i regrettably am sorry , I just got a family meal 8 pieces n 4 fries . chicken was cheap n fries were stone cold n like cardboard. Honestly i went out of kfc to cross the road to get worse choice . looked near the bin instore, absolutely disgusting n dirt on floor , They only opened an hour ago . Stafff must of not cleaned up last nite from customer's eating in. what ashame . I will not be returning here ever unfortunately.u lost my custom I bet this shop will close down in the near future , if they don't turn their luck around n clean up m derve good food not cheap crap chicken . shop was good once . but not now .

I think the food is good but they need to close at 12:30am night cause i come with my sister but it is always close

Great little Shack outside KFC. Ask for chicken you’ll get oil with a bit of meat. Like seriously, these guys must spend a fortune replacing the contents of their fryer. Do yourself a favour, walk out from here, cross the road, walk past the KFC, close your eyes at Mr Kebab, just go in to skippers. Forget how much you’re gunna pay. Skippers is the best takeaway in the whole of Merton. Not kidding!

The worst chickin I've ever had cold chips weren't cooked properly

Very disappointed! I ordered a kids strip meal which was burnt. My chicken wrap was had a burnt taste but this is not it. The spicy wings and burger where not spicy at all that my 3 year old had it. Very bad food!

Tables are sticky since 2022, they served me raw chicken and then proceeded to tell me it wasn’t raw. Prices has also inflated which makes me not want to buy from there anymore . Do not recommend

Most of the chicken still had blood in it which upset my kids and my son did not get his chips with his burger which I pay for so not impressed 👀

Terrible experience , they used to be very good but this time , my order was very delayed , ok, there was an incident in Mitcham affecting traffic but even so it was unacceptable delay , when it eventually came they forgot part of my order . I phoned repeatedly to get it delivered , they insisted some times that it would be coming in like two minutes , then ten, then within 15 minutes , they did this when I had to chase the first delivery too, then they stopped answering my calls to get the missing item delivered, I phoned and phoned repeatedly and they either hung up , lied about when it might be coming or put me on hold , I kept saying Hello !!! hello !! they still ignored me .... I used to be quite regular a customer but never again ... missing part of order eventually turned up but the first part needed reheating by this time , I was hungry and all I got was some free chicken wings !!! Never again !!!

Disgusting. The fries are awful they have bought the cheapest value potatoes and oil. Tastes like cardboard. Quality has gone down since new ownership. Used to be nice but terrible new owners and rude staff

Been a regular for a very long time and wanna say kentiss used to have the best spicy fried wings in mitcham. "Used to" because I've noticed that the wings I've purchased the last 3 times have not been spicy/ haven't got that spicy taste it used to. Since its been the same for the last 3 purchases, it seems its something they are planning to do permanently which I think is a very bad decision hence leaving a 4 star review. Hope this is seen and we get the original spicy wings taste back.

Food is great and so much better after the refurbishment. Good quality food, prices are reasonable and great value for money. Owner provided great service and genuinely cares about the customers. Would highly recommend if you're a fan of 🐔🍗

It was disgusting there was ants crawling on the tables and their tables were sticky and had crumbs from the other customers that had eaten there and it just looks like no one is cleaning the tables at all

These fries look like they have been fried a couple of times.They are hard and dry! Terrible Before lockdown this was best chicken shop in Mitcham. Now price go up quality food go down.I do not recommend

6 pieces of Chicken wings not cooked all of them uncooked

Pizza took over 1 hour to be done, eventhough the place wasn't busy. Some of the toppings were raw and tasteless. The tuna was tasting like sardines and the chicken was chewy. Very disappointed and the Service was slow too , dont even pick up when you call.

Pizza took a longtime to cook even though kentiss wasnt busy. My pizza had little taste, not much tomato base, small toppings. Even though i paid for extra chicken. Hardly any on. Its not the place it used to be. They have gone down hill since they reopened

Just had a pizza & wings delivered after waiting for over an hour.pizza very hard and crunchie.so thin part of the base had a hole in .also burned.no one picks up the phone When you ring .will never use this place again.

Ordered a couple of pizzas from here tonight and ribs ,first of all although the ribs are on menu they stopped selling them so was offered bbq wings which I agreed to but they was really really spicy to hot for me , now the pizza what can I say I ordered thin crust well wow you deffo couldn’t of got it any thinner ,it was so thin it was see through and couldn’t find the toppings ,and bunt ,it was so thin it was crispy,I have photos of it but not sure how to post them ,well £26.89 out of pocket for something the dog wouldn’t even eat so won’t be going there again total waste of money

Really good range of food at very good prices. They used to do really good ribs which I haven't seen for a while but their spicy wings are good!

I was told 6 mins wait for my burger to b cooked 15 mins later they still hadn't started to cook it to busy with the just eats orders this place has gone down hill with the new team In place sad times

Really disappointed in this place they've given me a menu and on the menu they do mention a minimum order for home delivery on the back of the menu in small print. But what I don't understand is that they've let me order under £10 before on quite a few occasions. Really really disappointed that's on my last occasion they turned around and said I was 10p under £10 so I need to order more I was willing to pay the difference but they didn't accept it. Bad management skills as far as I'm concerned they've just lost a regular customer.

Ordered a meal from them, costing only £13.50 or so, meaning relatively few items. After waiting an hour and 10 minutes for food, I rang them and asked where our order was, just to see if there was an issue, they said 20 minutes more waiting. So we waited, and after 95 minutes I tried to get in touch with them again, still not receiving any food. Their phone was engaged, or more likely removed from its rest so no calls could be recieved. After trying almost non stop to get in touch, we then reached the 2 hour 10 minute mark and decided to visit the shop, and after 2 and a half hours, the best they could do was tell us that the food was still on the way. It took threatening to call the police to get them to issue a refund. Will not be giving them any business in the future.

Excellent food and very value for money

Cheap and cheerful with friendly staff. Chicken and chips surprisingly nice and BBQ wings were excellent. I cannot comment on the delivery service as I went in person and my order was dealt with promptly and efficiently. All in all a cheaper alternative to the KFC across the road and in my view the food was better.

Placed order 7.59 still waiting 9.35 not answering phone as busy but when it is ringing no answering!

AVOID AVOID AVOID Worse chicken shop in LONDON definition of a shop that needs to be closed down or CHANGE OF WORKERS Every Friday we order and now we said can we place a order for collection they refused and put down the phone. So we go into the shop and they was constantly swearing and showing no respect.

They can cheat their customers with the amount of food they give. The taste is very heavy sometimes they over charge the customers.

Terrible service, was delivered the wrong order. I ordered a medium vegetarian pizza and was sent a small chicken. When I spoke to them the lady was rude and told me to wait another 30 mins while she cooked another, I refused and ask for a refund and told her she can have the wrong pizza back. She told me the driver would give me a refund. We waited 1 hr for refund and when we phoned back she told me she was to busy for refund so we ended up going to Kentiss to take pizza and get refund. They are quick to deliver when they are taking money but when they have to give money back then they do not bother. DISGUSTING!!

Fast service, fresh chips. Can't say the same for the wings though😬. Kinda dirty as well. Uncomfortable seating.

The chicken wings were tasteless and so were the peice of chicken the chips were dry and when I went went back to complain they were not even a tiny bit apologetic and was very rude so this is the only star I would give
