This restaurant always forgets to pack something! This time it was tge drinks with my order.

The bag was split open the cover on the bargain bucket had fallen off and the original chicken and popcorn chicken were loose in the bag.

the driver left I told him to wait a min to get the code messaged him he said he is coming he never did he marked as delivered I'm so hungry waiting on my food no food I need my money asap I'm very angry

We ordered online and came to pick up, the staff Rama krashna was very helpful and professional. And the chicken was so delicious!

Super driver. Zinger double down is just a double zinger without a bun. Pointless really, had to use our own burger buns for it.

I recieved 3 cookies not 4,and 2 where white chocolate which i specified i dont like. Last time i ordered cookies they sent all white chocolate ones too. And there was No pipcorn chicken.

I had an awful experience at this kfc. I found a hair in my food, which is completely unacceptable. It ruined the entire meal, and I couldn't eat after that. Clearly, hygiene standards here are questionable, and it's disappointing because I had expected better. Definitely won't be coming back or recommending this place to anyone.

Probably the worse KFCin the coubtry. Ordered a few time and: Cold food Missing items Delivery being delayed and delayed and delayed Buckets with just the cuts nobodyvwajt Nobody respond at the phone

Courier went the opposite way, obviously delivering other orders first, all stone cold

They always forget something, everytime! and just eat doesn't always give refunds. staff need to check the order before it goes out

I was tracking my delivery and it went in the opposite direction, away from my house to deliver another order. by the time I got my food it was cold. 2 orders with the same delivery driver does not work when the addresses are in opposite directions. first delivery gets hot food the second one gets cold food.

Missing items sloppy food again

1 I specifically asked for a breast piece of hicken and you sent a leg 2 Delivered to wrong address I am 6 Albert Rd not 9. Fortunately I was tracking delivery and intercepted driver

I highly wouldn’t recommend I ordered a rice box and i asked for no sauce and i got told they had already made it and i can’t have another one i have now had an allergic reaction!

1st time ordering @ this branch,extremely dry,small&hard chicken,burnt sesame burger bun,old lettuce,barely a trace of mayo in the fillet burger.Best thing was surprisingly the rice but expect a baby size portion.Can’t believe this was a KFC order?

These are mini fillets and bought to supplement a meal so as a snack. Journey from store to home 5 minutes but these were barely warm and grease not removed at store so Grease Lightning I used kitchen towel to remove grease and heated these in a pan and so fine to put in some Gails scones I had bought prior. Though end result ok I feel that in the KFC v Popeyes on the High Street - Popeyes Wimbledon wins as: not greasy, hot for over 30 mins, and dare I say it both larger pieces and more tasty.

The chicken pieces was not crispy and soaked with the cooking oil and the selected pieces also bad wing and thighs no leg no breast.

Lovely chicken strips would order again

I said no cheese only in stacker buy there is no sweet chilli as well and zinger I ordered plain but it's not plain either

According to the app - update courier had been waiting at the restaurant for half an hour. When I order my food stated it would arrive 8.30-8.45.I also called the restaurant x2 to inquire

So I’m not happy with my order because first I found half piece of one fillet and I don’t have it sweet chilli bits I have popcorn that is not what I ordered honestly what is that half piece I’m not happy so disappointing

The food I got was cold as anything. The order was supposedly picked up and 2 seconds later the driver is at my door… not even superman can work that quick. It was obvious he had my food for a while!

Can't fault this place. We do sometimes eat at Kfc. Amazing chicken burger and chicken. Quick service. Better than McDonald's and Burger King.

Very old oil vomiting I complained to the place of work but they say if you like it eat it if you don't then throw it away

it was really good however 1 was supposed to of been bbq but I ended up with both regular, which is annoying due to the price difference.

Normally food is ok but this time the chicken in the chicken burger wasn't cooked through properly.

food was great but you forgot the popcorn chicken, we order the same meals because we are on the spectrum, I have kid with different taste buds and likes, so when things go missing, im still spending more money to make up the difference in meals.

The food didn't arrive at it's expected time. I also saw the driver drop my food outside my house. Luckily I don't think the food fell out of the bag. The drink arrived warm.

I didn’t get my order at all but yet they completed the order and marked it as delivered so I can’t even request a full refund. When I called up KFC they told me that no driver was coming so I should cancel the order but that was not possible as they had marked it as delivered! Appalling service 0/10

Foods are fresh and services are really impressive. I ordered 14 chicken buckett it was damn delicious. I highly recommend. 🙂

The whole order was cold… the drive seemed to go in the wrong direction for some time (maybe he was doing 2 deliveries at once… I lost signal a couple of time and the delivery time jumped up

Today I can with my daughter she was so happy 😊 the way staff welcome her. Until we can to KFC she was keep on crying. After came to the KFC suddenly she was so happy because of the person how was standing at the front Big Mam. And also great good I had. After a long time. Thank you KFC 🦸

I never had a cold drink from this branch. It's like they leave the drinks under direct sunlight.

The driver went to 2 other deliveries first and delivered less than half the order. Either the driver delivered the wrong food to someone else or the shop gave him the wrong order.

Food has been cold and not prepared the way I have requested. My child doesn’t eat mayonnaise or lettuce and hence two mini fillets ended up in the bin and I ended up cooking instead of having a little relax. I have not expected full refund but some apologies or acknowledgment, instead I have received patronising email explaining that not always it’s possible to get food the way we want it. I find it ridiculous as I pay for this food and have every right to request it the way I want it.

Order was all squashed into a small paper bag. No box with the box meals just all squashed in paper bags. Quality of the food wasn't too great today.
