Food was amazing, milkshakes were something else will deffo order again .

Very disappointed with tonight’s pizza order. The bases were not fresh, as if they were pre-made or frozen. Won’t be rushing back.

Lovely food, and the staff are always kind and helpful.

Spent £16 on takevaway kebabs hardly any meat in it very disappointed won't be going back again and only live along the road

I'm surprised at the reviews. I've eaten here several times and it's always been nice. I've ordered online and ordered in person and both were fine. If ordering in person they do have a cash sign but I was still able to pay by card as I had no cash. Delivery drivers are always nice. Can't complain.

We had a lovely take away last night two Parmesan’s with chips and salad. Food was delivered in good time. Delivered hot and the quality was brilliants. Food was really tasty we will definitely be ordering again.

I order from here many times, the food is alway of good quality, and the delivery service is usually very good with friendly delivery drivers, but on 4 occasions now no food turns up after ringing after an hour to be told they don’t have an order, even though I received confirmation email.

I ordered a mix kebad last night. I have been up all night with stomach pains. And sorry but had to run to the toilet 4 times. I would definitely not recommend the kebabs from this take away. I will not be ordering anything else. EVER

Wouldn’t give a star at all because I ordered through just eat and after an hour of waiting my food didn’t turn up and I couldn’t get through on the phone so I am now £16 down and can’t get any information as to where my food is or if the restaurant even took the order

Romeo shiremoor is the best takeaway with freesh & delicious food . fast delivery and takeaway pizza . chicken kebab wraps and shish kebab are the best I recommend this place to anyone that visit our local takeaway

Food quality was excellent we had 2 mixed kebabs and it was very tasty only slight criticism would be more chicken as there was alot more donner than chicken.

I had a burger in a bun, I would definitely not recommend, this burger had a funny taste from the beginning but I thought maybe it was a hamburger not a beefburger, however an hour after eating I was vomiting for the night in a bowl while sitting on the toilet and you can guess why!. I had to rearrange my Chiropractor appointment the next morning as I suffer from TMD and didn't want any accidents as the burger problem lasted for 36hours. Be very careful, I would definitely not recommend.

I'm easy going and not a complainer. Life is too short, however this food was really poor! The chicken was so charred it tasted of burn/dirty grill and it was 100% not chicken tikka in colour or flavour. The chips were missing, however fortunately the salad was ok. I begrudgingly ate some chicken smothering it in garlic sauce. I worked late and had no time to get something else.  It was like it was cooked several times.  I'm in business and I embrace customer feedback so hopefully they take it on the chin and get better. Please cook fresh healthy food - I won't order again.

Worst pizza I’ve ever had, a small handful of toppings and pizza was that thin you could basically see just through it. The chips were also cold and like cardboard. I don’t normally leave reviews, but had to have trying this terrible food.

Just had chicken kebab and salad The salad is been in the fridge for long period And the worst chicken kebab I ever had. Could not have a second bite. This is horrible

Terrible!! I was out so placed on order online to pick up on my way home and pay on collection. I didn't have my wallet on me so intended to use Apple Pay on my mobile phone. Arrived at the shop and there was a notice on the counter saying ' CASH ONLY '. I explained to the gentleman serving and he suggested I re order via the app and pay via the app. As i didn't have my card details with me I intended to pay via Paypal which after standing in the shop, battling with a very glitchy app i found that also is not accepted. Also when ordering online there is a 10% discount which should be added at checkout but when you get to the end it turns out that an error in the app means that the actual discount applied is less than 1%.- A difference of over £2. The man didn't seem that bothered when I pointed this out and said he'd speak to his website managers about it - I wonder how many other unsuspecting customers have been caught out by this 'error'. The profit from this mistake alone would soon mount up in their favour! There is also a 50p service charge!! - What's that for? Needless to say i abandoned the original order and left the shop. I will not be returning. If you're going to rob me at least have the courtesy to wear a mask!!

Amazing food, lovely service and polite staff. Also very hygienic food. Highly recommend it.

Ordered food from this pizza shop for the first time came on time freezing cold and delivery car had 4 men in it they asked me to come to the car to collect order tryed calling the restaurant no answer definitely not going back foods went in the bin.

They really don’t seem to care what they serve you .. I gave this place a second chance but unfortunately the second meal was just as bad as the first.. won’t be returning for cold chips on both occasions and missing items on both orders .. ridiculous!!

Can't argue with the food or the prices, decent local chippy. Don't know if I'd want to see in the kitchen but ignorance is bliss!

Chips are really nice but I was overcharged for my food i checked on the website with delivery it cost about£4.00 less. I personally would not go back again as customer service is awful and my pizza was burnt. And pizza dough they use must be the cheapest dough they could find.

Ordered food in the shop and was missing the cheese and chips when I got home checked on the menu and I definitely paid for them, tried ringing several times but no answer. Cod wasn’t the best and the batter needs some work as was greasy as hell and no crunch to it. Chips were ok and the kebab was pretty decent. Honest review from an honest punter.

I have used fish inn for months this week alone they have had nearly £30 of me , tonight I ordered a jumbo sausage with rest of order which was not in delivery .I rang fish inn told him about missing item he checked the web site and said it wasnt ordered ive checked web and it was ordered and charged for .I asked him If he could send one over he laughed at me and said no. In my opinion his customer service stinks. No more custom from me and they were used every week sometimes more than once .

Third time delivery been late, food is fine but don't get a delivery, quite expensive also,fish and chips clay cold went in the bin, never again, thats it for me

Cold food and couldn’t get the order right. Ordered pizza, kebab and chips which arrived 25 minutes later than they said with the kebab sauce missing. The food was cold. Phoned up to ask for them to bring sauce (before we realised how cold food was) which driver eventually did and was apologetic. £16 worth of food went in bin. Heating the food up again was not going to be risked.

Bought lunch for the family from here on Bank Holiday Monday and was inedible. The chips were rock hard like they had been standing ages.

Must have obtained the cheapest and nastiest quality sausage from their suppliers, it tasted like it was made from paste, given the prices are on the rise here ill certainly not be returning

Wish I could leave a no star review. I purchased two kebab meals which were absolutely appalling. Chips were cold, the amount of kebab meat & quality supplied was unsatisfactory. The presentation was a disgrace, the customer service was pathetic as the man on the phone was very rude and unhelpful when I rang back to complain. i just hope I don’t become ill from this disgrace of a ‘fish n chip shop’ I will NOT be ordering from this shambles of a place again, your all shmucks

just been served a kebab in a box.. that was then placed into an even smaller box. seems like a pointless exercise but given the taste of the chicken and tikka sauce maybe not a bad idea it's in a small box because that just tastes of salt.

Didn't know area, fancied kebab and took a chance. The way they packed in a box was excellent, meat was spit on not too much. Pitta bread cooked spot on, garlic sauce best ive tasted, chilli sauce hot hot hot. I've eaten kebabs for 25yrs and this is best I've had. I'd rather drive to get one from here than go to my local and get one, I'll be back 👍

Absolutely rotton what I just received from this place, I wouldn't even feed it to my dog or anyone else's, in fact I was debating whether to even feed it to the bin or take it straight to a landfill! Kebab and chips is dry as sticks, looks and tastes like it was cooked last week! Defo won't be ordering from here again!

Excellent food! Be it fish, chips or pizza....everything is simply amazing. My daughter just loved the pizza. It is all fresh hand made and made to order. I would definitely recommend the place. Won't be disappointed.

Passing through on way to Whitley Bay, I called in to pick up a fish supper. The service was excellent and the food compared very favourably with that served from the famous fish restaurant in Anstruther in the fishing villages in Fife on the east cost of Scotland.

The first thing that stands out about this place is the happy and freindly staff. And the food is great too with lots of fantastic offers too 100% will eat here again and highly reccomend it

Love this place, great large fish every time and the pizzas are amazing. The garlic sauce is not to missed from here and shop kept clean too.

Very friendly staff, quick service, hard to find these but the chips aren't greasy at all.pizzas and garlic bread are lovely and of great quality,but my real favorites are the 24inch kebab wrap and the doner kekabs

Waited over 30 minutes and when I got home the fish was dry as sticks.

I had the 24" kebab. I not kidding, this could have fed two people. I only ate about half so I can't really fault them for giving me too much. Tasted like your average kebab, nothing special, but nothing wrong with it either.

I have ordered many times from here and never had any complaints. Tonight I ordered and unfortunately had to wait an hour and a half for my delivery. This however has not in the slightest given me reason to complain. The food was well worth the wait. Piping hot fish bites and chips and lovely and fresh. The best I've had. And at £2.80 an absolute bargain. The portion was huge. My son loved his pizza equally as much.

Food is usually spot on, but they can never deliver in the time they say. When ordering through just eat the orders always take between 1.5 and 2 hours from time of order to delivery when they confirm around 40-50 min at time of order. Otherwise rating would have been better.

Chips were lovely but the fish wasn't cooked properly. This place used to be lovely but they're now serving fish covered in fluffy, chewy batter mix instead of crunchy batter. Get it sorted out cause you're going downhill.

Very disappointed! We usually pick up food from here and it's always been fine, this evening we ordered for delivery - pizza, mixed kebab and chips. The pizza had several quite long hairs in it and the chicken from the kebab had two very short black hairs in it. I would rather have emailed the Fish Inn but there is no address available. Very unhygienic.
