The food this time wasnt very nice, the donor kebab was dry and hard, it was very disappointing

Much quicker than expected so really pleased with that. Quality good and portion sizes were great.

I have eaten chicken from here before, it’s lush, and good portion sizes, I had a doner tonight, lovely seasoned meats, salad was fresh and plenty and a tasty pitta, thoroughly enjoyed it, will deffo order again!! NICE ONE ROOSTERS 🙌

Ordered Large Donner and chips. Quick delivery Portion size of donner meat was not a large for the price. Chips were cooked well. Overall a satisfying meal.

It’s was late. Wrong order, it’s turn up cold

I called them they said they've left, it takes 15 mins, they took an hour. I called them afterwards, over 20 times with no answer & a full voicemail box. shocking business

Good food but on this occasion the time got pushed back twice and I was told twice on the phone it was 5 minutes away when it wasn't.

Poor experience…did not follow delivery instructions. Charged £12 for 6 rooster bites…terrible pricing. Nothing special I would not recommend.

from kids meal they supplied only nuggets, fries and juice. chicken strips, chicken strips burgers, hamburger, popcorn and wrap were missed. and I paid for that.

We love the kebab meat, it has a lovely mix of spice. Our only comment is that we tracked the delivery driver on the map who drove in the opposite direction to our house for about 20 minutes, so the original estimated delivery when it left roosterz was 07:50, it then kept changing & eventually arrived at 08:15. Unsure if he had another delivery before ours but where he ended up there were no houses so we have no idea what was going on!! Food was lukewarm at this point.

Perfectly cooked food . Got 2 for 1 on pizzas and ordered cheesy nachos, came with jalapenos and plenty of cheese sauce. Chips are perfectly cooked as usual. They have run out of some of the topping being Saturday night, restaurant called in advance to let me know and offer alternatives. Highly recommended!

Sadly something has changed at this place. There's no option to select a preferred pizza base or sauce, the toppings are too finely chopped and cheese is virtually non existing, no where near the quality I had come to expect.

Sauce for kebab was missing, kebab meat sliced too thick so a bit tough, burrito not spicy

Food was hot. I love how they cut vegetables and my kebab was very tasty. Will order again for sure.

Marked as delivered when it wasn't. 30 minutes later than the latest window time. Food arrived in broken packaging (shake cup was spilling and taped together). Due to the lateness, food wasn't hot. They were nice when we called and asked where the food was, just poor service compared to previous orders.

Rubbish wrong order and delayed

There was hardly any salad and the chicken was extremely spicy very disappointed

We have ordered from here frequently and never had a problem with the food or delivery however today the food was late, cold, the cheesy chips we’re lacking cheese and chips a very unusually small portion. The chicken burger was also extremely cold, dry and hard it was not enjoyable at all. Very disappointed with our food tonight which is such a shame as a takeaway is a rare treat with the cost of living, unfortunately we would rather have saved our money on this occasion.

No salad in burger even though requested. Delivery was 15 minutes late, paid by cash and driver overcharged us on the door by £2 but couldn’t explain why! Disappointed. Food is nice, but disappointed with the service.

Kebab was not nice, tikka one and large chicken.. tikka looked like last weeks meat, large chicken came in a pizza box and went in the bin.. Disappointed…

I wasn’t happy, i didn’t get the curry I ordered, I got a chicken tikka kabab instead and it was horrible, I ordered 2 curries as well and both was replaced with the chicken tikka which cost less, not had the money difference back either. What happened to this takeaway, your food used to be amazing

Really hot chicken kebab (im a wimp) but i enjoyed it just had to share with wifey so i could enjoy it to the max :) will try another wrap kebab again!

We were told it would be late and delivery man was very apologetic. Food was hot and looked nice so that was good. However, chicken had a funny smell once coating removed, so not great.

Food was nice but quantity of food was very poor. I paid 12£ for large portion of mix doner and chips but it wants enough for one person.

After 2 hours late food arrived not edible! Batter was like stodge gooey flour no crisp light batter, chips soggy and brown, curry sauce like water disgusting. Ordered twice before was perfect but won’t order again as 2 hours for £48 complete junk I’ll leave that one alone

Food was good and arrived nice and warm. Only thing I would comment on is seeing if you could get the onion rings a bit more crispy if possible :). Overall enjoyed my food and lovely driver

My order was showing enjoy your food 40 mins before receiving it! I called restaurant and they were so rude!! When it arrived (late), it was colder than room temperature and no salad with my mixed kebab! First order was amazing and I rated the restaurant to everyone… wow what a change and when speaking to the restaurant, they actually said that I have a problem and what do I expect on a Saturday night…. I’m so annoyed that if I don’t get reimbursed by the restaurant/ just eat … I will name shame and make sure no one uses them again!!! Annoyed is a understatement!!!

Bad service waited an hour for delivery and once on way another 45 mins and arrived cold poor service

Ordered at 4.30 and food didn't arrive until 6 when delivery time was given as 5.10-5.30. Rang at 5.45 and just told the driver was on his way. Food was nice, but minus a star as I asked for lettuce and onion in the burger and was given lettuce, cucumber and tomato.

Food arrived 45mins late. Ordered fish and chips, came with fries. Food was stone cold. 10 pounds each. Terrible.

There was supposed to be 10 garlic mushrooms, I only received 8 and they were badly burned. Didn't taste nice. The kebab was tasty though!

My only issue with Roosterz is that unlike all the other similar places you can use they don't include fries as standard so you have to order separately and I felt they (fries) were over priced for the portion size, similarly the Jalapeno cheese are a lot smaller than from other places and I struggled to find the salad that was ordered on my burger (maybe just a mistake)

Food was 15 minutes late. Was missing the pizza chips and 2 drinks. Brought it back however gave us 2 small pizzas. Our order was £65 and we was expecting everything to be correct

First time we have been a bit disappointed with this place. Few items missing, and a £4.99 delivery fee after spending nearly £30 is a bit much ☹️ Used to be free after spending over £25.
