Best peri peri wings but they are not cooked enough and have had to cook it in the oven as pink chicken is not edible but flavour and quality is good so i didnt mind and ordered again and the same thing happened, but definitely worth the money

instead 2 large kebabs i ordered i got 1 large 1 small..very small portions,quality of meat disputable,no forks,no tissues..i have been ordering from Just Eat for a while,i always liked a food, but this is far worst experience.never again thanks

The kebab I ordered was far from what I expected. There was barely any meat, and loads of dry salad. It was all put on top the pitta bread, as opposed to having the meat and salad in a wrap (like the traditional kebab). The fries were pretty dry as well. I won't be ordering from there again.

1hr 30 mins it took for them to deliver. Had to reheat the food when I got it as it had gone cold.

Food was an hour and a half late and when we enquired when it would arrivr they restaurant changed theptedicted delivery time and claimed that it had never changed. Food was lukewarm at best. We both asked for garlic sauce on the kebabs however they were drowned in it and inedible. Could not physically finish this meal and would urge anyone else thinking of ordering here to go somewhere else. A complete waste of money and time

Absolutely rubbish, I ordered a chicken burger meal, over an hour later I had the delivery guy call to tell me he was outside, promptly gave me the bag and left, i looked into the bag and all I had was a burger and drink missing out my fries. I paid £8.20 for a meal not for a cold burger and can of Pepsi! I tried to call the restaurant with no one picking up the phone on three separate occasions. Feel utterly ripped off. Won't bother next time

25 minutes late. Called the guy who said it'd be here in 5 minutes, it wasn't- he didn't even know which order I was calling about until I told him to check. He then asked for my postcode & checked, but it took another 20 minutes for it to arrive. When I complained about it being late he said "the slip" says to allow for 10 minutes. What slip?! & it had been more than 10 minutes late. If you're going to put 45-60 minutes as your delivery time, you should stick to it. Or, put a realistic delivery time of 90 minutes & people can decide if they want to wait that long.

I ordered two chicken burgers and chips, the delivery time was ok but the food was terrible. The chips were soggy and squashed into a box. I ate one chicken burger which tasted fine but as I started eating the second one I noticed it was pink in the middle. I rang the take away and couldn't get through to the number after trying to call to complain for almost two hours. Very unhappy with the food and service.

Absolutely disgusting service over 1 hour late and when i called to ask where my order was the takeaway called the driver whilst i was on the phone spoke in urdu and said "Bandey nein mere jaan kahi wei ha" which translate to that I am picking his brain . totally rude and no respect for the customer. When the food finally did arrive it was cold. I would never recommend this pathetic shop.

Food was very nice and filling as usual but they did forget one of the sides, coleslaw, I ordered which was supposed to come with a meal. Delivery time was a bit of a wait, even though I live close and the food was slightly cold upon arrival. Still good food!

Waites 1h 20mins for our food to come. It was not worth the wait! The mayo in the chicken wrap was like water!! Not worth the money and I will never order again!

Best fried chicken I've had, not too greasy but not dry at all. Fries were good, nothing special. They met their estimated delivery, but 1hr 30 is still a long time considering the place is only a 10min walk away from me. Food was still piping hot when it arrived so it's not a big deal if you plan ahead.

I can see how this establishment won the 'Customer Taste Award' because the food arrived hot and very tasty. One of the best fillet burgers I've had in quite a while. The chips were carefully placed in a brown paper bag instead of a plastic bag like other places do, which causes the moisture from the chips to be absorbed leaving them soggy. Fortunately, that was not the case with Chicken Hut. Excellent food overall. FIRST and NOT THE LAST time ordering from CHICKEN HUT.

If you don't mind waiting then this is the place for you. Cheese burger was good. The. Piri chicken burger was good. Chips were a disappointment overall food was of good standard. Negative is the wait. Ordered for collection as I thought I'd grab on route out. JE quoted meal to be ready for 3.50 I arrived at 4.10 and nothing was ready. Piri chicken was on the griddle bun was burning. Cheese burger was not on the grill. Parked up and still had to wait. Nothing fast food at all

I ordered the quarter pounder with chips, while my partner ordered the lamb donner with pitta bread and salad. We have both had burgers from here before and they are amazing. My partner didnt really like the kebab, as the donner meat was cut too thick and there was too much of it. Besides that the food was great! Delivery was super fast and the service was excellent. I order from the chicken Hut frequently. On this occassion I ordered at midnight on Saturday when my food arrived my chicken was not cooked all the way through. Normal the food is very good

Best Kebab and Chicken place on just-eat hands down. Also one of the few restaurants that actually take specific requests e.g. no onions. Perfect takeaway!

Food was OK but very spicy and order was incomplete. I ordered a MILD whole chicken MEAL and a MILD chicken fillet burger meal. I only received a whole peri peri chicken, peri peri burger, a tiny bag of chips and 1 drink. the children I brought the chicken for cant even eat it. NEVER AGAIN.

Both the chicken pieces and the chicken wings were very tasty and always have one of my favourite Ice Creams Chocolate Fudge to finish it off.

The Doner kebab was nice and tasty. Loved the chicken which was also very tasty and the speed of delivery and the pleasant delivery guy made it a very good experience.

It was okay, but they were much later than they said they would be - plus the donner meat and chips came with no mayonnaise when I specifically asked for it. Food tasted okay, not great, but not bad.

SHOCKING!! Took 2 hours to get here, and the portions where terrible. A large chicken shish had 5 half cubes of chicken. The peri peri chicken salad was two of the smallest pieces of chicken and just to complete everything was freezing. Won't be ordering from there again.

they were late and didn't ring to say they were running late, the manger lied to me, the service was terrible when i rang the just eat hotline and reported the service the operator told me that the manager would ring me to apologies to me which NEVER happened! i'm pregnant and ordered the type of food especially! i will NEVER be ordering from this restaurant ever again! and i recommend that other take great caution when placing a order from them.

Best food I have had from ordering from Just Eat. It came on time, food was fairly warm and really nice! Plus there isn´t a minimum order price which is even better. Love this place, I am only going to order from here from now on!!!

The food isn´t bad for fast food takeaway / delivery and the peri peri grilled chicken was surprisingly good. I also love their onion rings. When I am in the mood for fast food but can´t be bothered to go out for it, this is my go to place.

Its the only place where i get my chicken and burgers from. And i always recieve what i oredered , never had a mix up like other places. I am about to place another order now.

Enjoy the food, sometimes it is luke warm though and there is no consistency in the wraps salsa mix, sometimes it is supreme in taste other times not nice at all.

Again the lamb ribs were something I thoroughly enjoyed. The delivery was due in 1 hour - but came after 40 minuted, which was very welcome.

ordered at 13.05 delivery time said 45 mins yet the order was due to arrive and 14.10. which is an hour and 5 mins. food turned up at 14.30. chips were hard and food was just about warm. will not be ordering from here again.
