had wings and chips from here it's was like 2 days ago food and reheated was horrible couldn't eat it

I’ve ordered a poorly wrapped wrap, that was tasteless. Also ordered a chicken burger- a kids portion piece of chicken where the bun was 2 times bigger than the chicken. Chicken was also tasteless. Very pricy for the quality and quantity served. Won’t go there again.

whichever smart individual is making this food can't read english. They ignored my allergen notes and I'm now going to emergency hospital.

Restaurant ignored allergen notes, I'm now on my way to emergency at the nearest hospital, just eat doesn't care, and the restaurant did not provide their phone number. Got scammed and nearly got killed. Great service.

Ordered 2 kids veg burger meals. Received 2 chicken burger meals. Called the restaurant and told us they don't sell kids veg burger meals even though it is available to order on the just eat app. Completely fobbed us off. Ridiculous service.

Diner kebab tasted like cardboard pretty sure it’s from frozen and they microwaved it and the fried chicken made me throw up so I’ll never order from you guys again but the pink tea was amazing

Fries were a bit underdone chicken hot dog a bit dry but the rest of the food very tasty

The two guys were very slow with the food preparation. I had to wait almost an hour for 1 pack of fries and the 12 and 10pieces of chicken. Some of their excuse was that the machine is slow and I feel you should get a better machine cos I was really reconsidering if I should come buy food from there when I'm hungry.

Me and my boyfriend went to go get food I ordered a wrap meal and he ordered the chicken burger meal with 3 extra wing whilst waiting we noticed they guy doing our food firstly wasn't wearing gloves and was wearing rings and was touching the food with his bare hand. We got our food and when we got home my boyfriends wings were missing but was charged for them. And the chicken in the wrap was dry.

Possibly the best chicken shop I’ve been to. Chicken Burger cooked to perfection with crispy hash brown and cheese. The chips were crunchy on the outside and potato fluffy on the inside, and didn’t need any extra salt. 11/10

I wouldn't recommend buying or eating anything from this place. 1 - This fast food shop is not clean or hygienic. Another inspection is needed here. 2 - I noticed that the water pool that keeps the fried chicken warm hadn't been changed - yep, that's right - old greasy, bacteria-filled water just floating around underneath the chicken that you're about to eat. 3 - the dough they use for their pizzas isn't fresh and the oil used in them is rancid/old. If you know how a fresh pizza tastes, you will be able to identify this immediately 4 - the food just doesn't taste fresh 5 - the shop claims to be halal but the guy serving me was Hindu, and although there is nothing technically wrong with this - however, based on my experience, the understanding of hygiene and general food preparation practices differ between every faith. 6 - I witnessed the worker touch everywhere in the shop, with the same glove/hands that he prepared my food with afterwards. 7 - If you compare the food from this shop to somewhere like Southern Fried Chicken (Norbury High Street) - you will understand what I am talking about. I am only referring to this other shop in order to give you a reference point to compare with. Although I find this shop in Norbury to be too spicy for me - their food is much fresher in taste. Can't get enough of the lamb curry it's divine, although all the meat is on the bone it's amazing. I like the fact you have the choice of buying it hot or cold. You can then heat and eat at your leisure

there is only one worker their and they were very nice saying thank you everytime we did and continously came over to give us cutlery and tissues
