Domino's Pizza - London - Stoke Newington in Hackney

My last two pizza orders were wrong again. I will never come here again. This is the second one. You don't have a third chance for me.

I just went to order pizza using the one of the offers that was advertised on the board outside the shop (as I have done many times). They tried charging me full price - claiming I couldn’t use the offer - even though it was valid ( I checked the T’s and C’s) One of the members of staff then rushed outside to bring the sign in. Very dishonest! They clearly just want to cheat people into paying more than they advertise. I also have photos of the event and will be sharing with the Domino’s head office. Lost a very loyal customer!

I'm always really pleased to get a Dominos pizza from the Stoke Newington branch. Pradeep and the team always take really good care of my order and give me the pizza I've enjoyed since I was a kid. Will definitely keep ordering from here and recommend to others.

Customer service is horrific. Especially manveer, I believe his name is.

Called up asking for their current deals and they refused to serve me over the phone and said I have to go online. A member of staff was in the background snickering whilst the other refused to serve me

The Customer service was unacceptable, and was unable to provide a service to their customers. I asked about their pizza deals and was advised by the staff member, that he has a lot customers waiting and he is not aware of the pizza deals. The staff member explain I should go online and place my order. This is unacceptable for a big food chain company to be providing this type of service to its customers.

Genuinely worst pizza I’ve ever had. No cheese on half of it.

Just 5 stars. Everything was good. Food tastes nice. You could see how it is being made and you can eat there and also takeout and it can be deliverable. If you order in store you get 50% of on anything u buy.

Alpa is too good. Enjoyed my pizzas in a neet and nice atmosphere. Many thanks.

Hot pizza, friendly staff, very fast service!

Clean, professional, good location, food was cooked well, tasty and excellent service.

We had two shards of glass in our pizza. Contacted dominoes so they could make sure other pizzas containing glass aren't being sent out and asked for a refund as we obviously aren't going to eat the rest of the pizza. After a month we are given a 50% off voucher. Clearly we aren't ordering for here again and it's awful service that they wouldn't refund us £20 out of principle. Order at your own risk. If you feel like getting a dominoes again after a while… don’t. It’s really not worth how expensive they are. Much better round here for much less!

Usually absolutely fine but we got an absolutely horrible order, nothing cooked properly. Rang the store and spoke to Shazad who was incredibly rude, defensive and wouldn't listen to feedback

WORST client service on the planet. Staff is extremely rude to clients, they messed up our order and didn’t care. Bad pizza, terrible service… So disappointed. Never again — I suggest you to go to Papa Johns pizza instead.

Quick and good value for collection right now

Good vegan pizza (surprisingly). Staff are awful though. Super basic and unfriendly. Said I’d be waiting outside with my dog whilst waiting for takeout…didn’t even bother to inform me when my food was ready. Proper knuckle draggers tbf.

The guys working at this Domino’s are the most polite, friendly and capable at delivering excellent American style pizza in the area! They are a great team.

Anytime I order they take my allergies to consideration and make the best pizza for me. Where as other places say they cant do anything and hang up. Once the order is out for delivery they call and explain what they’ve done and not done. They are so kind and helpful. Makes me feel so special everytime. Thank you so much

Horrible service. I’m waiting for my pizza for over an hour instead of 20-30 minutes they promised. Very upset

Nothing to do with the pizza. I just want to express my disappointment for a guy with a name Adam. He was the rudest person ive met. He was talking so bad to all of his employees. I felt that I wanted to speak out for them but he was busy and didnt have a chance. Ruthless

Doesn't understand English made me go back to order online while clearly a big sign on the shop front state walk in collection offers I hate this when English speaking peoples are looking for work they employ non English peoples

Great tasting pizzas - just expensive for pizza and only small bottles of drink included in deals

One of the latest pizza chains to come to the Stoke Newington area and arguably one of the best places to enjoy American style Pizza. Service is quick and the person who took my order was really friendly when I arrived to collect my order. Definitely would return when I'm feeling in the mood for a good pizza!
