Tasteless food! Waste of money I will say!

The service on this branch is terrible. I’ve been a few times and always had issues, there was only one person doing everything and sometimes in the morning they’re just not there and open late.

Incredible piri piri chicken with just the right amount of heat! Btw loved the extra hot flavour Perfect spot for a casual meal with friends. 👌

Best piri piri chicken ever! Medium piri sauce is my favourite Spicy, flavorful, and budget-friendly and my go-to spot with friends every weekend! 👍👍

Good quality / priced food but service could definitely be better. Favorite is the lemon & herb chicken.

Don’t order from here using Uber eats. They have a policy where if you don’t pick up your order from your delivery driver within 10 minutes, the Uber driver can take your food and eat it. What kind of policy is this?

Ordered through UberEats. Worst Roosters ever. Chicken was dry, old and unflavoured. Avoid this branch, go to Mile End branch or Finsbury Park branch instead. The mobile phone number they put up doesn't work either, goes straight to voicemail so you can't even call to complain.....I'm guessing they had enough of the complaints and decided to turn the phone off.

I had a terrible experience today. I walked in today and ordered food while I was waiting I saw the cook speaking with other staff not even acknowledging me or my order. I asked the guy if he was going to get started on my meal and he shouted at me with an attitude and walked back and I could hear him slamming the pans while making my food. Honestly I believe in bad energy and karma so I did not even want to wait for the food and just walked out. I paid ten pound for an attitude and disrespect, keep the 10 pounds and hire better staff please.

Went in 7pm ordered my food and the chef stood and talked to his colleagues outside the kitchen for 5mins with his back to me, disrespectful as he knew i was there patiently waiting and clearly isnt taking his business seriously, a shame as I have liked Roosters for years, its gone down hill

Worst place to visit, Don’t take your family there, They have the most disgusting staff and food, you ask for something and they will start shouting. Don’t even think of going there.

Bad branch, avoid this, they don’t follow any instructions with food and are very greedy, don’t provide cutlery, napkins or sauces, even when requested. Greedy portions and food doesn’t taste nice either.

Ordered via just Eat, no update on delivery; time readjusted with no explanation and can’t get through on the mobile contact number. Just eat don’t have access to customers. Terrible turn

Absolutely the best lamb burger ever

This place is disgusting. Contaminated chicken. My partner ordered from here a couple of nights ago and now has severe food poisoning.

This was probably the last time I eat from here again. Ordered a double chicken Lebanese wrap + prawns. Wrap lettuce ratio to chicken was ridiculous, pretty much no flavouring and dry. Prawns were undercooked. I’m really disappointed because I didn’t get anything for the price I paid. It was my first time eating here since 7 years ago and a lot has changed.

Ordered via just eat. Continually said that the order was with the driver, even though just eat said the driver was at the restaurant. On many calls they said the order was complete, then suddenly they cancelled the order 1 hour later, obviously just wanted to go home. Terrible customer service

Great value meal. Food is always fresh and great tasting. Had a gluten free pitta for the first time. Couldn't tell it was gluten free. My 10 yeal old tried their wings and said it was the best. He loves his food.

We ordered food, one of the dishes came with a little piece of hair and coleslaw had a Little Rock which I bit into. Showed the manager who started cooking the food again. I asked for a refund instead of another dish but they said they don’t do refunds. Absolutely Abysmal

Absolutely despised the taste. Extremely salty burger patty, to the point where it literally tasted bitter.

Ordered via uber eats and the worst experience by far. Old chicken, no sauce and undercooked. Disappointed after spending almost £30. Not very happy.

Only ever ordered a delivery so no idea about venue but in terms of food, Nandos does not compare. Fast becoming my Sunday night treat.

This place was absolutely a disgrace Waited 1 hr and 30 mins to get a delivery and they made the same excuses saying the driver will be here The Manager Ahmed was very rude and swore at me because I called to see how far the driver is. And the food was cold on a Saturday night. The manager agreed they have bad service.

It's not an ideal place to eat in as they mainly do deliveries. A while after ordering we were informed there's no rice which was a bit disappointing. However the guys were really nice especially osman. They made up for it by giving extra food and drinks. Also the food was really nice.

Friendly staff, very tasty food, reasonable prices. If I could give Roosters a 6th star, I would. The chicken wings are consistently the best I've had. Order them without sauce and they have a crispy char on the outside, whilst soft and tender inside. I can't work out how they do this and they won't tell me! lol

Took ages to get the food, didn't have much taste.

Ordered the hot peri peri platter with rice. The chicken was fresh and the peri flavour tasted even better than Nandos. Rice portion was very big and tasty. Very good value as it was enough for 3 people and the order came quickly. Will order here again.

Great experience for food on the go, healthy Piri chicken with a good choice of sides, extremely flavoursome without the guilt of being unhealthy. Very well priced also, you get a lot for your money.

I tried from many Roosters piri piri but when I taste this one. OMG i was shocked. They way they make the lamb wrap with Lebanese flavoured sauce and with extra halloumi slice inside. I will not be able to look at other food for a while. Amazing. Thank you guys for bringing Roosters to Hoxton.
