The burger was hard and cold did not taste nice was not happy at all.

No salt no souses no fork it’s a joke How to eat sweet corn without the salt

I still haven't received my order and the driver was extremely rude.

Missing items and extra cold burgers , absolutely waste of money. The burgers were very cold and dry

The service is very bad, they do not care about people at all, they do not even look at my face while talking, they gave me the wrong food, I did not get the service and attention I wanted, the money I paid and the food turned out to be trash

I went to KFC, and the service here is absolutely dreadful. The staff are rude, don’t treat customers properly, and don’t even take orders correctly. I was served the wrong food, not what I ordered, and I’m extremely disappointed. I want my money back, and I’m never eating here again.

I have been eating in KFC my whole life and this KFC is the worst KFC I have ever tasted it has put me off I won't be going back. Its the most dry chicken I ever tasted. I can see KFC going bankrupt soon.

My food was freezing cold when I recieved it, my chips and burger was both freezing cold and had to throw it in the bin. I would like a refund please.

Chicken is good as usual but it's heavily Understaff. Only 3 people working 1 on service and 2 cooking while they are so busy. Needs to have at least 3 people doing service.

Better going to Dixie Chicken at Dalston Junction - small portions that don’t match the deal descriptions - horrible and not usual KFC standard - avoid!

The staff were unbelievably friendly to everyone that came including myself! Epa was especially tentative!

Chips were missing, the delivery driver crashed on the way food was mashed up!

Avoid like the plague. They are cooking in very very dirty oil. Looks as if KFC gave the the operating licence and just left alone.

courier rang and told me he was downstairs?my brother wants downstairs to get our delivery that should have been brought upstairs. not happy about that.

Absolute disgrace. Ordered 2 Zinger Burger Meals. Burgers were already prepared and most likely sitting there for ages. Limp lettuce, little mayo or it had absorbed into the bun and chicken stale and dry. Chips already prepared packaged ready for unsuspecting customers. Greasy and limp. Obviously, everything was cold. Rubbish service on front counter and staff eating in the kitchen. Also bins overflowing.

Female working tonight was very lazy to take my one order and told me to use the machine's instead . By the way the store was empty .

chicken coating was burnt red and wings had no meat it was just burnt reddish crispy flavourless coating, looked like it was fried in old oil for too long

I understand that takeaways can sometimes be cold BUT the chips were literally stone cold and old! The burger wasn’t fresh because around the edges were inedible!! I would prefer to wait an hour for my food as long as it was freshly cooked! They seem to get ready for the rush, but then it doesn’t happen and they sell stale food!!

I ordered a fillet burger, it was dry and over cooked and tasted spicy, the 2 piece chicken was nearly overcooked. Very disappointed as I ordered regularly from here.

The chips was so dry overcooked we ordered 3 pieces of chicken meal to be given 3 small chicken wings I'm sure there was better parts of the chicken to be given only wings

They delivered my food but they didn’t ask for a code from me? And it still shows as delivered? Just letting you know that drivers are still able to class the food as delivered even without taking the code from a customer. Hopefully this gets sorted so no orders are not delivered in the future.

I have to always ask for pieces of chicken but no one really does there job properly I have asked for legs and thighs but still have not been provided with my order

There was a screw in the salad I have order and the person eating it is a 17 year old boy,I have kept the salad box with the screw, I would certainly go further under this matter.

Burger, fries and chicken was cooked well, not overdone. Temperature was still warm. I request a thigh - 1 piece of chicken, and I recieved my request. Very pleased. Thank you.

the delivery was over an hour and the food was cold. The delivery said they were in an accident but the app should that the food did not leave the resturant until 23.35 I will not be using this KFC again I want a refund for the whole meal.

Delivery driver never delivered food watched him drive around in circles , I was trying to get attention , screaming and waving he drove off anyways with no attempt of contacting me

Discuting floor was dirty I had to request the table be cleaned not a nice place to eat nasty.

Zinger burger was bland, hardly any source and the tiniest bit of lettuce ever! Original chicken piece poor quality, obviously cooked in old oil making the colouring very dark than it should be. Very disappointed

When there are few customers it quickly decends into chaos the franchise should seriously take a look at this as I’ve seen customers walk in and walk straight back out

I really really wonder how come every time order food and always something missing insight???? Plus in display shows very nice photos big fat juicy burger but when open the pack always dry skinny burger, how come??????
