The worst chicken chips in Mitcham and da guy behind the counter is ruin the business seems is forced to work there, AVOID AVOID AVOID before you regret

The staff is probably from Afghanistan .This young man is rude and when he sees that I am European and there is someone else behind me in the queue, he ignores me and starts serving others without a word. Dirt and filth on the tables. He never said thank you or sorry. Stay away.

Never received food after waiting 2+ hours

I have gone there first time and received bad service from the staff they were saying 15 min for my order and after they were eating behind and when they were serving not wearing gloves and hat as well very disappointed wasted my time

The food is normally good but on the odd occasion it falls below a certain standard

I don't know what's wrong with people but if I could give 10 stars I will, the food is great and the price is amazing, the people there are nice and lovely and sometimes they have a nice conversation with you, the only time they gave me my food late there was a lot of people and they had to start cooking from the beginning cause they sold everything, so giving bad review for these guys is such an L, و السلام عليكم.

I order from here quite frequently and it was all good the guy would talk nicely and give good service. After a while things started to change as if the management had changed. He became really rushing and would shout quite a lot. I had ordered a pizza meal and there was a hair inside the pizza and it was over cooked had to throw the whole thing away. Recently when I called up I was ordering and was going to ask the price of something when he shouted angrily that delivery minimum was £10 and that’s why he upped the price but my order was £6-7. They up the prices without telling you. I understand that there may be a language barrier but it does not mean that you get to shout at people. When I eat in most of the time the tables are dirty and haven’t been cleaned after the previous diners. Food is ok but service is terrible

Flipping clowns! JustEat still haven't refunded my money. I told you to cancel it if you haven't got the food. Give my money back you dirty thief!

How can I order a 1/4 grilled chicken and get home to find a massive hole in the middle?? Only come here if you want to pay 100% and only receive 50%. Never going back. Good place if you're an eediat in life, like to be disrespected or on a diet. Otherwise avoid like the plague or COVID.

I buy food from this shop lots of time 🕰️. Every time I think 🤔 next time they provide good service but never 👎🏼. They always show rude and awkward behaviour. Not showing a simple basic customer service manners. Service is very poor. They should have to learn some basic customer service manners. Just an average food taste. Please don’t ever try any of milkshakes because they don’t know how to make it. Most important no hygiene rolls. Just avoid and buy from others.

I will not give more stars , because when I order it arrived quick but the driver Afzal not hand me the fully ordered he hide half delivery in the Uber bag and blaming the shop, I call the shop they said the driver took the full delivery nothing missed, in few seconds bck the driver bring the peri burger, inside the peri burger it was only white plain chicken? Also the pizza ingredients was totally different what I order from the menu , I rang the shop and they was not ready to take the blame And said I order wrong order , well I said I order from your menu which your shop created anyway first and last time ordering … jut sharing my bad experience

I come here after work and the staff here are friendly and quick. Food is good but small. Price is reasonable as well.

I went there and ordered my food to eatin. The guy just gave the box in my hand, I asked for a tray, and he said they don't have it so I asked for a box so I can divide the food and give it to my kids. The gut who served us started being rude about it. He also didn't give my change properly. When something says £3.99 he charged £4.00. So from 3 of my meal he short change me.I know its just penny but its the principal. He gave no sauce, tissue anything. He was constantly staring at us while we were eating.

I’ve ordered extra hot half chicken , the chicken I received was disgusting! I cannot describe how the chicken looked like , when I called the restaurant to fix this issue , I been told they didn’t had the ingredients for my chicken so they guessed wich one I would eat !

Absolutely disgusting taste of food and found a thick hair in my pizza. Chips were stale, burger tasted off and wings tasted like fish. If 0 stars were possible I would rate that DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Ordered pizza, wings and burger meal. When the pizza arrived. It had a hair on it. Disgusting 🤢 had to throw it away.

Fear Allah up until now I have always had a great fresh delivery of food today the pizza that was sent was dried out and over cooked. Never again minus one piece, it went in the bin . Extremely unacceptable

The worse food i ever had in my life

Waited 45mins in the shop for our food. On top of this a lot of my mates didn't feel great the next morning Avoid if you can. It may seem like a cheap easy take out, but its probably not gonna do you any favours There are better fast food shops in the area!

GREAT customer service, no delay in the food, the food was cooked to perfection and hygienically too. so no worries of finding hair in your food! I would suggest their peri chicken and pizzas!

This place must be under new management or there is an Language barrier because this is the third time they have messed up my order. Ordered Chicken Burger meal (asked for mayonnaise sauce) Cheese Burger meal (Burger Sauce) and they still manage to mess up the order. For the third time.... It is Very important you read the notes as some people have sauce allergies. Will not be ordering from there again. That's my custom lost. Thank you to just eat for issuing a refund.

Went in there about an hour ago. Ordered 3 pieces of chicken & chips. Guy came to the door with a bag & said, "I put some extra for you" I thanked him & walked home, in the bag were 3 containers full of chips & no chicken. There's absolutely no way it was an accident. 2 burger boxes & 1 long box full of chips doesn't happen by mistake. Extremely disappointed as I've used them quite a bit since they opened. Won't be using them again!!!

Been here two times. First time was fine, man was friendly and the food came quicky and was very good quality. Unfortunately, the second time was not so great. Had to wait like 30 minutes for a chicken burger with chips and there was another couple who ordered before me (wings and chips) who got served at the same time. Staff didn't seem to care, they were joking around and having a laugh inside. Maybe it's because it was late at night, but still not cool. I hope that the next time I go it is a good experience like the first time and not like the second. I will try them again to make sure.

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. A company that is supposedly managed by an incompetent man. He was awfully rude and had the audacity to slam the phone down after his own mistakes. Avoid buying from there where and when possible.

I ordered some grilled chicken which was great. But unfortunately I felt a bit uncomfortable as there was no social distancing in there. For such a small shop at a point there were 10 customers inside so I had to step outside untill I got called that my food was ready. They should limit the amount of people in there in this current time we are facing

Ordered peri peri whole chicken last night. I had a worse experience. Chicken was re grilled and was not fresh at all. I could not even eat one piece. Total waste of money. It made me feel like they have served me left over.

I ordered a pizza and garlic break at 12.30am.. they did not deliver it, and when I called kept telling me it was on it's way. I called several times but it never arrived. When I called the next day they refused to refund the money claiming that they attempted to deliver and I did not answer the door. Which is a blatant lie. I have had to contact my bank to get my money back because they refused to reinburse me the money let alone the inconvenience.

Good food, enough space to eat, only slight problem is the wait when it's busy

Chicken is tasteless wings are fine pizzas are rubbish bit expensive compared to food quality and taste plus area doesn't worth the money
