order from this restaurant quite a lot but the food that came was in smaller containers the piazza the address and the Pat all look the same very tomato base which I was very very disappointed with it was hard to tell which was which whereas the duped actors a dried dishI won’t be ordering from these guys again although they do offer a very good discount it’s a shame even my favourite starter the prawn Puri was the same texture as all the other curries. Very sad.

I've used red spice a fair number of times and it was my go to Indian takeaway. The last 2 times I have been disappointed with the food and the customer service. The first of the two I was given 3 prawns in my tandoori king prawn dansak. That's not enough when paying, I think, £15! When I complained the man suggested I stick to what I normally order. Yeah problem resolved!? My last order was the chicken tikka dansak as I thought I'd "stick to what I know". Well, after an hour and a half of waiting for the order it turned up and I'm pretty sure it was chicken tikka vindaloo. I proceeded to eat it as I was very hungry but it was quite a challenge as it was so bloody hot. Sorry red spice, no more orders from me!

They do a banging Bengali naga kebab and restaurant style tandoori wings, love the sauces that come with it

I was walking past and decided to pop in and try some takeaway. Very nice guys inside friendly food was good and tasty and good price not to expensive as i have seen others to be. Will try some other dishes, they also now do tandoori grill wings and donner. Will try these next time. Thanks guys.

Good flavours tasty alot better than Before as new owner, staff are friendly, clean inside, and food is very good for value 20% off if you spend £25 or more can't beat a great deal. Tandoori dishes are delicious and always freshly made, kebab and wings are great.

Food was perfect as always, ordered the same stuff a few days ago just less quantities for less people. Red spice is a family favourite & we will keep ordering from here

I'm so disgusted that this was so late. I constantly rang the restaurant to find out what was happening but they did not pick up at all. My screen was showing delivered for more than half an hour before it actually was. The food was tepid on delivera

I ordered tikka biriyani, mixed kebab n peshwari naan. Biriyani and kebab was excellent but naan was bit soggy and there wasn’t enough coconut in. Overall happily recommend this place and hopefully they will look onto their breads. Thanks for the food ❤️

Food arrived fairly quickly with a bubbly delivery driver. However, the chicken korma I ordered lack meat. It was a 70% liquid and 30% actual meat. Having been ordering Indian for God knows how long from various places, this was a major disappointment. Naan was too doughy and there was barely any veg in the samosas; Makes sense why it was the cheapest on the Just Eat options out of the other ones on the list, will definitely not be ordering from here again. 2/5

First time Jalfrzi tasted good but i have to have a go at onion bhaji's were only what i think a pine cone would taste like,dry,overcooked with a splash of onion. I could make better 9on a bad day.

I have been going to red spice on and off for a while, my husband’s biriani was great, however my chicken tikka masala was like eating sugar! Very sweet. Not sure why it was so sweet, haven’t eaten a masala like that before. It was to overpowering.

We found this place on Easter Sunday whilst out in Camden, it said it was a restaurant, which it wasn't, it's a takeaway, but the staff allowed us to use a table and chairs inside to sit and eat our food rather than make us go outside where there was nowhere to sit, the food itself was superb, the service, although slow due it being busy was excellent and the staff couldn't have been more friendlier or helpful, even letting me into the back to wash my hands, a proper little gem of a place, will certainly be calling in again for some of their masala chips! :)

The nan bread was very bad and the food was ok

Naga chicken was amazing and also the honey chilli wings were great!!

Great samosas and Dall however the chicken Tikka Masala was bland, very little spice and the Korma was watery. That said the delivery was quick and the food was still hot when delivered.

We didn’t get the raita that we paid for, there was a lot of sauce and not much meat in the curries and hardly any mushrooms in the rice. Arrived warm.

Really disappointed. Usually great. However tonight hardly any chicken, lamb or prawn in the dishes we ordered. All was very thin and very watery. Not up to the usual standard.

We tried the Mumbai Lamb Tikka, Saag King Prawn and Chicken Tikka biriyani. All dishes were rich in flavour and succulent. Generous portions and very filling. The extra green whole chillies gave the exact kick we curry lovers needed. Highly recommend.

Food was good but very small amount of meat in the tandoori roll and not much flavour. Chips were excellent and so were the bhajis but the poppadoms were chewy and stale.

One of my fave restaurants, always order curry from here. Was sad when I couldn’t find it on justeat for a while, so glad it’s back. Always go for the Dhansak!

I stopped using this restaurant 6 months ago due to issues. I’m aware they seem to have changed hands so decided to try the, out again. Well what a mistake…Missing items, poor customer service. Wont be back.

We had a mix of all the biriyanis, dhaal, mixed grill, pakoras, naan breads, side salads/sauces/poppadoms; the food was delicious! We loved the biriyanis and mixed grill was really good with all the sides, all the food was really good and was fully enjoyed, definitely will order again.

Really let down by this place. Seem nice on exterior but I’ve seen a few shady things, don’t know if this business is being run legitimately.

You guys are thieves! I orders food on just eat, you didn’t deliver but took money from my account! I’ve called several times and no one is actually saying anything, just putting on the automated voice

A small takeout restaurant that makes very affordably priced Indian food. All your favorites are on the menu. We got the palak, dal makhani, chicken briyani, and naan. They were all well made, we could hear the fresh cooking as we waited. The cost was only $20 for all the food! The naan was particularly well made. We will be back soon.

I’ve been ordering from here for maybe 8 years, food is consistently fresh, delicious and delivered hot. Today my food arrived a few minutes early and was piping hot. Wouldn’t order from anywhere else!!

Ordered food a few days ago which made me unwell after just a few bites. I know when something has not been cooked with fresh ingredients or in a hygienic environment. It also had an unpleasant feet smell to it.

Although I like the food from this place which is just a takeaway kitchen and not a restaurant. I won't be using them again. Ordered a takeaway Saturday evening at 18.10 and was told it would be delivered 45 minutes maximum. 19.15 I phoned to see where our meal was and it wasn't even cooked so I cancelled. They are a total waste of time and unreliable. On previous occasions I ordered using there app, paid but no food arrived. 24 hours later I get a text saying our food was on its way. Excuse me I wanted the food the day before. The shop wasn't even open when I ordered the food, yet they still took my money. Which took a week to refund. Such a shame as I cannot fault the quality of there dishes. It's just that they don't give a dam about customer service. I won't be using you again

Tonight is the third time this has happened. Placed an order using there app. Money was taken from my account and no delivery arrived. Tried calling but no answer. I'm now £22 out of pocket and no food. I see from other reviews this has happened on many occasions. Strongly avoid go elsewhere. I won't be using this company again.

From the moment you call and place your order, you are welcomed with a rude, harangued and aggressive manner. Staff exceptionally offensive and rude. Food was disgusting, cold, bland and revolting. If/when you locate this place, you will see that it is NOT a restaurant in any way, but is a tiny kitchen outlet. This most likely explains the hostile hospitality, revolting food and lack of any attempt in reputation!

Was asked for a review from the owner so here it is. Ordered our regular curry tonight. Delivery was prompt and food arrived in good condition. Been a regular customer here since we moved to camden and can say most of the time its always been good. Minus one star as i was expecting my curry to have a good balance of lamb and its sauce but unfortunately, the few pieces of lamb that was in it were swimming in the sauce and i felt that this dish didn’t reflect the price i paid.

We usually order food from this place. The food is lovely, and is not expensive (tip:place order from their site, is cheaper), another tip/advice is related with spicy items:They are really spicy. The only negative that is worth to mention is related with delivery time _please be aware that the order will take long time, they have a small kitchen. I attach a few pictures with dishes that I hope will speak more than my words.

2020 Review: Food ordered through their website and paid for, but food never came and no answer after trying to phone the restaurant 2021: They have reopened so we tried them again. Unfortunately, they forgot 2 of our items and we both were quite ill for the evening and the next day. We think that the rice was not cooked through as that was the item we both shared. It's a shame as it's one of the only places that use Quorn as a main ingredient and the curry itself was decent! Maybe best to collect to ensure everything is in order before hand...

Never order from this place! Super bad customer service, been a good customer for the last 1 years and never had problem. I did my regular order and I didn’t receive all the food, when call the restaurant they was not care so bad. Never order again and pls no order from the as not a good service

Best indian take away in Camden

Ordered here quite a few times now. It was absolutely lovely every time. The curry always has loads of meat in it and is such good value for money. Twice now I have rang to change my order or add something on (due to my own fault) and they were always so kind and accommodating. Honestly cannot fault them and really do recommend to everyone. I will not go anywhere else now for a Indian.

Red spice is very good value and not at all bad in any way. It arrives way faster then it suggests. I would suggest avoiding the chicken, or prawn. Go lamb or kingprawn or quorn

I have given red spice a rating of 1 star because of their customer service. Orderd a £21 meal through just eat the evening before delivery was due. Order was taken and payment made for a 15.30hrs delivery slot. At 15.50 the food hadn't arrived so made a call to the restaurant. I was told that the restaurant doesn't open until 17.00hrs. When I enquired about the acceptance and payment made for the arranged delivery which they set, they tried to deny all knowledge. They told me delivery would take place at 17.30hrs. Well ok better than nothing, but recieved an email at 16.55 to say the order had been cancelled. Hence leaving me with no food before my night shift work
