I have a delivery by Just Eat from KFC Mitcham quite often. This week the Tower Filet Burger was missing the Cheese & Hash Brown. Not impressed.

Very old oil vomiting I complained to the place of work but they say if you like it eat it if you don't then throw it away

it was really good however 1 was supposed to of been bbq but I ended up with both regular, which is annoying due to the price difference.

He Handled it with care I told him I'd give him 5 starts so polite he said thank you I hope you always get 5 stars

Normally food is ok but this time the chicken in the chicken burger wasn't cooked through properly.

food was great but you forgot the popcorn chicken, we order the same meals because we are on the spectrum, I have kid with different taste buds and likes, so when things go missing, im still spending more money to make up the difference in meals.

only forgot the chips, otherwise really good

over 1 hour late and i didn’t even recive my food even tho it says it’s been delivered? now im £17.00 out of pocket and no food . the app just flashed and said it had been delivered. not happy

missing 3 fillets and a popcorn chicken from the boneless banquet, and the fillet burger wasnt to fresh either, but it was really really good otherwise, loved the wings

The food didn't arrive at it's expected time. I also saw the driver drop my food outside my house. Luckily I don't think the food fell out of the bag. The drink arrived warm.

I didn’t get my order at all but yet they completed the order and marked it as delivered so I can’t even request a full refund. When I called up KFC they told me that no driver was coming so I should cancel the order but that was not possible as they had marked it as delivered! Appalling service 0/10

Wrong food messed up my kids dinner

Foods are fresh and services are really impressive. I ordered 14 chicken buckett it was damn delicious. I highly recommend. 🙂

The whole order was cold… the drive seemed to go in the wrong direction for some time (maybe he was doing 2 deliveries at once… I lost signal a couple of time and the delivery time jumped up

Today I can with my daughter she was so happy 😊 the way staff welcome her. Until we can to KFC she was keep on crying. After came to the KFC suddenly she was so happy because of the person how was standing at the front Big Mam. And also great good I had. After a long time. Thank you KFC 🦸

I never had a cold drink from this branch. It's like they leave the drinks under direct sunlight.

The driver went to 2 other deliveries first and delivered less than half the order. Either the driver delivered the wrong food to someone else or the shop gave him the wrong order.

Food has been cold and not prepared the way I have requested. My child doesn’t eat mayonnaise or lettuce and hence two mini fillets ended up in the bin and I ended up cooking instead of having a little relax. I have not expected full refund but some apologies or acknowledgment, instead I have received patronising email explaining that not always it’s possible to get food the way we want it. I find it ridiculous as I pay for this food and have every right to request it the way I want it.

Order was all squashed into a small paper bag. No box with the box meals just all squashed in paper bags. Quality of the food wasn't too great today.

watched the map as I waited he drove away from Mitcham time kept changing when only live few minutes away! I must have been last and getting annoyed as still not near where I live!!! the food was cold and chips soggy in cold grease so could not eat it...

Ordered via Ubereats and for the 2nd time, the food arrived as if it had literally been thrown together! This wasn’t the delivery guys fault as it was obvious the burger had been prepared in the dark! I also ordered 2 PIECES of chicken and got 2 tiny wings and a piece of chicken. Last time I checked, a wing (or even 2) doesn’t count as a piece of chicken. This branch used to be great but in the last few months, it’s gone downhill.

The food we received was cold the fries the boneless chicken strips and burger. Only thing that was warm wa the gravy even that wasn’t great

It was close to 30 mins BUT THE FOOD WAS GOOD no complaints at all the driver/Giver of the food was very nice and kind when we got the food ugh wish I could go back in time and eat it again

Needs safe and thicker carry or delivery bag of kfc. Many times bag was wet ,gravy leakage which made bag wet and there was a whole.

Recently changed the menu to halal. Fresh hot food served. Staff wasn’t friendly or professional. Waited more than 10 minutes before a young girl said hi. There was only one customer in the shop. They also forget to put half of the order in the and I have to come back from home. Overall good food but poor service. Once again today 7th January 2024 we were not given full order and we have to come back. No service ethics and professionalism at all.

Staff never say greetings and most of the times they are talking to family freinds on hands free. 3 times in a row they didn’t give us full order and we have to come back all the way from home.

They were doing good service.i buyied for £50pounds...the food was fresh I loved the food...the manager sanjay was suggesting the food deals & offers...I loved the team work

the gravy was like water and tasted horrible. That's never happened b4 I would point out everything else was perfectly edible.

Had to order from Mitcham as rose Hill closed for some reason . It took 50 minutes for delivery. They are only 10 minutes up the road. Food was nice but everything was cold .

Driver appeared to not use a satnav to find our address - took us 10 minutes to talk him round how to get to the house, which is easily findable when using any online map system. The food was cold, and as it had been in the bag so long, the bag was so greasy which then broke when we took it into the house and our food went over the floor. Pretty poor from Just Eat, and the food wasn’t great either even after being heated up.

They are totally rubbish 🗑 they are shame for the company. kfc should remove this from their name. The food had a very weird smell and not fresh, very, very small chicken pieces, and on the name of the cold drink, they send you a hot pepsi max. Totally, joke. It was a first and last order. Any local chicken shop has better chicken and cold drink than this kfc. Avoid not waste your money or go to colliers wood kfc they are good.

Ordered 6 pieces of chicken. One was a little bigger than a wing. The fries although hot had some horrible salty flavouring shaken over them which spoilt the fries. TBH the chicken is so bony. I would order again but just for grandchildren as a treat.

You prepared the order as if you are feeding an animal.You did not even pack rice properly and it was all over the place in the bag.I have a picture.KFC Mitcham is the worst KFC store in the area.Even the staff are rude when you go in person.Bo doubt it is a no go to order from KFC Mitcham

The box on hindsight would have tasted better. Disgusting.

Missing items again, 6 mini fillets... Just eat are not responding...
