The breakfast brioche, cake and coffee were all honestly outstanding. Freshly cooked food, not greasy at all and very tasty. The coffee is one of the best I've had! The atmosphere is very cosy and laid back and the toilets were very clean (and a great baby-changing facility is always welcome!)

Gorgeous decorations and a lovely atmosphere, 100% recommended for those looking for a quiet place to relax. The staff are amazing and friendly and the food is great, will deffo go again in the future.

Forget Starbucks and Costa this little coffee lounge has everything they don't! I've been a regular since they opened in November and they are an amazing bunch of people with REAL Education at their heart ❤ and who benefit from all profits...with no fat cat at the top! I'm a coffee conessuir and Coffee Therapy coffee is the best I've tasted. The food and cakes are great and the atmosphere is chilled and friendly. It definitely gets my support 🙏

Visited for the first time today and I didn't want to leave! The decor is fabulous and it has a very relaxed atmosphere. The staff are all lovely and nothing is too much trouble for them! I had a large cappuccino which looked and tasted amazing and their cake selection is to die for! I can highly recommend the Easter Cake and can't wait to return to sample them all! They also have a great menu selection and a specials board which is all very reasonably priced! The dishes I saw all looked great with generous portions. It's also dog friendly and they even make their own healthy dog treats which my pooch adored! Fabulous place!!!

Really great little find. Outstanding coffee, they have their own blend roasted by Coffee Therapy. Decent food menu too. But the vibe of the place is great. Nice tunes on, staff are really friendly and know their stuff. Really welcoming. Stayed and got lots done, free WiFi. Free parking. Definitely coming again..

Hello...I went to refined last night 12/2/25 for the American experience dinner...I have to say it's not the first time I've been but it was an absolute pleasure ...the greeting at the door,the service from start to finish was 1st class...the student staff...Madi...dekota...charlie...izzy...and Tracey ( the ALS ).I can't remember all the names but they all deserve high praise for there politeness....cleanliness....smiles...chat...and the food...yum yum yum. I had the chilli tacos...the curried sea bass...and the key lime pie....amazing all of it. Will be back for another special night in March...thank you again Refined staff. Keep up the hard work and the 1st class service.

Nottingham RdPortland College has a lovely coffee shop, there is a great selection of sandwiches, cakes, drinks, sausage rolls etc. Staff are very friendly and dogs are more than welcome with drinking water and dog treats available! The woodland walk is beautiful and if you’re lucky enough you may even get to see the therapy Donkeys that they have on site!
